Csodás bútorok tették egyedivé a szobát, sok apró részletet lehetett felfedezni a berendezésben.

The location was great for us, about a 15 min walk into the old town. The hotel was clean and the room was a great size. Staff were polite and helpful and you can buy the Salzburg Card from reception. They have an honesty bar which was really convenient. We didn't have breakfast because we read it was overpriced for what it was but their was a fridge in the room so we bought some yoghurts etc. Really nice touch having the fluffy robes in the room.
The parking was very expensive, €14 a night seems very steep to me.

I stayed at Bergland Hotel from 21.10. to 25.10., so I've spent 5 days/4 nights there. The staff was very friendly and helpful, upon check-in I received a map of Salzburg and a list of the best local restaurants/cafés, my room was equipped with a fridge and an electric kettle - with complementary tea ( 2 teabags + portions of sugar, replaced every day by cleanup staff :) ) The hotel itself is really pleasant and cozy, equipped with an elevator too. For 14€/day one could also receive breakfast there.
The location was perfect, just a corner away there's a Billa store, all the major attractions are within a 15-20 min. walk, there are also 2 bus stops in close vicinity.
I would 100% recommend it for anyone who is looking for a place to stay in Salzburg.

When we checked in, the lady staff was very friendly and told us lots of useful information about walking around Salzburg. She recommend the restaurant near by and it was excellent!
The bed room and bathroom are quite big! Hot shower was very nice! We liked to use the bathrobe. All the rooms are very clean and warm. Wifi is good. Quiet environment and we can open the window to get fresh air.
Nothing much. Maybe breakfast. We didn't take it because we are told it's vegetarian breakfast. If normal breakfast, we can take.

Short distance to the old town. We walked and enjoyed the areas around us. The room is clean, comfortable, and we have no issues with our stay.
The small fridge in my room was not cold.
no other issues.
Breakfast may be on the high side in terms of price.

Very large room by European standards and great accessibility to the old city and the train station. Very friendly staff gave recommendations for local restaurants.
Shower was small, but at least it worked.

7u30 is etwa spät wann man einen frühen Zug nehmen soll. Das Zimmer war ziemlich dunkel.

Kleines vegetarisches Frühstück, sehr gute Lage, fußläufig in die Altstadt, Biergarten in der Nähe mit gutem Abendessen
Parkplatz vorhanden allerdings sehr eng

Muy buena ubicación para no estar en el centro mismo de Salzburgo, pero si a 10 minutos andando. Hotel familiar, con personal muy atento y muy acogedor. Nos dieron buenas recomendaciones para huir de las turistadas de Salzburgo. Recomendable.

Very clean, modern room with extra space to open your suitcase which is a bonus!
As with all European hotels, there is no a/c but this is typical...but hard to get used to....used the fans a LOT

The room was big and spacious
We couldn't lock the door safely. We called thw staff at about 6 pm and they said they would take care of it asap. The next day the manager of the hotel MR kuhn stopped me by the door , yelled at me the threaten to charg us for the broken door and the door wasnt fixed.
We needed another key card because we forgot it in the room -we had to promise that we would bring the one in the room right after we got in the room.
The room had no air contidion , only one fan
We had a car with us ans we parked on the street. The receptionist told us we would get a report and that we could use the hotel's parking for free. On the day we left - we were surprised to discover a 12 euro charge for each parking day.

No AC.

location was reasonable and parking was good , immediately in front of the door. the girl at reception was lovely , extremely helpful.
our room was on the second floor and received both morning and afternoon sun. there is no air conditioning only a blower. it was unbearably hot, so much so that we could not sleep at all. it was cooler in the hallway than in the room and if we had known that we would’ve slept in the hall! if you stay and it is summer, request a room to the rear of the property where it may be cooler. other than the heat of the room, the facilities are basic but more than adequate.

Staff were brilliant, nothing was too much trouble
No air con but it was unexpectedly hot.

First of all fantastic service and owners. Rooms very clean and spacious, elevator to upper floors. There are parking spaces at the hotel, but if they are occupied, there is a public car park very close by (5 minutes walk). Our room was very quiet, and the wi-fi worked great. I strongly support the idea of hotels only for adults when you want to rest from chidren :-)
Everything was very nice.

Located in quiet area of beautiful Salsburg, walking distance to station, close to shops, restaurants. Accessible to The Old Town. We were very early and asked to check bags in after walking from station. We had been provided with good instructions and found it easily. Lovely owner upgraded us to superior room and allowed early check-in which was wonderfully appreciated as we were hot and we freshened up and went out exploring. She also provided a good map and explained best places to go. European continental breakfast was very delicious and well priced. This boutique hotel is well worth a go.
No complaints, we were well looked after.

The staff were very helpful. They went out of their way to offer suggestions of what to see other than the obvious attractions, even providing a pamphlet that they had created, with easy instructions.
The hotel.was in close proximity to the main area..it was an easy walk to the old town and was situated in a quiet area. The bathroom was beautiful, and spotlessly clean
There is nothing to fault, although the water pressure in the shower was weak.

excellent service with a friendly staff. the facilities were very comfortable, very clean, and the breakfast was delicious: so many vegetarian and vegan options. only 15 minutes from the train station and 15 minutes to Mirabellgarten.
everything was great

We loved our room, it was large and super comfortable. The staff was so nice and gave us some great tips during our stay in Salzburg. The breakfast was really good. Bergland Hotel is our new home base.

great location within walking distance of the old city. The staff were very helpful and nicest hotel we stayed at in our 3 wk trip to Bavaria and northern Austria.

Desk staff were very friendly and went out of their way to make us welcome and help with directions, etc.
There really wasn't anything we would do differently.

- Excellent location! Easy work to the HBF, to the gig venue, to the pickup/ drop-off spot for the Hallstatt Tour.
- Easy key card for 24hr access (and front door, no little side door for late hours)
- Really friendly and accommodating staff.
- cool artwork throughout.
- Decent sized room and great sized shower.
- Came with a dressing gown, which I did not expect at this price level, but made me feel very fancy!
- My main issue (which isn't really an issue for most) is that it did not have a full-length mirror. Only 3/4
Travel fashion is a huge aspect, so I like to be able to get a full look & photo of my outfit.
- The bed was really squishy (again, not a negative, more a warning if you have back or knee issues).
- The shower doesn't go scolding hot (again not a real negative, managing expectations for those who like to shower in a furance) altho the dials were very sensitive so when turning off to lather you could easily switch from handheld to overhead.
4.5
It was a great experience. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was good too. The management was very cooperative, helpful and friendly.
There is nothing that we did not really like. It was a great place. We really enjoyed ourselves. The place was very clean and all the facilities were more than adequate.

loved everything
