During our stay things went missing, it was expensive, & our room wasn't cleaned. But good location.

The location was good, we liked that we were greeted upon entering the hotel.

The room wasn't made up until the last day, then things went missing in our room.

La ubicación, literalmente encima del metro, además de la linea más importante, la Downtown.

Hotel sobrevalorado y sin cosas básicas, no tenía enchufe en el baño por ejemplo, solo una mesilla, y el aire acondicionado no se podía apagar por la noche.

Fantastic service, location & great pool / cityscape view.

My room didn't have view, but OK lah. Rooms a bit on the small side. Maybe some beverages in the fridge would be good.

Excellent location right next to the MRT, very small rooms but comfortable and clean

The location was excellent, very central and right next to the MRT underground system. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable.

The rooms were extremely small and there was no space for luggage

Decent hotel in good location. May suit short stay guests..

Good location, next to subway train station and only 2 stops to China Town, and 3 or 4 to Marina Bay area. Also walking distance to both and all main central tourist areas. Hotel staff were friendly. Hotel was clean although tooms are very small, so I'd say it's good for sleeping in but not for lounging in.

Breakfast was disappointing. Not much choice, in fact we visited again on day 2 to see if it was better and it wasn't, so we skipped it and went elsewhere. Room size very very small.

Great spot to stay when in Singapore

Hotel staff were super friendly and very helpful. Solution first focused they sought to resolve any questions with no fuss. The location was perfect for walking around the city and handy to a great variety of food locations and close to a shopping mall. Most attractions were within an easy stroll from the hotel.

The rooms are super small, even my balcony was somewhat larger than the bedroom itself. You wouldn't want a lot of bags in the room or you couldn't move around. Having said that for a central city fair priced hotel the size was to be expected.

All in all we had a nice stay and after all we were not there to be closed in our room

The location is perfect with the MRT just next door The swimming pool was very nice and a good way to break the day trough the Singapore heat. The room has been cleaned every single day, with new sheets and towels. Coffee and water bottles were also provided daily. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The room was really small, there was just one bedside table and luckily we had just to small carry on luggages. The air conditioner was a bit noisy but the room was cool.

Goed hotel op fantastische locatie

Dit hotel ligt op een fantastische locatie, vrijwel naast een metrostation. Bovendien zijn veel bezienswaardigheden lopend bereikbaar. Voldoende eetgelegenheden en (kleine) winkels in de buurt. Aardig personeel. Fijn dat we onze bagage op de laatste dag in een bagageruimte konden opslaan. Het zwembad is heerlijk.

De kamer was erg klein, het bed smal en nauwelijks kastruimte. Voor stellen is dat wellicht minder lastig: ik reisde met mijn jongvolwassen zoon. Na de eerste nacht hebben we voor hem een aparte kamer geboekt, omdat het gewoon te krap voor ons was. Toen was alles prima - maar dus wel duurder dan gepland.

I thoroughly enjoyed my time in Singapore, having the MRT next door to the Hotel.

I thought the location was perfect and handy having the MRT next to it.

As I have a sleep machine, was surprised there was no socket next to the bed. I also thought for a 4 star Hotel the room would have been a bit bigger.

Perfect location for easy going travellers

Location to MRT, 7eleven and food court is amazing - 2min walk

Smallest hotel room i have been in - no fault to the hotel as it is what it is, will need take note of room size so not to have the size again

Cleanliness is a bit of an issue. Room is a bit small when you've got big lugagges. A few staff needs to be more welcoming.

Excellent location, but comfort of bed and size of room an issue for those not travelling light.

Excellent location with 3 MRT entrances close by to hotel. Staff courteous and efficient. Room and facilities clean.

Size of room small and made it difficult when travelling with suitcases (2 - one each). The bed was far too firm for my liking. No extra blanket/s or pillows in room. Air con was a little noisy - probably due to size of room, but was cold.

Clean and comfy base to explore Singapore

We liked the location and how clean the room was every day. The hotel has its own Grab pickup, which is very convenient.

The hotel location is brilliant as it is very near a well connected subway station and there are loads of interesting places within easy walking distance. Included breakfast was a bonus!

Every member of staff provided excellent service well above expectations. This is the friendliest hotel that we have ever stayed at anywhere in the world. Although the room was small it was all we wanted and the position is great 2 mind from MRT.

The only good thing is that is is close to a metro station and has a very good location.

This is the worst experience i had in my life and this is the first time for me to had such kind of this experience. Very bad smsll in the all three rooms and also very dirty . I have photos as a proof Not recommend at all
