The kids and had the best time @ Sea Breeze!! We are not much for crowds, and NorthWest Point Resort was perfect! Secluded with gate access we found ourselves saying many times "It feels as if we have the place to ourselves!" Great snorkeling to be had right outside the condo, with lots of pretty reefs to discover. We were able to catch a few glimpses of sea turtles-as they don't hand around long once they have spootted you! The condo is well appointed with the best views of the resort. There were lost of spices for cooking in the cabinets, as well as some other concumables that were greatly appreciated. Pamela was a gem (!) and I so appreciate her patience as we had a missed connection on the way to TCI, and then difficuty finding flights on the way out. Why am I giving 5 stars? Because I'm not allowed to give 10-thanks for a great visit!

The property was lovely and the beach was quiet and amazing.
The distance to shopping and restaurants is long because the road is unpaved. I would go back and highly recommend it.

Beautiful facility located on the northwest end of Providenciales. The remoteness makes the location even more beautiful as the stars shine brightly in the dark skies and the waves lapping at the beach are easily heard.
This location is away from the hustle of the Grace Bay Area, yet close enough to travel to for restaurants and more.
The unit we stayed in was perfect with views all around of the water and beach. Pamela, the contact manager, was easy to work with and very responsive.
All in all, our stay here was pure joy and sweet bliss.

We were greeted by Pamela Who provided us with all the information we needed, she was very pleasant. The place was very clean, provided everything that we needed during our stay. Lots of appliances, towels, spices, cooking utensils, etc. The pictures are exactly what it is like. I thought it was tastefully decorated with some personal photography of the area that was very nice. No problems getting chairs at the beach or the pool. It was unfortunate that their bar/restaurant was closed but we managed with our own drinks and food. I recommend to bring as many items as you can for groceries. Wraps, coffee, bagels, extra toilet paper, because it’s very expensive grocery shopping. I even packed a small cooler in suitcase and brought yogurts, cheese, etc. We easily found the place, they provide directions and a list of all the best restaurants. Driving on the opposite side of the road for the first time was a challenge but got used to it after a couple of trips out. If up for it 1.5 mile walk down beach to see beautiful views, boat washed ashore. Take left from beach chairs. Also, if you love doggies and puppies we went to Potcake Rescue at Grace Bay and took a puppy for a walk for a couple hours to get it socialized. It is a great rescue place for dogs and a fun experience. Dog walking is between 10 am and 12:45 each day, you can take them for any amount of time during that timeframe. We would go back again.

Perfect Getaway To Unwind
When looking for accommodation in T&C, my wife and I were hoping to find the perfect hideaway to just unplug from our busy , hectic work schedules. Sea Breeze fit our needs to a T!
1. Driving there: although I previously read in a review or two how difficult it was to find NWP, those statements were the far from the truth. The instructions we were given were accurate and easy to follow. To make it easier, we simply plugged the resort into our imaps and it led us there easily and hassle free.
The unit itself: Upon entry we were thrilled to see that the unit appeared exactly as it did in the photos. Not overly upgraded but we were not looking for that. It was quaint, comfortable and clean. The ocean views from the main and master bedroom decks were incredible.
The Complex: Honestly, we felt like we were THE only people there most days. The surroundings were beautiful, the complex itself was immaculate. The beautiful pool was empty every day. If ever we saw somebody at the pool, it may a been just one other couple.
The Beach: We also had the entire beach to ourselves too, literally! On a busy day at the beach, we saw three other couples, thats it! No getting up early to fight for beach chairs, no crowds, nothing but a beautiful beach, tussling palms and the odd flamingo stopping by the beach for a little R & R. A national park resides next door, just a little ways down the beach. It made for a wonderful midday or evening ocean side walk.
Conclusion:
It you are wanting an abundance of people, restaurants, etc this may not be the place for you. If you are wanting to unplug from life for a week, this is absolutely the ideal setting for you.
PS: We rented a car and found the driving fairly easy to navigate (once my brain retrained itself to drive on the left side of the road! :) Driving from one side of Provo to the other only took us 25 mins, and just 15-20 mins to Grace Bay Road restaurants and shops.
Sea Breeze: Highly Recommended!

Recharge and relax
We had such a wonderful time during our stay in TCI and were very happy with this rental property. Kathleen was so accommodating when we needed to change the time of our stay. We so appreciated working with her through that process.
Once we finally arrived, we were greeted by a friendly staff who brought our luggage up to the rental unit (thank you)! As we walked through the door, we were greeted with a spectacular view of the beach… so beautiful! The unit itself was clean and inviting. We only needed the one bedroom and we’re so happy waking up every morning to the sights and sounds of the ocean.
As a sweet gesture, The staff left a sweet birthday note for my boyfriend and a bottle of wine as a little birdie must have let them know this trip was to celebrate my love’s 60th birthday! We were both happily surprised.
The time we spent there was perfect for two overworked people just looking for some relaxation and a chance to recharge. The unit we stayed at and the area around it was just as it was described and we loved being there!
Until the next time😊

Island perfection
Wow!!! What an awesome vacation. The condo was perfect. I think it was actually better than the owner provided description. Third floor balcony, unobstructed ocean view. Can’t even count how many hours were spent on the balcony enjoying the view and trade winds. Yes it’s 15-20 minutes away from shops…but on the positive side, we walked on the beach for two hours and didn’t see another person.

AMAZING vacation
My husband and I along with my sister-in-law and her husband spent a week at this property in June 2021, and it was just amazing. The condo was perfect for two adult couples, it was clean and had all of the basic necessities. The grounds were beautiful featuring an awesome pool and hot tub. The ocean views from this 3rd floor condo were spectacular. It was very comfortable and relaxing. Kathleen, the owner, was great to work with, and provided directions as well as tips on eating places, beaches, etc. Everyone we came across was very friendly. The only reason I gave a 4 rather than a 5 to the location is because the ocean by the condo didn't have good snorkeling and that is a favorite past time for my husband and I. Having said that, though, within 20 minutes you can be to any number of amazing beaches, whether you are looking for beautiful white sand and water activities or snorkeling and seclusion. A week was NOT enough. I can't wait to return for a longer stay!

A miss
As other reviewers have said, this condo is in a remote location on the far end of the island. The beaches here have lots of seagrass, some of which gets raked almost daily. The shaded beach chairs were always available, however the beach drops off enough that you can't sit in the shade and see little kids at the water's edge. If you walk along the beach into the national park area, there is some of the clear blue water that Turks is known for. It was super windy the entire week we were there, so not able to kayak or paddle board- not sure if this location is always like that or we just caught it at a windy time, but on the same afternoon we could paddle board in Grace Bay, but the ocean was too choppy here.
The restaurant and bar was still closed even though there appeared to be quite a few families staying there- this is more of a condo development than a resort. It was weird in that the fountains were never turned on, the pool waterfall was off almost the entire time, and the pool bathrooms were always locked- it felt kind of desolate.
The condo itself had a great selection of spices, oils, foil, etc. Unfortunately, we couldn't grill because there were no grill utensils though. The interior felt tired and a combination of age and sloppy maintenance and perhaps not the best floor cleaning made it feel a little dirty. We appreciated the covered porch and the constant breeze, especially when the AC quit working on night 5. While the owner was very responsive via text, I didn't get the sense that the local property managers had any sense of urgency to fix the AC, and it still wasn't working on night 6 and through our leaving the following day. Even with all windows/ doors open and a breeze flowing, it's still HOT there, even at night and made for quite an unpleasant and sweaty end to the trip. We understand that sometimes things break or go wrong, but were very disappointed that there didn't seem to be much of an effort to make it right.

Off the beaten path
We had a great time. The condo was well equipped with everything from snorkeling gear to cooking equipment. Being on the top floor was awesome. We loved sitting out on the porch. The location is relatively remote. For us that was awesome because we aren't into crowds. The pool and hot tub were very nice too. We were sorry to leave!

Amazing! Perfect place for R&R!
Our stay at this condo and northwest resort was awesome! The resort is very well-maintained, clean, and very tranquil/remote. The pool is big with chairs & umbrellas all around. There is nobody around for miles, and no tourist boats in the water. The water was clear blue and calm. The beach was big and clean... some seaweed but it was gone in two days. We were able to snorkel and kayak with nobody around. And this unit was very clean, nicely decorated and had everything we needed… exactly as the pictures show and as described. The balconies have amazing views. And Kathleen was extremely responsive and informative when we asked her questions about trips/excursions/restaurants, etc. We hope to be back someday!

Peace and Quiet
Great place to stay for peace, quiet and relaxation. Easy walk to the national park. Plenty of reefs to swim to right from the beach. If this is what you’re after this place is perfect.

This is Nirvana!
Wow - an ocean front condo with a shaded patio made for a leisurely morning with coffee, a book, and an expanse of exquisite water! Really . . . what more could you want. It's well worth the drive to Northwest Point for the peace and quiet tranquility. You can always head in to Grace Bay for lunch and an afternoon at Taylor Bay beach (don't miss Taylor Bay beach!). Our stay was more than we could have hoped for. Kathleen is a terrific host who responded immediately to my questions. Five stars!

Lovely retreat away from the hustle and bustle!
We stayed at Kathleen's condo at NorthWest Point for 4 days in mid January. We chose NorthWest Point because we wanted to be on Provo but as far away from Grace Bay and the touristy areas as possible (which is a 20 min drive!). We choose Kathleen's unit because it has the best beachfront ocean views in the complex. And we were not disappointed. The unit itself is nicely furnished and well appointed. The bed in the master bedroom is very comfortable and there's nothing like waking up to a full view of the sunrise over the ocean without even raising your head from the pillow! The kitchen is very well equipped and supplied. Bathrooms are nice and clean – water pressure is quite low in showers but water is a precious commodity on the island. Wifi is reliable. The resort itself is beautiful, super clean and very well maintained. And very private and quiet. The beach is beautiful and stretches for a mile in both directions. They have a tractor clear the seaweed from the beach every weekday morning so it’s nice and clean. Kathleen is a great host. Very helpful and super responsive, getting back to us with answers within an hour most times. Some comments/tips for you to consider:
• You will absolutely need a car. Taxis will generally not pick up at the resort.
• There is a 4km dirt road leading to the resort. It’s a little rough but if you drive slowly and stay to the extreme left (potholes are mostly in the middle) you’ll be fine.
• Groceries on the island are very expensive – double or triple Canadian prices. If you can bring some dry staples with you from home (pasta, crackers, cereal, chocolate, canned tuna, etc) you’ll cut your costs down.
