Cost. Availability for last minute booking
Pretty run down, restaurant and bar closed on a monday, poor signage to find your room.

Close to Canberra
Long walk from room to car.
Some is undercover, but it was raining hard and we got very wet.

Nothing
The room was worst than my boarding school dormitory, there was nothing to boil water to make my one year old baby milk or a microwave to warm milk for my other 2 children. When I want to inform the staff that the place was not suitable for me and my children as it is all the way in the back of the property and there is nothing to make milk for my children, I told them I was happy to pay for a different room that is more suitable, the staff member asked me nicely what they could do to make my stay comfortable, I said even microwave will do, with no remorse he told me to be driving to the reception to make milk for my children and since the room was all the way in back of the building near bushes I was going to be bringing my children in the car since they were scared. I just couldn’t stay, I was going to be driving to the reception to boiled water and warm milk for my children which I couldn’t take that. I had to leave the same night even if I had booked 2 nights stay with my children.
Internet was very poor, heating unit was not operating properly as well the television that had no signal. 2 hours where so long for my children and I. Be very careful when you are booking these types of places they don’t give much information when booking just to be disappointed upon arrival

Cost-friendly and quiet area. But a little bit far from the city center.
All is good except for the location.

Unclean beds, very fragile broken beds In summary it is not what you expect from a brand like IBIS. Better they take it off or make sure it is corrected.
Unclean beds, sheets all laced in dirt and itchy

We stayed in one room apartment called as deluxe apartment. The rooms are very spacious and has a new renovated bathroom with a nice tub.
Buffet Breakfast Options are very less, same repetitive stuffs and taste levels are not great. Moreover they have only one toaster machine which make people to queue up.

Was good staff helpful
When we checked in both room there was no hotwater tea sugar milk was not in the rooms after contact with reception the changed rooms i would say someone should check room before guests arrive

free breakfast is value for money
way too may cockroaches.
specifically on beds. ibis needs to look into their pest control management seriously.

Breakfast was lovely, it was a surprise to have a full hot and cold buffet
It was a very cold tim e of year and the aircon was broken and so we couldn't warm the room. I bought a small heater at a local kmart but that set off the smoke alarm and therefore we had to just cope with the cold overnight.

For the price, this room suited my family very well. The included buffet breakfast was also very useful.
Being there in April, it seemed to be the 'off season' so the vibe was subdued.

Cheap at the last minute
Absolutely ridiculous layout. This is not a hotel. It's almost like a school camp with a bunch of cabins. Rooms are damn near impossible to find, signage is abysmal and the "map" they give you to FIND your room is unclear and not well explained by reception. Very difficult getting from parking to the room, had to walk on uneven pavement and through dirt tracks. Would not have stayed here if I'd realised it wasn't a hotel at all.
King bed is two singles pushed together.
This is a little weird, but as we were checking out next morning the whole of reception (which is an entirely different building) smelled like fart. Not like someone had passed gas, but like a whole herd of cattle had. The entire building. Never been happier to leave somewhere.

The venue & cleanliness
The bed was 2 single beds pushed together.. I didn't get a good rest at all because they kept splitting apart..
I really expected more
3.5
The rural setting which included close encounter with 2 echidna!s!. Reception was very welcoming and helpful and so was the dining room..
Shower. The light switch for the bathroom automatically switches on a large very noisy fan even if the shower is not in use and also makes the room cold.

Having breakfast included was great & the hospitality staff were very welcoming & friendly.
The grounds….pool & outside furniture was very dirty…could do with a revamp too…parking was under gum trees too where sap from the trees fell on your car & could damage it…needs better parking facilities & quite a walk to the restaurants from the room also & no room service which was not good.
