A superb stay at a very comfortable place.

Location was very good. It was a pleasant surprise that the room had a kitchen with utensils. Breakfast was sumptuous.

Perhaps they can provide free parking.

The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen was fully equipped.

Apparently, the room seemed cleaned, however when I dropped an earring under the bed I saw a bunch of garbage, there was even a paper bag. The staff was arrogant. Not even a good morning. When we arrived, they asked for a 250€ deposit. We didn't have a Credit card (we use a debit one), so we offered to go to the ATM and withdraw the money. The lady said "no", Credit card only. She didn't try to help at all. My boyfriend was the one who asked if we could do a reservesation through booking and in that case we wouldn't have to leave a deposit. She said "yes". She could have done the suggestion since the beggining.

Great hotel would definitely stay here again.

Staff were really friendly and helpful. The hotel was nice and quiet and the standard of cleanliness and decor throughout the hotel.

Fit for purpose but too far from the city centre

The hotel was clean and as a mix of appartement and hotel it provided a 24/7 reception. There was an breakfast buffet option (nice local and biological food) and an elevator. It also had a dish washer in the room and washing maschines, dryer and other stuff in the public rooms. There was a supermarket nearby and some fast food. There was a bridge over the nice river nearby, it had a parking garage and it was quiet.

The hotel was round about 30 minutes to walk from the city centre. Even by bus it would have taken a while. The staff was nice apart from one lady that exatly es the last minute of breakfast time began came to us to tell us that breakfast is over and made us leave the room immediately. The room was very nice so I would have enjoyed to use it after breakfast time too. That was very uncomfortable. We had to take our trash to the bin room ourself at the day of check-out.

Beautiful inside and comfortable place to stay. Great breakfast. Nice staff. Clean and spacious rooms.

They did cancel our reservation we had booked for the beginning of the week the night before due to overbooking. That left us in a bind. Would also like more air conditioning (was a bit hot in the bedroom).

Full breakfast at €15 was reasonable. Well-equipped kitchen. Comfortable bed. Quiet on the 5th floor. Walking distance to town and to the Stade Ernest Wallon.

Disappointing

1. The bed was so comfortable. 2. Reasonable price. 3. Enough room space.

We have stayed in this apartment for 10 days and been treated differently at the reception counter by Juliette, she had an inpatient and despise attitude towards to me and my wife every time we approached for help (eg. ask for refilling the shampoo which was almost nothing left on the first day we arrived, room cleaning service and call for taxi), while she treated other French speaking customers with greeting and smiles, we felt like it was a racist against Asian.

We got a really noisy room towards the road on the first floor. we asked to switch, which we got, however we had to downgrade to a smaller room. we agreed on that, to get a smaller room, on the top floor on the other side of the building. At first we agreed and it look good. however, when we turned of the tv and went to bed we could feel the bed vibrating. I went down to the reception, it was really late and said that we could move because it felt like the room was vibrating and it was a rumbling background noise. The receptionist said “it’s the ventilation machine” and moved us the 4 floor. The next day we talked to the receptionist and they said “some people are sensitive then others”. The promised us free parking. Because of the smaller room. The last day they had changed their mind and said “parking is 4 euros a night instead of 12 euros “

Smooth comfortable and clean experience short drive from center

Clean from the parking all the way to the toilet and well maintained/organised and attentive staff, no troubles

The fragrance used was too strong/artificial, even in the parking elevator room but i guess that’s a “good problem”

Really clean room and comfortable bed. Well equipped kitchen with attention to detail ...really well thought out rooms and facilities. Would recommend for short city break.

Really liked it - will definitely book again

Stylish and modern, super-friendly staff, great location and easy parking in the basement

I would have liked a) better lighting in the room and b) a recycle bin in addition to the rubbish bin (the room had a kitchen so all the more important to recycle plastic and paper from food shopping)

Lovely place to come back to while exploring Toulouse.

Lovely, immaculately clean space, well equipped and stocked. friendly staff and great location near to the beautiful Central Park and town hall. Perfect!

Comfortable view on the noisy express way interchange

The room is big and comfortable. Almost everything needed for daily comfort is provided, including a Dish washer. The only thing not available in the room is a washing machine, however the hotel provides an underground 7/7 laundry.

The "view" on the express way interchange isn't glamour, and is also pretty noisy, since the bridges actually lead to the Emergency hospital, meaning that you'll hear a LOT of ambulances. The underground laundry requires special tokens bought from the hotel staff, instead of having everything accessible through an automated machine, like in some others Residhome. The shops in the surroundings are pretty small, and the roads are not too pedestrian friendly, so count at least 15/20 minutes to get to Caffarelli station by foot.
