The hosts needs to sort out the security of the house.
The location was fab.
We couldn't lock the property windows and sliding doors so felt unsafe. The kitchen equipment needs updating, the cups and crockery are chipped and tired. I wouldnt recommend staying.

Good location, although the restaurant across the road was sometimes loud until late. Good restaurant though; going there yourself solves the issue; must reserve in advance.
In major need of renovation. In many places the floor was disintegrating. I counted 9 broken light bulbs. The shower curtain rail in one bathroom was bent; the curtain itself getting mouldy. Mould around the kitchen sink and a plant growing out of the sink drain. Corner sofa is cheap and the three pieces slide apart, and no coffee table. The grill in the garden was very dirty and rusted. A few deck chairs would have been useful. The bed was uncomfortable; the springs poke you in the back. The bedroom curtains block no light. One of the sliding glass doors downstairs I found very hard to lock securely.

It’s very spacious and the views are outstanding. It’s only ten minutes walk to a few restaurants in the village of Praia da Quiaios. It really does feel like you are living on the beach.
The property is tired and the furniture is cheap ( especially the beds). There were many small touches that were missing. Basics, such as toilet rolls, bin bags and wine glasses were all missing. This property is close to being amazing if you can see past these things. It’s basically very unloved.

Location, Location. Great beach
The House is highly in need of maintanance and a make over. A lot of things need to be replaced (Sofa, dishwasher, mattresses, dishes, chair covers, window sealings... ). There is only one small trash bin and no container to drop the full bags. So the ants are happy but not a family of four. The contact handing over the keys only speaks French.
