Exceptional

Excellent location and friendly staff. You really feel welcomed here. Also, they offered the topmost room which had an excellent view to the Sea.

The breakfast could have been better. But for the price can't complain

Lovely hotel, loved everything

We loved everything. - the room is at least 16 square metres, it is a mistake on Booking with the 6 m2. - balcony with two chairs and a table; - the rooms smell lovely and the cleaning lady made towels in heart, swan and boat shape for us ❤️; - very friendly staff, good English speakers; - great breakfast, served at last floor with amazing sea view and a terrace; - daily room cleaning, changing bedding and towels every day; - replenisment of coffee and tea supplies whenever consumed (5 times during an 8 days stay, in our case); - we loved the museum-like modelships and antique things at both Istanköy hotel, restaurant and patisserie. - very good value for money, bevarages at the hotel were cheaper than at supermarket, so we had no problem with forbidding food and drinks bought from outside; We definitely recommend Istanköy restaurant and Istanköy patisserie also (walking distance from the hotel). Delicious food and desserts at very reasonable prices.

Absolutely nothing to dislike. Whoever complains about this hotel, should be at the worst entitlement level and has some serious frustrations to fix 😁

we stopped in Kusadasi for two days on our was to Istanbul. the location was very close to the old city and one minute w

the location was perfect and the front desk staff, I think her name was Eda was very friendly and helpful.

we had our own car and the property does not have its own parking area.

nice stay and good value

great location walking distance to the beach and restaurants the staff is super helpful and even get me an allergy medicine at night when I needed moat due to stuffy nose . he went to the pharmacy to get Zyrtec

The hotel and the staff were excellent. For downtown activities, the location is ideal. However, do not stay downtown with a car in the summer!

Please note: this is a resort town and we were there during Bayram, so it was very crowded. Unfortunately for us finding parking was a huge challenge and took an hour. Also, the streets are very narrow and driving is hair-raising. If you stay in downtown Kusadasi during a busy period, take a cab/uber or public transportation!

Greta place. Great staff, definitely worth it!

The staff was great. They speak English, and this is quite rare in Turkey, even in other hotels, so this is a plus. The location is central. The hotel is clean and you have a mini bar, free coffee and tea in the room. The towels were changed daily. I wanted to visit Artemis Temple and on Google wrote it is closed but I asked the lady at the reception and she called and verified the info for me. It was open, so if you have doubts on other things around the area, I advice you ask the hotel staff! I highly recommend it!

I liked everything. I traveled alone and by car. It is indeed a bit difficult with the parking space but the staff was very helpful with recommending a parking space in case you can't find in front of the hotel. There are some guarded parking areas nearby. It costs 20 lira for 12 h. But you can also find some free parking spaces, like 200 m or 300 max from the hotel, depends on what time you will return with the car.
