Great location, Great Staff, and Great Rooms

The rooms were spacious, it was a perfect location and the breakfast was great! The staff was very friendly and helpful. They arranged a tour and airport shuttle for very reasonable prices

Large Rooms!!! Full bath tub, comfy beds.

Excellent staff and cleanly rooms. A very peaceful experience all round. Breakfast was great, facilities excellent. I don't have anything bad to say.

Everything here is amazing! The hotel is in a great loaction. The bed was super comfy, not so hard like a lot of vietnamese hotels. The room was very modern and super clean with a great shower and bathroom set up. Breakfast has a great selection of things, plus there is a cook if you want something else. WiFi is very fast. I got a free room upgrade when I arrived. I also rented a motorbike through the hotel at a good price. But mostly the staff are fantastic. Couldn't find nicer, more accommodating people that all spoke english well. I will just stay here everytime I'm back from now on. 10/10.

It was an okay stay but could have been better

It is very close to the Old Town. The breakfast was decent and the staff were nice.

The bathroom was a big disappointment. The bathtub looks broken and there was an awful smell in the bathroom.

Breakfast had a fairly broad selection of items fruits, pho, eggs cooked to your liking and pastrys cakes also other hot and cold food items. Beds were comfortable rooms had everything needed and balcony overlooking the pool and river was great

A very pleasant place to stay - it was my third time there.

Thde pool and the breakfast great. Closeness to the Old Town but away from the crowds. Friendly, helpful staff, attractivesness of the building.

Lack of food avainable during the day. Sometimes staff slow at replenishing breakfast foods, though I suspect staff shortages may have been the reason.

The hotel is located right in the center, just a few minutes walk to Hoi An ancient town, delicious buffet breakfast with many choices, large and beautiful swimming pool.

The location is perfect for an old town walk. The staff is very helpful and friendly with good English. Breakfast is good and plentyful.

Well, the hotel is far away from 4 starts... Very out dated, old and would deserve a renovation. The cleaness was not the best. The bathroom is moldy several places. And the toilet looks super dirty... But it is just worn-out.

Good stay for family and friends. Very close to Hoi An ancient town and night market

Spacious but kinda old room. The balcony facing the river and pool was great. The size of bathroom is good, do expect the hot water from the shower to respond a bit slow, you need to wait around 5 minutes to get the warm or hot water. The hotel also provide large umbrella and Slippers in case of rain. There's a friendly mini mart just few steps away from the hotel where you can get some mineral water, snacks and ice cubes

The doors in hotel room are old and quite tedious to open it

If I was to return, I wouldn’t stay at this property again.

The property is in a good location, only minutes away from restaurants / bars.

Supporting post pandemic tourism by going back to my most favorite Hoi An.

It was our fourth time to stay at this property because we like the location— walking distance to Hoi An Ancient Town.

This time around, it seems that the property is not yet that ready to receive guests, post pandemic. Our room had a musty odor, similar to rooms that were not used for a long time. It was clean though and the skeletal staff tried their best to serve us. But obviously, they were understaffed.

Great location

Everything was great. Location is like a 3 min walk to the old town. Make sure you are wearing a full top and not bikini or shoulder less top to walk through the old town as you will end up having to buy one. The pool is fab and everything is clean. Reception are lovely and will post your post cards home. Room was perfect and air con is effective. Would recommend and stay again. Taxi to an Bang beach is 95k (less than 4€)
