This is an excellent property in every way. There’s lots of space and the location is perfect. We all had a wonderful time.

The 10 of us, including 2 little kids, loved staying at this fabulous property. The kitchen is large and well-stocked. There are enough bedrooms for 4 couples plus each kid. And so much space to be together, including dinners as a family, as well as spots to have quiet time alone. It was too hot to benefit from the 2 outdoor patios and rooftop...maybe next year! We have already reserved a return visit.
Plus, the landlord was VERY responsive to our questions, texting back quickly and calling us when we needed him.
Altogether a wonderful experience!

This house comfortably holds a larger family/group. It is spacious and well-organized to accommodate multiple hangout spots, and family meals. The house is well located and was very clean. It was exactly as promised in the description. The overall property provides a large outdoor yard and patio to play for younger guests and for adults to relax and bbq. The kitchen was well stocked.
The owner is readily available and provided excellent support for our trip. He was able to help with linen rental, which was important as my group had no ability to bring our own since we came from three distant areas of the country.
I highly recommend this property. You will like the location for its access to beaches, town, etc, and you will like the property itself. The owner takes pride in his house and it shows.

We spent a week at this lovely Chatham property! It was the perfect setup for us. We brought our 2 grown adult children, their spouses and their babies. One was 20 months, the other 5 months. There’s a room off the kitchen that was perfect for gathering with a toddler and the back yard is fantastic! You can walk to town and the beach, although there are no sidewalks for a stroller so we mostly drove, which was very quick & easy. The homeowner is very easy to work with! We rented cribs and he accommodated the drop off just before we arrived. We highly recommend this home away from home property!!

Paul was very, very nice, helpful, informative and accommodating. The property was spacious, well-maintained and immaculate. Location near town center and beaches was outstanding. House was better stocked than any other place we have ever rented. (You’re on vacation, but need 1-2 tablespoons of olive oil…). Really cannot recommend the rental highly enough!

The location and house are both wonderful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Paul's house in Chatham. He was an excellent host, checking in if we had any questions, and providing recommendations around the area.

Despite the wind, chill and some rain, we also had some sun and warmth, but it was October. The hosts have created a spacious beautiful home that accommodated my wife, me and two adult children and their families of four; ten totally. It really was plenty of space (& then some) for us all. They've decorated it beautifully with French impressionist art and nautical themes.

Best place we’ve had at the Cape!
I would 110% recommend this house for a large group vacation. We had 14 people and everyone was extremely comfortable and happy with the house and the location. Paul was wonderful to work with throughout the rental process and was very responsive to any inquiries I had. We will absolutely rent again.

Best location!!
Cool weather on the back porch was hard to beat and became our morning and evening family gathering spot! Close to town but still the lush, lovely, and quiet surroundings made it the perfect location for a serene vacation. Only wish it had a King bed, but we made it work. Owner is helpful and informative.

Christmas week
My family and I had the pleasure of staying here the week between Christmas and New Years. The house provided the opportunity for us to come together as a family but also have more than enough space to have privacy and quiet time. My four boys loved the bonus room on the second floor and the roof top deck was perfect for watching NYE fireworks. Paul was quick to respond and very gracious. Location can’t be beat and the home is lovely and comfortable. We are very grateful we were able to stay here and hope to be back!

We had an amazing week at the property with our family, which included two young kids. It is very spacious home with ample space for any activity your family has in mind. The house is immaculately cared for and charmingly decorated. The amazing roof deck and ample backyard lawn and patio made for many wonderful family memories soaking in the summer sun. This home has it all. It's beautiful, spacious, well stocked and inviting and Paul made sure that everything was perfect for our arrival. The grounds are stunning, but if you did want to venture further, you could walk to town or to the Pond. Book it, you won't be disappointed.

Wonderful property
Great summer property for a large family reunion or multiple family summer rental. There is ample space in the house for being together or being apart. We dined outdoors, indoors in the dining room, on on the first floor patio, in the second floor sunroom and also on the roof deck, which is great bonus, unique to the property. Teenagers can hang out in multiple places and have privacy as well. Younger kids enjoyed running around the large backyard. The house is very clean and well appointed, well kept and stocked with what you need in the kitchen. We would definitely return someday.

Wonderful Family Vacation!
This house was superb for our family. We gathered mornings and evenings in the sun room for meals and enjoyed the patios and expansive lawn. The location is excellent! We biked and walked daily to either Oyster Pond or Lighthouse Beach. The home was super clean and well-stocked. Communication with Paul was excellent; he was responsive to any and all concerns in this Covid environment. We had a memorable family vacation.

The house was more spacious than we had pictured and we didn't even end up using several of the rooms. Paul was extremely responsive and helpful with any issue that came up. The yard is spectacular and location to Children's Beach/Oyster Pond/Downtown was great! Thank you for letting us enjoy your home!

Cape family reunion
Our family has rented 5 houses over the past 10 years for family gatherings of 10-15. This property provided the best experience of any - layout of the house inside and out works well, location is superb with walking access to beach, town, and kayaking (!), communication with Paul was excellent, the house was well-prepared with all COVID precautions taken into account. Our family had a fun and memorable week!

Perfect Family Vacation Home
We came to Chatham seeking a home to host me and my two brothers and our spouses and children. This home made us feel like the Kennedy’s! Elegant and comfortable furnishings, plenty of gorgeous lawn space for the kids, outdoor dining areas for grilling and eating outside. They provided comfortable linens, board games, beach equipment, cleaning supplies, every detail was considered. Some of us still had to work remotely, and the home has plenty of extra space to seclude yourself from the group to get work done or get some privacy. The host was communicative and friendly and very helpful with details about the home and the environs. I highly recommend this home for a getaway for you and your extended family.

Great space for families
This house was perfect for our extended family vacation. The backyard and roofdeck were beautiful and the bedrooms were spacious. There were also lots of different areas in the house where people could hang out together in the evenings or on rainy days. (We spent most of our days out.) The house is close to town and a short drive to a number of different beaches, which are all great for families. The owners were extremely responsive and clearly care for their home and guests.

Chatham home
This is a gorgeous, spacious property with a great location. The manager was very helpful and responsive. I do find the policy of not including bath or bed linens (without additional cost) to be frustrating as I have not encountered this at any other properties we’ve visited.

We enjoyed visiting this property for an end of summer getaway. The listing photographs give an excellent preview of all of the charm that makes this property a special destination. We especially enjoyed the picturesque backyard with its lovely natural elements that attract beautiful butterflies and birds. Location location location
If you want convience of walking to town and beaches you found your destination. Easy bike ride to light house beach and outermost harbor. With some stunning views. The house is perfect. Most important there are four full bathrooms and an outdoor shower. No fighting after long day at beach who gets first. Backyard large enough to play games with kids or not kids. Plenty of rooms for hanging out. Plus there are 3 bedrooms and 2 baths downstairs for anyone traveling with older people. Most of the older homes in Chatham have crazy narrow and steep stairs. Kitchen is perfect for cooking and entertaining. Also plenty of dining spots. Also met Paul and his wife. Lovely people to deal with. Would have given more stars if I could. Ann k

Beautiful and Spacious Rental-Excellent Location!
Beautiful home located on a beautiful property in a very central locale! This house is much bigger than appears in photos and easily accommodated our party of 10 adults and 1 toddler. Plenty of sleeping options and ample room to spread out. Great spaces to be alone and curl up with a book or a Red Sox game or to convene in large groups both indoors and out. The furniture and decor were beautiful and comfortable and the house was spotless upon arrival. There were multiple gas grills for cooking... a kitchen stocked with plenty of dishes, silverware, glassware, pots and pans, and appliances.... plenty of parking... games... tv's... just about everything to make our family gathering a memorable, easy, comfortable stay!
The owner, Paul, offered great customer service and was always at the other end of an email to answer questions.
Close to Main Street and beaches, the Chatham Bars Inn and many restaurants and shops. An ideal location for stroller rides and walks.
We would highly recommend this lovely home on a quiet private way. Thank you, Paul, and family!

An Exquisite and Generous Vacation Home
We stayed in this home for a week, 14 of us, for a family reunion; my husband and I, our children and their spouses, and our grandchildren. The generous space along with places for privacy or quiet conversation offered a variety of opportunities. For example, I spoke with my 13 year old granddaughter quietly, and I watched my daughter and 7 year old grandson play in the snow, right outside the sunroom, We cooked with ease and joy, as the kitchen offered utensils , pots and pans for every need. The bedrooms and bathrooms, the living spaces, the upstairs deck, the views were all quite spectacular.
The listing description was accurate and the property was immaculate. The owner was extremely responsive .
I recommend this rental as a comfortable and beautiful setting for your adventures on our beloved Cape Cod.

Wonderful stay on the Cape!
Stayed at Paul's house with a group of Harvard Business School students over labor day weekend. We came with sky-high expectations given the property's phenomenal reviews - and they were surpassed. The house is simply stunning. The furniture is so beautiful, and there's everything you could possibly need and WAY more available (about 5 different sets of wine / champagne glasses e.g.). Feels like luxury stay at a mansion. It's very obvious that Paul himself spends time here, and this couldn't be further from a "summer rental" home. This brings me to Paul himself - Paul is wonderful. Super responsive throughout, and very kind. He took care of my every concern, no matter how minute. The last day, he even let us stay longer than originally agreed to because we wanted to drive back later. House itself is in absolutely fabulous location, easy walk to town and beach. The street the house is on is one of the nicest streets in Chatham. I'm very thankful Paul let us be his guests, and we'll be certain to be back soon.

A group of friends rented this lovely house to celebrate a birthday and to enjoy Chatham during the Christmas season. The house accommodates a crowd wonderfully! We thoroughly enjoyed the upstairs family room and easily had a seat-down dinner for 12 in the dining room. It's also a great location - we were able to walk to town, Chatham Bars Inn and the Lighthouse.
