Apartamento perfecto

El apartamento es perfecto para cuatro personas. Las camas son muy cómodas y tiene todo lo necesario para la estancia. Las cápsulas de café, jabones, etc de cortesía son un detalle a tener en cuenta.

El aparcamiento alrededor es de pago, pero la dueña nos indicó dónde aparcar gratuitamente a cinco minutos andando. Su atención fue muy amable.

Sintiéndote mucho, no es un lugar para repetir

La comodidad de la cama y el baño.

La dueña me dejó la llave y se tenía que ir corriendo, a penas me dio explicaciones; el apartamento está a pie de calle y al salir, ella tiró de la puerta sin más y yo di por sentado que la puerta estaba cerrada así porque ella no me dijo nada, pues resulta que no, que si no la cierras por dentro no está cerrada, y se me metió una señora hasta dentro y se puso a hablarme mientras estaba desnuda en el baño, fue surrealista de verdad. Se escuchan muchísimos ruidos, y eso que he estado en temporada baja, no pude descansar.

El apartamento estaba muy limpio y cómodo. Me encantó llegar y ver en la cocina café, galletas, etc...Está reformado, se ve todo nuevo y bien cuidado.

Wir wurden persönlich und sehr freundlich empfangen, eine Flasche Sekt und Obst gab es zur Begrüßung auch. Besonders nett eine süße Aufmerksamkeit zum Geburtstag. Das Apartment ist komplett und neu ausgestattet. Alles war blitzsauber. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber einfach. Es funktionierte wirklich alles, wir haben nichts vermisst. Wer mit dem Auto anreist sollte unbedingt den Privatparkplatz in Anspruch nehmen, da fast alle Parkplätze in der Nähe für Anwohnerparken reserviert sind. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder

Excellent apartment

Apartment was really clean and tidy, the host explained really well how to access the key, facility’s were great. We left our control there I contacted the owner and he said he was happy to post it back to me. Hopefully when I return home it will be there.

Only one thing there was no oven.

Perfecto! Los detalles muy cuidados para estar súper a gusto

Todo. Es pequeño pero el espacio está muy bien administrado. La ducha es increíble y tiene sauna turca. Todo muy bien cuidado, el trato del anfitriona excelente siempre respondió todas las dudas al momento. Yo iba a relajarme y fue perfecto! La cama súper cómoda ! Excelente el colchón. La cocina bien equipada no faltó nada, incluso tenían un paño de cocina de tela muy bonito que nunca hay en los apartamentos y siempre hace falta ! Nada de objetar, volveré seguro !!!

No hay mucha luz en el salón. Lo único . Pero vaya, todo estaba bien.

Une pause qui aide à la récupération avec une literie de qualité dans une grande chambre

Très joli appartement au deuxième étage sans ascenseur, .un gentil accueil avec les produits de bases pour le petit déjeuner et pour cuisiner.

La difficulté à se garer et proche de la nationale, le coin cigarette proche des fenêtres n'est pas judicieux.à mon avis si le locataire est non fumeur. un peu compliqué quand il y a des bagages a transporter de monter.

lovely apartment with private parking option in great location

+ very modern, functional and well equipped apartment. + never seen this level of cleanliness in Spain before, spotless! + very good communication with the host with messages and/or phone. + great electric connection, no problems at all. + massive boiler for hot water, probably 150L, good even for a family shower. + great bed with large comfy mattress. + private parking for 5€, worth it. + wifi. + nespresso and few sweets for breakfast. + powerful and quiet central heating/aircon. + many tvs, one enormously large. + close to center. + almost new appliances, dishwasher, washing machine (with a dryer, yes!). + free bikes. + Bocattan craft beer bar very close by! :)

not something important but just to mention, our apartment was on the 2nd floor and the stairs were quite steep and narrow, there was a bit of noise from the main road even during the night and the welcome could have been a bit more relaxed and less pushy and hectic ;)

When I first found out that the 'sauna' is not what we'd call a sauna in England but rather a 'steam room' included in the shower I was a little disappointed, but after all it was awesome! 10/10 😁

An excellent base for our stay in Pineda!

We enjoyed the location - away from the hustle and bustle and a short, easy walk to the centre and beach Our hosts were friendly, approachable and swift to respond. Excellent communications. The space was clean, comfortable and well equipped. The bed linen, towels and beach towels were fresh and of good quality. The free bikes available for guests were a great bonus! Great local bars close by. Highly recommended!

There was no door on the bedroom, but this wasn’t really a problem, just a bit different.
