Pool area great, lots of sun beds, animation team put on popular events for families.
The food is awful. We were half board and stopped eating evening meals after second night. Breakfast is an assault on your ears with the noise in the canteen like dining area. Tables filthy. Long queues for breakfast items which quickly run out. Bedrooms basic furnishings. Large balcony with one table and 2 plastic chairs. Could easily fit sun-beds and a decent table with brolly. This isn’t a 4 star hotel. Barely a 3 star economy style.

Great location, close to the beach. A warm pool with a roof was a plus in April when it was still cold to swim in the open outside pools. Food was amazing and lots of healthy options, even freshly squeezed juices for breakfast! Food exceeded our expectations. Great evening shows.

Good size pool, and lots of sunbeds. Breakfast nice and regularly replenished. All staff friendly and polite.
Rooms are a little tired, the furniture could have done with being updated and the bathroom also was a little tired.

lovely family setting ,fun and helpful

Excellent location, great staff, comfy rooms and plenty of parking space. Food was good, reasonable variety and proper spanish cuisine. Multiple restaurants and reasonable prices.
Coffee was not good. Needs improvement. For dinning and lunch, there was not water available for free: really bad practice (even if the prices were reasonable). Charge more other things, but put water.

Stunning hotel, felt like I was walking into the Ritz.
Amazing room with gorgeous view of pool.
Too much loud music in the bars.
Cooking haze in the main eating area - we could not go in 😒
Outdoor space being renovated constant banging.

Our room was excellent. We were three people and had plenty of space.
Felt some staff in main restaurant at breakfast tended to ignore us. The restaurant was very busy as it was an all inclusive.

The hotel was good overall but not amazing. Staff lovely and helpful. Facilities good - pool a bit cold but on a hot day you can cool down. Area around pool kept clean every day, no mad dash for sun loungers as if you leave your towels in the morning and leave, bed gets tagged for 30 mins towels then removed. Location very good, less than 5 mins to the beach and town.
Booked all inclusive - breakfast was lovely with tons of choice. Snack place and bar also good. Lunch and dinner awful - i really struggled to find anything decent to eat. Tons of choice but not high quality and mish mash. If you stay over 7 nights you get 1 dinner in Japanese and 1 in italian and those were very good, especially Japanese restaurant.

Facilities were exceptional. Breakfasts were plentiful, varied and very good. The room was cleaned every day as was the balcony. Air conditioning was a definite positive.
The beds were just a bit "lumpy" and not the most comfortable we have experienced. The bar which serve food as well was not well organised at busy times. I wanted mainly cups of water and would often have to wait up to 30 minutes. I would suggest that the water dispensers are moved into the open cafe with cups so that guests can obtain a drink of water without having to wait in a queue. Sometimes only one person was serving in this area

we’ve stayed here before so we know it’s in a great location.
unfortunately there was a fairground right opposite our room which when we checked in got told that it was only there until the night we arrived, sadly it wasn’t it was still there when we left 9 days later.
we also had lots of trouble with our keycard which my husband ended up changing his 5 times!

the pools
everything else, the food was shockingly bad including the so called themed restaurants. the staff were awful and rude. music outside was too loud and intrusive.
