Short family stay at beautiful Kusadasi.

The pool is large and has a lovely view of the marina. Breakfast by the pool was nice. Restaurant staff and lady at reception were very nice.

The room had exposed wires in the bathroom, no phone in the room and housekeeping forgot to replace our towels.

don’t stay here if you want to relax. food was okay same lunch and dinner daily. there was plenty and breakfast was good

location was good cause it was near my friends house. the pool was lovely kept clean

the music ridiculous loud when your trying to relax. constantly having to ask it to be turned down. after 12 guests noisy at the bar and staff didn’t seem to care when complaints were made. The pool itself lovely but very dangerous with water and never cleaned down and this would be the same at the bar. the room we had to change because the smell of smoke in it. the second room slightly better but still smelt Smokey as it was in curtains. our room wasn’t cleaned once in the week we stayed or sheets changed. the balcony was full of dust and the doors looked liked they hadn’t been cleaned in months.

Pool and view is nice

Room was terrible- beds like rocks, bathrooms disgusting - the taps use sea water, the balcony is tiny and facing onto motorway it’s very very loud always! It’s miles off the centrum or ladies beach- we got taxis everyday as it was on the top of hill too. The food was very poor - absolutely nothing for children- I barely ate!

Hotel was OK. Staff were very good. Location was good 5 mins in a taxi to the town.

The only thing that it was worth talking it was the dinner. And that not all the time. ...

I don't know from where to start. Cleanliness though was the most disappointed part. All those years I have visited so many hotels through booking.com but that was a really nightmare which anyone has to avoid. The room that they gave us was very dirty and even I called several times the reception i had to go in person from the 6th floor to get an employee to see what I was getting deal with. They changed our room with my request (they only wanted to clean up the toilet which was used) and the new one they gave us was too small with a semi double bed and not enough space to move in. Also the closet was too small. The pool was always full of people and very dirty. You couldn't find to sit anywhere. Umbrellas also was out of discussion. So if you decide to visit this hotel you have to be full of patience and blind...

Satisfactiory, i really enjoyed my stay.

The view of the city is spectacular. Food and beverages that were included in the offer was outstanding.

The hotel room was a bit dated but clean.

The staff tried to be helpful, good and varied food, clean pool, nice staff at, restaurant, reception and pool bar.

Very poor wifi connection, sometimes non-existent, almost non-existent cleanliness, linen was changed only once in a 7-nights stay, we took the garbage out of the room ourselves every day, towels were changed only when we requested.

The staff were very polite and helpful The turkish bath and massage was super and the lady was very professional and friendly.

The all inclusive food was limited and the drinks especially the beer was dreadful. No bottles of drinking water in the bedroom which is standard in most hotels.

City Hill: A Hidden Gem

City Hill is a hidden gem and nothing that you expect. The staff is really friendly, kind and go out of there way to make your stay seamless. They offer all inclusive which means you never have to leave the hotel (definitely select this option when booking your stay). The pool is superb and the staff is always running around to ensure you well fed and hydrated☺️. I definitely recommend this hotel if you going to Kusadasi. It's near to public transport and all the attractions.

Nothing pops to mind. It was a superb stay and the team is passionate about what they do.

We had a great stay at the City's Hill Hotel the Staff are very good especial the Restaurant Manage

We have stayed at this Hotel before and the Turkish Food they serve is always excellent. If you’re wanting Egg N Chips or Burgers this is the wrong Hotel for you.

The noisy alarm on the Hotel Lifts, Especially if your room is close to the lifts
