Very positive

Room was very big, very clean, shower was excellent. Staff super-friendly and helpful.

The bunk-bed for two girls was badly designed within a "cove", so the "top floor" hit her head against the corner of the wall several times

A beautiful building with a great breakfast buffet!

The property is centrally located and there is easy access to restaurants, shopping and site seeing.

I booked the hotel because they had a pool, and the pool is very small and very cold. We barely stuck our feet in. There were also no lounge chairs.

Highly recommend! It was wonderful

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was very comfortable with amazing views, and I especially loved how convenient it was to explore the city—everything I needed was just a 2-15 minute walk away from the hotel (museums, restaurants, shopping!). The bathroom amenities were a pleasant surprise, including two toothbrushes, toothpaste, and a hair comb. The shampoo and conditioner smelled absolutely delightful! Additionally, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay, which made the experience even more enjoyable. I cannot review the culinary aspect, as I did not opt for breakfast. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its comfort, convenience, excellent amenities, and outstanding service.

Still would recommend we thoroughly enjoyed it

The location was perfect for Prado and the palacios real. The hotel was almost perfect. We had a jacuzzi and terrace which was fantastic.

We had expected a nespresso coffee machine!! As per the description. Also the bathroom door was a challenge to get to the toilet. Also shower door leaked.

Idéal pour une escapade de quelques jours.

Chambre au dernier étage avec Terrasse spacieuse. Vue dégagée sur la ville. Le personnel est disponible et courtois.

On aurait aimé avoir des transats sur la terrasse.

L emplacement au centre de Madrid

La chambre très petite , les couloirs enchevêtrés pour atteindre difficilement la chambre. Pas de body lotion et les lits faits de façon bizarre peu pratique. Pas de couette donc j ai eu froid. La décoration du lobby très sombre. La piscine et savterrasse minuscules. Il faudrait le mentionner dans le descriptif!

La ubicacion y el lobbie.

Estaban remodelando el pasillo y no avisam q eso está pasando. Ademas pagué la noche anterior para llegar a las 10am para llegar y acostarme y al llegar me dijeron q debian chequear q la habitación estuviera ok lo cual no demoró mucho pero me parece que no debía pasar y tmb entraron a decir q habia q hacer el check out cuando era al otro día !

Una noche en Madrid de ensueño

TODO!!! El hotel además de estar muy bien ubicado, cerca de varios puntos de interés de Madrid, es muy bonito y moderno. Las habitaciones son espectaculares, nos tocó una con una vista alucinante, una suite con jacuzzi privado en la terraza, con sala de estar y balcón en la habitación, absolutamente soñado. El desayuno a otro nivel. Y lo mejor de todo diría que es personal, que manera de atendernos bien, siempre dispuestos y con una sonrisa. No alcanzamos a probar el restaurant, pero por la carta pinta muy bueno.

Tener que dejar el hotel.

Perfect location, but room is small and not clean enough.

Excellent location. Equipped with swimming pool in terrace (although we didnt use). Quadruple room with bunk beds for kids, which is not easy to find in Madrid.

Cleanliness of room: floor was so dirty that feet got dirty while walking on bare feet, and was also evident in bath mat. We checked in late night for one night only so we didnt highlighted issue to hotel management or requested change of room. Room was small to accommodate 4x people, with small stoarage and no plage for more than one big suitcase, although is understandable considering location in old building and quadruple room equipped with twin beds plus bunk beds.

Location was excellent, lots of attractions reached on foot. Shops very close etc. Excellent size room and well equipped. Small pool top floor for those very hot days, enough to cool down, towels supplied.

A comfortable choice for a couple of days visit to Madrid.

Located on bustling Gran Via you are right in the centre of Madrid, surrounded by shops & restaurants & walking distance to the Prado Museum & the Palace. The room was spacious with a large super comfortable bed. The bathroom was a good size with the shower over the bath. The minibar was a bonus to keep milk for tea/coffee. The rooftop pool was refreshing after a day’s walk in the city. The staff were pleasant & helpful with directions, restaurant recommendations & booking taxis. The added touch of a welcome small bottle of cava was a nice surprise.

Our room looked out to a back street. There was a lot of noise at night. It seemed as if goods were being delivered below us. There were many lights but none that were bright enough to read by. The pool was cramped & uninviting. We did not find the spa.

Very nice!

I really enjoyed my stay here. The hotel is spotlessly clean and our room was fairly spacious with our kids enjoying their own bunk beds in the family suite. Our balcony overlooked gran via which was stunning. The pool (whilst small) was a great way to escape the heat. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
