Absolut perfekt, in jeder Hinsicht.

Die authentische, kaum zu übertreffende gastfreundliche Atmosphäre. Das bis ins kleinste Detail gepflegte und stilvolle Interieur. Die Ausstrahlung des gesamten Hauses. Das gastronomische Angebot, das keine Wünsche offenläßt. Das Frühstück ist bezüglich seiner Vielfalt fast konkurrenzlos. Die Lage des Hauses ist die beste in ganz Wien.

Die Kehrseite der perfekten Lage ist die Geräuschkulisse der Stadt - das ist eben unvermeidlich und betrifft alle Innenstadthotels. Aber das ist kein Grund, nicht dorthin zu gehen.

Hervorragendes Hotel an bester Lage. Traditionelle Ausstattung, sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Grosses elegantes Zimmer. Ausgezeichnetes Frühstückbuffet.

Es war ein wundervoller Aufenthalt.

Erinnert an die alte Tradition und Architektur. Sehr professionelles freundliches Personal. Tagsüber kommen viele Schaulustige Touristen. Die zentrale Lage ist perfekt.

Durch die historische Architektur ist es teilweise eng.

Our wonderful visit to the Hotel Sacher

The Hotel Sacher is a beautiful hotel in an exceptionally high-quality traditional style. Our rooms were an oasis aesthetically and functionally designed with the guests' comfort the upper most consideration. The bars and restaurants were a delight with superb drinks and cuisine. We had an exquisite after Opera dinner in the Grune Bar, and, of course, we had to order the famous Sacher Torte in the Cafe Sacher. The hotel breakfast was extensive with a buffet, and a la carte options served in either the gentle morning room or the Grune Bar and was a lovely way to start the day. The staff, regardless of their position, were extremely polite, friendly, and very well trained. All our requests, e.g, for taxis, valet parking, tickets, directions, and advice on attractions, were handled cheerfully and quickly. All these factors have meant that our very happy memories of the Hotel Sacher will not fade.

Remarkable Hotel.

Stayed in many hotels but the Hotel Sacher 20 stars! Hotel and accommodation were amazing but what really made it was the fantastic Concierge and the hotel bar staff totally sensational.Nothing was a problem. Always went above and beyond to help or serve you. Vienna stunning but what made our trip was the hotel. Highly recommend.

A fantastic hotel right up with the world’s best.

Everything but particularly the staff and extremely high level of customer service. Nothing was too much trouble. I mentioned at reception that it was my wife’s birthday & within half an hour a sachet torte gift with balloons attached arrived at our room.

too busy to be fully enjoyable

location was really good , old style period hotel. small room …. but we’ll furnished

every thing fully booked…. tried to eat in the restaurant more than once …but couldn’t. personally I think it’s over priced and didn’t live up to our expectations….. had breakfast twice ….. but they could up their game ….. you shouldn’t have e over cooked eggs in a five star hotel fully except it was NYears but you need to provide for paying guests

Wonderful and memorable

Location perfectly in the center. Easy walking distance to most attractions including opera, symphony, museums. Room comfort and furnishings exceptional and in keeping with the Hapsburg tradition. The Hotel is part of Vienna history. Staff very helpful and polite.

Food in the Sacher restaurants not quite to our liking apart from the famous Sacher Torte and the wonderful Apple Strudel and breakfasts.

We had a beautiful stay at the Sacher, so close to museums and attractions

our room was beautiful and beautifully appointed with delicious personal size sacher tortes and fresh fruit and water bottles. The bed was comfortable and the staff was very friendly and helpful
