Is affordable and the staff is friendly.
Room was clean and big enough.
When we arrived the room was ready.
Dirty pool
Towels in bad condition (they look old)
They don’t offer more experiences with them.
The location is not the best as is not ideal to walk to the beach and back. Is quite far.

La ubicación
Le falta estar más limpio las camas algo duras.

Over looking Zicatela Beach , The breakfasts were delishious , the view over the pool was amazing

Good plumbing! Elevators worked
Don’t think the water in the pool has ever been changed. Odd that a hotel so large can rarely get a taxi, when I’ve stayed at other smaller hotels close by, they can get a taxi to. answer 80% of the time, at this hotel around 20%.

the view
the noise of the busy highway and the curtains that didn’t cover the windows

great location
staff was not with the best mood

The hotel was fine; nothing superb but fine. Everything worked out pretty well, everything as presented in the photos and the information provided. It met my expectations.
The view is beautiful, therefore the location might require a power-walk. But it wasn’t so bad, and definitely worth it if you don’t want to be in the noisy part of town.
The pillows could use an upgrade; the breakfast buffet does not need a person to serve you, it creates an unnecessary waiting line; and the pool bar, had it been functional, it would have been amazing.

The WIFI worked pretty good in the room,
with little walk you get to the markerts and restaurants
No facilities in the room, phone to call reception if needed, having a pot to boil hot water for tea/coffee would really be amazing...
The restaurant or common area was quite dirty and not that comfortable to sit at

The free parking
Staff can use hospitality lessons desperately. Breakfast was all warm, except for the yogurt with fruit. The pool has sunbeds, but no pillows so you just lay in the wood. Rooms are old. The price is way too high for what you're getting. This was by far the worst disappointment in a long time being in a hotel.

The original room allocated was poor in terms of standard of decor, no hot water and a faulty and insecure bathroom window. We were moved after making a complaint and the revised room was far better. The property was reasonably well situated about a 15 minute walk from the beach and the town / shops. The staff were all friendly and helpful particularly the restaurant / breakfast staff. The swimming pool and gym were used and were very good.
Above comment re standard of initial room

great location, can get to pretty much everywhere from here
it was quite the hike to get up there each time. but worth it

Breakfast food was delicious and very authentic. Location was such a big bonus because its right in the middle of bothe zicatela and playa prinicpal. The bartender at the pool was very friendly. Service was exceptional.
There wasnt much i did not like about to place if anything.

The pool was great even though a little dirty. The breakfast included was also very good.
The staff were miserable and not friendly. The security were rude when you arrived at the hotel.
The rooms were dirty. They hadn't been cleaned, there was dust everywhere and the floor was dirty.

Room with Ocean View. Amazing restaurant in the terrace with lovely staff.

The breakfast is really good and the staff is friendly. The swimming pool is big enough and the water is warm.
The walls in the room were dirty. The parking entrance is always closed, and we must wait for someone to open it. The TV was not working.

Only the breakfast at hotel was decent.
Everything else needs to be better i.e room, beds, bathroom, cleanliness etc.

Terrible service, terrible place. We moved as soon as we arrived because of the condition and still waiting a month later to receive a refund

Front desk great! Cleaning crew great! Server's in the restaurant great! View from the restaurant amazing! Food at the restaurant great (except for the super salty scrambled eggs at the breakfast buffet). Pool was great. Bartender at the pool bar was great. View from the room was great. AC was great. Wifi great. Great location!
The room, not so great. Super outdated. The beds were rock hard. Pillows were horrible. And very uncomfortable sheets. TV had no sound. And the toilet squealed like a pig every time we flushed it. The room kinda of ruined the stay.

The breakfast was really good, even though it says it’s an American breakfast everyday we had buffet and the taste was very good
At 6 am everyday there was a lot of noise above us, our room was below the kitchen so probably that was the main reason but it was annoying. Also the rate here in booking was more expensive than the actual hotel rate

View from the restaurant is beautiful. View from the room was also really nice (we had ocean view). They allowed us to store our luggage for few hours after the checkout. They allowed us to check-in earlier.
Entire hotel seems neglected, it could be much cleaner. Air conditioning smelled really bad, like it was never taken care of. Swimming pool had no active water exchange, that’s why it was ok in the morning and became much more dirty throughout the day. No one spoke english at the reception desk. Breakfast was exactly the same each day.
