per il prezzo della camera non vi è un giusto rapporto qualità prezzo

La location centrale è abbastanza sicura e vicina a vari ristoranti e caffè a anche alla passeggiata lungo il mare e il centro facilmente raggiungibile a piedi

La camera davvero molto piccola, la vista sul parcheggio, le stanze con la moquette, la colazione non fresca ( i dolci e il pane erano raffermi! )

Disappointed

Location

I reserved this hotel for 2 family members. Before this last two nights they had a reservation and stayed there for 8 nights. The room they received was not according to the description of booking .com. For the last night they moved them to a box like very poor standard room. In addition for the first 5 nights I paid quite a high rate for a room which didn’t match the standard. In addition I have booked this hotel for my family members very often in the past, so they are regulars and good clients and therefore should be treated in a more favorable respectful way. This was not the case. This stay which was a total of 10 nights was rather a disappointment.

CLASSICAL AND COMFORTABLE HOTEL

Room big and with excellent sea view. Very comfortable bed. Very classical decoration that didn't bother us since room was very clean. Breakfast was very good. Location of the hotel excellent in a very fashionable neighborhood.

The stuff at reception sould be more interactive and polite . It is very nice to ask the guests for example during check out how was their stay at the hotel. Also the level of spoken english of the reception stuff was not relevant to the status of the hotel.

It is a wonderful hotel with a friendly staff. It is relatively expensive so it would be good for the furniture to be re

It is in an extremely good location close to Baghdad avenue on the one hand and also on the seashore where one can take a long walk. There are lots of good restaurants and coffee shops close by.

The furniture in the rooms can be renewed. The hotel does not have a lobby where one can sit but the breakfast place remains open all say for people to sit and have a coffee or tea throughout the day.

Exceptionally amazing people at all points. They are super helpful, polite and prompt. Room service was fast and delicious! They’ve upgraded our room and sent gifts after hearing that the booking was for our wedding weekend. The princess islands’ view was both morning and evening was a must see either from room or from Cafe de Paris rest. at the roof.

Our room had an amazing view, we loved every minute of staying there. Staff is absolutely wonderful, we arrived very early to drop our luggages off to the storage; they were so kind to offer us an early check in.

disappointing!

it is very close to amenities and beautiful restaurants around it.

when u walk in to a hotel in a city you would expect the staff to speak English, the hotel staff weren’t helpful, slightly rude, no lobby to sit, smell of suede in the hotel, room didn’t have a safe and also never replied back to booking.com email to change number of guests! so we paid extra! the hotel is dated and not really an up to international standard hotels!

We enjoyed the location and and easy access to anything, but accomodation wise everything was poor

The location of the hotel is literally excellent, couldn't be any better. It is in the heart of the Asian side, close to any facilities, night life shopping, sea etc. That was the reason why we chose it.

Every part of the hotel is in very poor condition, not taken care for a very long time obviously. Halls and rooms, carpets are not clean, even stinks. No air conditioning in rooms. We stayed in winter and used heating, I believe the filters were not maintained for a long time so the blowing air made us cough each time. Smoking is free at the hotel so everywhere smells very heavy smoke. I believe the management relies on their excellent location and don't bother with anything else.

Great location. Overall good value for the money. The hotel decor is nice. The common areas are beautiful and classy. The breakfast is very nice. I couldn’t help thinking that, with better management who would put the nexesaary love into this great building in an amazing location, this could be one of the most prestigious hotels in Istanbul. Until then, you would stay here because you can’t find anything better for this price.

The filthy carpets in the room are impossible to get over. Mattresses are bouncy and very uncomfortable. There is very little noise cancellation from the hallway, the neighboring rooms or the outside. I could hear people laughing in the room next door, people chatting in the hallway and a wide range of noises from outside. The room heating doesn’t work (the thermostat is from the 90’s).

Lovely stay at

We loved everything about this location. It exceeded our expectations on all fronts, but mostly the staff was very helpful, professional, and proactive. I have stayed at many hotels in my life (I travel a lot for work), but the staff at Suadiye hotel is definitely an example for other hotels.

I can’t possibly think of anything I didn’t like.
