The room was large and the facilities including the shared common kitchen area were spotless always. The host at the property was attentive to our questions.
The property was a bit far from the down town sights. And we didn’t get a chance to figure out public transportation. A taxi was almost $20 each way. The other challenge for us was that the host did not speak English at all which made for some fun communication during check in. But it all worked out just fine.

La maison « locale » magnifique et d’une propreté irréprochable ! La personne qui nous a accueilli était d’une grande gentillesse et bienveillance

Room was okay, the staff didn't speak much English. Room was perfectly clean.

We like everything. The host was very kind and friendly.
The venue was a bit far from the city.

The room itself was spacious and comfortable. Private external bathroom was also spacious and clean.
The rating of this property largely reflects the female host, because the property itself is actually really nice and we would have otherwise enjoyed our stay. The host did not speak English at all and gave us a tour in Italian which we didn't understand a word of. She seemed a little frustrated we didn't speak Italian, despite the property details advertising English being spoken. The host slapped my partner on the bottom twice - the intention of this may have been playful but is inappropriate nonetheless. The property is advertised as non-smoking but the host smoked continuously throughout the day, including when entering our room (which occurred multiple times). We found it hard to relax there so stayed out as much as possible. Location could also be better to the city centre.

Beautiful house, clean room, very friendly
Wifi is provided but the signal doesn't reach the room. There was no airconditioning but a ventilator while the airconditioning is being advertised. This is definitely not the same.. Bummer.. definitely in a heart wave

The property was clean
The actual B&B is ran by the owners mother and not him. He seemed fairly nice on the phone however his mother was quite different. When we first arrived she seemed friendly even though we didn’t speak Italian however that soon changed over the course of our stay.
She started to become annoyed at us for not being able to communicate with her and shouting at us for various things we could not understand. she even entered our locked room unannounced with her key while we were inside to tell us to switch of a bedside table light which was a huge privacy violation and which she did not apologise for. on another occasion she proceeded to kick my girlfriend “playfully” for leaving an empty packet in the kitchen by accident - I don’t think she meant any harm but it was very un professional and made us both feel uncomfortable.
she smokes through out the property all day - since my girlfriend has asthma this was an issue for us. To sum up she made our stay very uncomfortable and we spent most our time away from the house and avoiding her when inside.
furthermore breakfast is not provided for and the host does not speak English as the website described.

quietness and free parking lot across the street
no breakfast, they should serve at least muffins and yogurt

The place was nice and the rooms were clean.
The location of the places is far from the train station. The hosts mother runs the places and speaks only Italian so communicating is a problem and the rooms are cleaned even without notice our things were re arranged without our permission.

The owner Angela is great. The price is very good and the room extremely clean. I haven't had the breakfast. By walk it is very cheap to go to florence 1. 50 euros. On the way there is a lidl which was very convenient. The walk is approx 15 min from frediriga. I will go back.

Very nice host. The building itself is old and interesting.
Comfortable room.

charming heritage building
only breakfast was allowed in the communal kitchen, but there was no kettle to boil water, only by microwave can you get hot water. while taking my food out of the fridge, the owner asked me to hurry as the fridge was losing its coldness. while our door was open she also switched off our lights. there are no shops or restaurants nearby. the whole truth and nothing but the truth.

The staff were super helpful since the moment we arrived. Everything was neat and cozy for the nights there. The nonna was really sweet and made us feel as any grandchildren when they go to their grandparent's house.
The tram was a 17mins walk from the place and the bus stop 2mins away. There are supermarkets, restaurants and pasticceria close by, for anything you might need.
We were glad to stay here and invite others to do the same!

The host was nice and helpful and tried to communicate in English the best to his abilities. The house is beautiful and the rooms clean. Beds are comfortable as well!
The WiFi had some issues. The location is not good if you are there without a car. It is pretty far from the city. There is also no AC and it can get pretty hot inside, also at night.

separate bathroom and all the sounds on the street or in the in the corridor are heard.

Helpful and polite host, good value for money, very clean
Old building, hence very noisy from the street and also cold.

Excellent Italian breakfast, nice pastries and fette biscottate. Good coffee, juice and yoghurt available in fridge and option for teas if required.
Lack of air con. Room was a bit hot, don’t like using fans. Still had a decent sleep. Not sure that would work for us at the height of summer.
