Consigna gratis!
El lavabo vaciaba muy lento

Great location
Disappointed , Ran out of hot water very quickly could even wash my hair.

The hotel is good because the main metro lines are well connected, and the city centre is walkable in 15-20min by foot. There is a quasi chinatown like avenue behind the hotel, which has good oriental restaurants. There is a nice Latin American market that sells produces, meats, fish and serves local cuisines too.
The room is petite and clean, and having the AC is great. The bed and pillows were cozy and comfortable, and housekeeping lady kept the room spot on. I like the card lock system, which switches the lights in the room automatically, and one doesn't need to worry about leaving the lights on. The room had a little fridge and kettle, which were handy to have. The staff were kind and helpful, and ensured some missing or broken items in the room were fixed the following day.
The noise from outside the building was off putting (either construction or something), especially during the day because I had to worked from my room. In addition, there was a school group, and the children were extremely loud, noise, screaming and running down the hallway without considering there are people in the rooms. I came out once to show my displeasure, but they didn't care nor the teachers or adults didn't disciplined the kids to behave in a hotel. It's not the fault of the hotel, but the adult supervisors. However, the hotel staff could have informed the school supervisors to check on the kids behavior. Having energized children running and stumping in the hallway in midnight for three days isn't acceptable.
The shower room was nice, but the drainage isn't good. After a few mins on the shower, it fills up. There was no toilet brush available, and the shampoo provided was low quality.

I liked very much the location (close to the Subway) and the room confort with the small balcony
Not sure. Nothing was not OK. All was good for us

location and breakfast
there is a plastic sheet on the mattress. This is unacceptable in a 3 star hotel. I was very hot sleeping on plastic! I cannot recommend this hotel for this reason
4.3
Location , right on the door step of all the theatres and metro and city attractions, ,cleanliness, excellent breakfast , a lot better than the 4 star hotel I had been in the night before.

We spent very little time in the hotel but everything was great. The location was at the heart of gran via, check-in was seamless, our room had a balcony with a nice cityscape view, we had a frigobar to cool down some things, and the tv was nice and functional. Everything was sparkling clean. They gave us cookies as a welcome :)
I have really no complaints. If brrakfast was included i would give them a solid 10.

Perfect position next to Plaza de Espana and metro stop. Friendly staff. Everything was clean and new!
Better soundproofing of the rooms is needed.

Good location, clean, and friendly staff. The bed was firm and shower had good water pressure. Breakfast was good, nice to start with lots of coffee, toast, and fruit. It was easy to get to and from, and the house cleaning team were fantastic.
The walls are thin.

Great location, you have like 3 metro stops and several bus stops near by.
We stayed 3 nights and 2 days, the last one, we had to leave at 6:30am and they didn't gave us breakfast because they start serving it at 7am. They didn't give us any option, no refund nor an option to take away something to eat...

The rooms were well equipped
Everything was white, like a hospital.

Great breakfast and very friendly and attentive staff. Quiet room. In the room you have a mini-bar and a kettle with biscuits and bags of tea and decaffeinated coffee. The location is very good, because it is very central. There is the metro stop and also the bus stop in the Plaza de España, just around the corner, very close, and there you can take a city bus that takes you to Méndez Álvaro. I recommend it.
We didn't like the first room we got that had a door that communicated with the next room but we asked to change it and there was no problem. We got a very quiet one.

location was near the sights we wear interested In seeing, the Palace, public transportation and Museums.
nothing negative to say.
