Swimming pool was green and with Algae, it was not suitable for use. For sure this is not a 4 star hotel.

The fact that is on our way to the Algarve, in a very convenient location for a pit stop... I definitely will come back to explore the surrounding area. The facilities were great and the staff is super nice and friendly.

Terrible hotel, very poorly managed and providing contradictory information to their customers. Double booked our room so when we showed up, they said they had cancelled our reservation and there was no room available for us. This left us in a very precarious situation where we had nowhere to get ready in advance of our friends wedding and didn't have anywhere to sleep on that night. We had also pre-paid for the room and still haven't been reimbursed.

Very friendly staff in a quiet location.
Perfect for an overnight stay
Needs a little TLC in places and the restaurant is basic.

The rooms were ok and pretty clean.
The Hotel is located in a more or less ghost town. The Hotel staff were friendly, but we felt not very welcome ignored. We were not asked if we want dinner and had to disturb the staff during their dinner to ask for food. The breakfast was really bad.

It's a lovely place. Sadly we were both unwell and couldn't enjoy it.
No reflection on the hotel at all.

Great place to stay for family or couple. We liked it so much and we'll come back if travel to Portugal!
We forced to wait a bit while staff on reception was calling somewhere to confirm booking of previous guests.

In an out of the way place.
Breakfast was late in having ready

The room were generous in size and very clean. We had asked for 2 extra beds and everything was ready and set up properly. There is a lot of parking space within the property.
The staff was non-existent. The room had no fridge or mini-bar which was a major inconvenience for us, especially in the summer weather. There was no restaurant service offered and we had to travel by car to get something to eat, as there are no alternatives nearby. Also, not sure what was going on with the pool, but the water was very muddy and not inviting for a swim.

Calm place.
Its not 4 stars hotel. Water in the swimingpool and all pool area was dirty, we didnt swim then we saw it. Room with terrace, bet terrace was unclean too, one chair broken. Please, clean up your hotel and make it nice and beautiful.

The few staff that worked at this hotel was very helpful and polite.
This hotel was nothing i expected it to be, the room was nice but cleaning standards need to be better, the swimming pool you couldn't even see the bottom of it the water was so cloudy the water just didnt look clean. Had dinner at the hotel and it was trouble couldn't eat it sent it back.. Wanted to have a shower in the morning before leaving the hotel and there was no hot water.... My stay at this hotel was trouble, its very badly organized and not enough staff...

nice hotell with good poolarea, far from any cities or anything. Nice, clean room with AC.
Not so good sound isolation, heard a lot through the doors, but it was a calm hotell so not so bad. breakfast left a little bit more to be expected. location-vise is very nice if you like rural areas and the calm but to get to a restaurant etc. you need to travel quite a bit.

Went for a relaxed getaway, the hotel has nice facilities (confortable pool area and spacious room/bathroom).
Breakfast was simple but enough.
Short staffed but super assistance during the entire stay.
The hotel is located in a small village close to an old mine with easy access and a parking lot. Wi-Fi all over the property.
Also great to take a walk/run in the countryside.
Good value for money
Didn't feel like a 4star hotel.
Although with nice facilities we notice some standards were not guaranteed. We still enjoyed the room, pool and breakfast but for a 4star the quality should be a little bit higher.
Also, the room assigned was different from the reservation. After speaking to reception, the explanation was that it was an error from Booking that happens when they receive a lot of reservations at the same time. The price for both rooms was the same and the hotel was full otherwise they would have switched the rooms.

Warning, warning!!
Warning!! This is my worst hotel experience ever!
I have been living in many hundred hotels and nothing comes close to this. When arriving at the hotel it did not have a working airconditioning/heating system in the rooms. It was 15 degrees in the rooms and I had to leave the hotel for another hotel. When leaving the receptionist and I agreed that no check-in was done. But afterward, they lied to Booking and said I stayed the night there!! Their 4 stars should be a 1 star. In the end, after many phone calls, Booking compensated me for the trouble.
