Perfect location for a good price, comfortable stay for solo traveller

Location close to T1 tram and B subway lines, close to lively streets full of restaurants, narrow street with no traffic and no pedestrians, chilly accommodation when high temperatures outside, oven, microwave, plates, bowls, cutlery etc

Floor of the shower was not clean, it looked like it had some black mold, when I was showering some long hairs (not mine) appeared from side of the shower

What a find!

It's rare that lodgings I find and book online exceed my expectations. Le Clos des Salins is a delightful property located in the heart of Toulouse, yet it's an oasis of calm. Clean, modern, and well-designed, nothing has been overlooked. Very comfortable bed, reliable zippy wifi, and hosts actually concerned with your comfort. And for all it offers, the price can't be beat!

We had a great stay and if we ever go back to Toulouse, we would definitely stay there again.

Lovely and quiet location, but very close to the restaurants and shops. Kevin & Jose were great hosts with lots of recommendations on places to eat and visit in the area. The apartment was very clean and was very well equipped .

Long weekend in Toulouse

- Kind and helpful staff; - nice location, very close to city centre yet in a quite alley, major attractions are within walking distance but plenty of public transport options are also available; - the inner court is a plus.

Exceptional hosts

Eric and Jose are such great hosts and make sure you have all the necessary local information. The rooms are clean, compact, but have everything you need for a few days in Toulouse. Lovely little courtyard for your morning coffee.

Gorgeous place to stay

Eric and Jose were extremely welcoming. We felt like we were coming to stay with friends. The apartment was warm and cosy especially with the weather being cold. The bed was so comfortable. The bathroom was gorgeous and the apartment itself was filled with all the necessaries. There were bottles of water, tea coffee and biscuits. The location of the apartment is only 5 minutes walk from the Palais de Justice tram which brings you straight to the airport. It is also located in a quiet side street which makes it so peaceful and quiet at night. Eric and Jose have created a wonderful place to stay with their apartments. They are lovely people and deserve to do well with the great service they offer. They made our visit to Toulouse very special.

Everything was wonderful. The only small thing was the WiFi dropped in and out at times. But I still give their accommodation 10 out of 10. Our stay in their gorgeous apartment made our stay so special.

Lovely well located apartment.

The location was perfect. The apartment was very comfortable and well appointed. The bed was comfortable and given the very central location it was unexpectedly quiet. Eric our host made us most welcome and gave us good tips on where to eat.

It was all really great.

A must stay in toulouse.

From the first steps into the property, to the amazingly warm welcome from Eric, then to the lovely room and great recommendations on food and culture, we had an amazing time at Le Clos des Salins and Toulouse as a whole

We didn't choose to stay longer was the only downside.

A cosy place near the center with two very nice and helpful people

The studio was very nice and clean, a bit small but everything you need is there. The host is very charming and the location perfect for us, it's a quiet corner of the city, yet every public supply is int the nabourhood. The courtyard is beautiful!

What we missed is something to put the suitcases on or under, especially because the room is not very big. Nothing else

Quiet, simple home away from home in central Toulouse!

Our room was amazing. Very nice linens and well equipped kitchen. So glad to have a washing machine and drying rack to do a quick load of wash. The location and quiet in a busy city of Toulouse seemed impossible but it was amazing. Josue and Eric were the perfect hosts and helped us with dinner suggestions. What a great walkable city.

As we were leaving our uber did not want to go all the way to the property because he thought the road was to narrow. Our taxi driver who dropped us off had no such concerns!

A Garden of Delights in Toulouse

We could not have wished for any better lodging in Toulose oldtown center. An absolutely silent retreat but still in the best location for walking to all attractions. Sparkling clean and new, friendly hosts, Nespresso machine, super comfortable bed and only 3 minutes walk to T2 tram station direct into airport terminal.

Wonderful place to stay in Toulouse

Very comfortable bed. Nice modern bathroom. Spacious efficiency with a very usable kitchen. Locks on the room door and the courtyard gate make it very secure. Lovely old neighborhood. Very close to tram and metro. Walking distance to Capitol and other historic sites. I loved it!

Le Clos des Salins is set in the most wonderful pretty location. Very close to the centre but on a quiet side street. Lovely welcoming hosts. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this property. Cx

The host was super nice! Very cute little apartment with everything you need in the kitchen and also an iron! Nice bathroom with rainforest-shower. Super comfortable bed!

Parking is a struggle and very expensive around but I guess everywhere in Toulouse.

Unexpected discovery

We chose this appartment because of its convenient location near the direct T2 tram line to the airport. We were suprised to discover this pleasant and quiet area in Toulouse. The appartment felt immediately like home, and was equipped with all necessities to make it comfortable. Besides all these practicalities, Jose & Éric are exellent hosts!

An excellent, clean and modern place to stay in a superb location. Terrific all round.

It was so clean and modern, with pretty much everything you need. Great location, comfortable bed, well-appointed kitchen, lovely shower room. We loved the courtyard with an outside table for each room. Very welcoming and friendly hosts.

Very minor negatives only: The two dining chairs were not the most comfortable, and could perhaps benefit from having cushions on them. And the heating/ac unit didn't always respond in a simple, logical way, but it was very efficient once it was blowing out the heat.
