unkomplizierter Check-In und Check-Out

Very convenient and clean hotel room.
The location was perfect for us but it may not be fun if you come to visit Cologne (it is far from the city center).

Was a Perfect Stay and very nice Personal

The location in an industrial area is fine to be quiet, but it is a bit far from the nearest shops. I think it should be advised to have a personal car to rent an accommodation there.
The method of giving personal data to get entered inside the hotel is a bit hard and digital lockers are not easy to use.

clean and enough room
the location is hard to reach by public transport, especially in the evening

Very big room with two comfortable beds.
The shower room is very small. You share it with the other guests and it is therefore moist. Entrance to hotel AND room is via a 6digit code. You must have your code with you when you use the bathroom or toilet, otherwise you are locked out.

Big rooms. 1 of Them had a ventilator
2 rooms far from each others. Children in 1 room. Asked for why no rooms beside each others. They said because children are teens it was not priority. Fair enough. One room has bathroom and shower outside the room with no key. There was someone who used the bathroom and had taken a dump. It was not Good. The personal did not replay to sms or phone

the WI-FI was really slow and annoying

No breakfast was offered, most horrible location ever, in an industrial area, and almost impossible to go in , or out as bus service is every hour. Pain in the ass room attendance, understood no language.
At least the room was clean.

Reasonably comfy beds, a television and a clean bathroom.
The dreamhouse is located on a business park, which is not shown on the photos posted on Booking. Secondly, the owner praised the beautiful view on the garden from the room, which looked like an absolute mess. The buildings on the other side of the hedge look like homeless people could be living there. Thirdly, no breakfast is being served, because apparently this is not possible during the coronacrisis. However, at other hotels that we've stayed at prior to this stay, breakfast is served so we feel it has more to do with the fact that very few people stay at the dreamhouse.
All in all, expect very little ambiance and only stay here if don't mind the scenery but just need a place to sleep.

I'm Italian and I leave in France. I spent a weekend with my boyfriend in Köln to experience the German carnival spirit. The location is very good if you like to be near the center but not in the busy and expensive downtown. The owner is an amazing Italian man that will advise you in all the best services you need. The accomodation is very comfortable and cleaned, a nice ambient parfume will welcome you in every room of the hotel. Really recommended!
