We had a lovely stay in a lovely area in Hongdae, would definitely stay again

Great location, really liked the breakfast it was make it yourself. More social than other places we’ve stayed. Like the social room and the kitchen. Free coffee all the time :)

In both the morning and evening we would be waiting a long time to get into the toilet or shower, not ideal in a rush.

I really recommend this hotel/hostel and when I come back I definitely will stay there again!

I was really happy with family house. The location is great, the room was comfy and clean and my Highlight was the kitchen + lounge area.

A very good value for money

-very good location(you can get to the Hogik University Station in less than 10 minutes and you have a lot of restaurants, cafes, convenience store around) -the bed was comfortable -the free breakfast was a nice addition (TIP: the eggs you might see in some pictures are raw so you need to cook the eggs yourself) -the kitchen is well equipped and you have everything you might need(coffee, tea, water dispenser, etc) -the staff was very friendly and helpful -you have a locker - you can use the umbrellas from the hostel if it's raining and you forgot to bring one

-the rooms are not that big so if you have a big suitcase it might be difficult to make space for it(especially if the room is full and everyone has big suitcases) -the bathroom can get quite messy because of other guests (especially since the toilet and shower are in the same space as most Korean houses, the water gets everywhere)

The surroundings of the whole room and windows are covered with thick black dust, which is unacceptable, very bad for health and affects health. The breakfast is good, great! The location is very convenient!The room is big, the bed is big, the shower room is clean!

everything is wonderful, esp very near the train station and the hostel has pantry for preparing breakfast , not mentioning that having sofa in the lounge room to taking rest when u have just arrived 😊

Superb

The location is good, 5 mins walk from hongdae exit 3 The staffs are super nice, helped to carry luggage to the room Reception manager has provided many support by kaokao message Have 2 kitchen ,one is on 3th floor and near our room, no need to go down for laundry and breakfast which is unexpected good. The dishes and pots are clean and enough for cooking. The room is with fair size, enough for 2 ppl with big luggage. recommend for traveler who plan to live in HongDae

Just one minor point, it will be perfect if no smell in toilet, but it's acceptable

Warm and comfortable stay

Friendly staff. Warm and comfortable rooms. Spacious and nice shower. Breakfast was very good, for a small extra pay.

Some pillows had a plastic liner, that was so hard to sleep on.

good! but not the first night. but still it was good!

affordable and comfortable. really near hongik station make it walkable to go anywhere. easy to commute by subway. and near to many attraction places.

my first night was not really good. the weather was very cold but the heater are not really working. my mom freezing that night, and i asked to change room but they didnt tell me it was full. they just reply that guest before us was okay. when i keep asking staff for help, they asked me to leave and move out to another guesthouse (which it was midnight and my mom freezing but they chase us while its very cold outside?). but tomorrow morning they called someone to repair. they were all nice but i dunno, that first night was not really good. but i do think other part is okayyy. overall it was okayy!

Great location

The place wasn't clean, the sharing kitchen was dirty. the host didn't tell us about the kitchen in every floor and the door to the kitchen was always closed so we didn't know about it until the last days. The bathroom always flooded in every shower we took.

no elevators so just stairs which is normal but you gotta be ready for it.

I love their room . My room is single type. Everything is complete .Aircon is superb. Iron is available in lounge. They have everything. My stay in Korea is so wonderful and one of the reason for it is because of this guesthouse.

Nice hostel in a good location.

the location is perfect, close to hongdae but in a very quiet area, also close to yeonnam, where you can find many nice restaurants and cafes.

people were often talking in the staircase, or the hallway right in front of the room at night. The kitchen was kinda dirty, but that´s to be expected of a hostel.

Location was the best, clean and friendly staffs. Best guest house with the price ranges. Safe atmosphere and interacting with the other guests were comfortable. Highly recommend who is looking for safe and clean environment.
