Superbe hôtel avec beau jardin

Très beau jardin, belles chambres, service comme toujours impeccable et aux petits soins avec nous ! Possibilité de louer des scooters via l’hôtel. Beau petit déjeuner dans un joli cadre avec vue.

Brilliant stay. Totally a corner of heaven

The staff particularly those at reception exceptional. Others not unexceptional either. Very polite, helpful, welcoming, friendly, amazing , cheerful, and not troublesome at all. 3 particular members were extremely kind to me & I name them as Minh, Oanh, and Anh who ensured I was really happy & I got the room that I really wanted.

That I had to leave after a week when my booking had completed. Was sad to leave a place so good like home

Super service ze hebben ons overal mee geholpen vooral Minh. Zoals het boeken van de binnenlandse vlucht. Ook was het eten in hun restaurant geweldig. Het was zeer rustgevend en een heerlijk zwembad.

Leider nur fast perfekt

Eine schicke Anlage mit Pool, hier kann man schön Urlaub machen und von hier aus sehr gut Hoi An + Umland erkunden und genießen. Das Frühstück war gut und bietet eine angenehme Auswahl an unterschiedlichsten Speisen. Das Personal an der Rezeption und auch beim Frühstück sprach gut Englisch, war freundlich und jederzeit sehr bemüht.

4 Sterne Anlage und dann dieser völlig ungepflegte/versiffte Gym-Room, einfach peinlich und passt so gar nicht zur ansonsten gepflegten Anlage, sehr schade. Des Weiteren störte uns sehr, dass wir vor unserer Abreise mehrfach und andauernd zu einer positiven Bewertung der Anlage auf den unterschiedlichen Plattformen nahezu "genötigt" wurden. Zum Einen, dies hat eine gute Anlage gar nicht nötig und so oder so geben wir unser Feedback immer unabhängig, inkl. konstruktiver Kritik wenn nötig.

Beautiful, staff were fab.

Beautiful and a lot of care and attention to detail. Staff especially Minh were fab, his English was very good, lots of information for the shuttle bus, free use of pushbikes

Comfortable and a short Grab ride to the old town area.

Large light filled rooms. We had 2 adjoining rooms. Large stone bath. Good breakfast, free bicycles lovely helpful staff, nice pool area, quiet hotel.

Smelt a little musty/damp on arrival but think it was the AC. Turning the temperature down fixed it.

The hotel itself is getting old but is very clean, the garden is beautiful well maintained. The breakfast was good with plenty of pastries and bread too, egg station, pho station was also good. Most of the staff are very welcoming. My room was big and clean.

A nice quiet place to stay and swim

Very friendly staff available to help. Pool was nice for relaxing though small so when it was busy. Family room was nicely laid out and appeared to have been recently updated. Nice atmosphere.

Restaurant was pretty average compared to other local food places.

Excellent swimming pool

A very good quality hotel with an excellent swimming pool. Very good breakfast. Free shuttle to the historic city of HoiAn (approx. 10 minutes journey). Far from the airport - you need to reserve 60 minutes by taxi.

It is not directly related to the hotel - we ordered a 1-day trip to the imperial city of Hue through the reception. Organizationally without problems. But the guide quality was very low.

A beautiful, quiet hotel close to town.

We had a family room which was plenty big enough for two adults and two younger children. It was beautifully decorated, modern, clean and comfortable. The pool was great and had enough sunloungers for everyone. They provided towels at the pool for your use there. The hotel is close by to the town, a short journey in a taxi but easy to reach by walking or bike also. We loved cycling to the beach through the paddy fields. Hopefully we will return one day soon.

Just a couple of small things; There was a good variety on offer at breakfast, but the coffee could have been better. Vietnamese iced coffee was good but only other coffee on offer was ‘American easy taste’ (or something like that) and it was awful. The hotel offer a shuttle service. Could do with a few more times available. We turned up 10 minutes before the last departure from town at night, to see the mini bus full and already driving away.

Lovely resort hotel in green surrounds and complex

Relaxing resort style stay with beautiful gardens.

Loved the gardens. Hoi An Ancient House is beautifully laid out around a central axis of a pool and old ancient house producing noodles. Rooms were very clean and spacious with luxury bath included. Breakfasts were good. Staff were friendly. Return shuttle buses into town and beach operated several times a day, which we often utilised as the daytime temperatures were very hot during our stay. Hoi An Ancient house was convenient to everything but far enough away to provide peace and quiet. One of the nicest places we stayed throughout our three weeks in Vietnam.

Everything was good. Hoi An is super hot in May, but no one can control the weather.

Good value for money

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Any requests were attended to straight away and in a very nice manner. The rooms were a good size and well maintained. The breakfasts were consistently good. The resort was very well looked after nice landscaping and pool area. The location was good about a 20 min walk into the old town with cafes and coffee shops along the way and a shuttle bus as an alternative to walking.

Could do with better lighting in the living area, the lighting in the bathroom is very good but I had to leave it on all the time with the doors open to have sufficient lighting. A light over the bed area would be helpful. It would be good to provide guests with a carafe of water each day and just one bottle of water each on the first day. Guests could then simply refill their plastic bottle from the carafe every day rather than go through numerous bottles of water to help cut down on plastic. Likewise a large cotton shopping bag could be provided so that guests can say no to all the plastic bags handed out with every purchase.

Exceptional

Kindest most genuinely welcoming staff of any hotel I have ever stayed in and I have traveled extensively. Beautiful room in garden setting and pool. Free shuttles into town and back. Stayed here also 10 years ago and luckily it has not changed. No ugly sterile modern hotel here. Just traditional old world place but very well maintained. Was sad to leave.

Relaxing, luxurious stay and fantastic breakfast

This was my favorite hotel on out 3 week holiday in Vietnam. It was far more spacies than I expected. Our bathroom with huge bathtub was beautiful, we fealt very spoiled. The pool was lovely, beautiful garden, services was excellent and the prices of refreshments, cocktails and food was reasonable. We enjoyed seeing the traditioal rice noodle making at the ancient house at the bottom of the property. The included breakfast was also fantastic, and the best omelets we have ever had. We loved using the complementary bicycles so much that we didnt need to use the complementary shuttle bus to the town centre or the beach.

Quiet and cozy hotel away from the hustle and bustle. Friendly and helpful staff. Slightly far from the old town but the hotel had free shuttle service or you could easily book a taxi on grab. Kids enjoyed the pool and the bathtub in the room. Overall a lovely stay.

Beautiful, unique ancient house

We booked this place based on recommendations from Wanderlust Travel magazine for being unique. The place is beautiful and unique. Staff was super, service is being offered without asking. Breakfast buffet is plentiful in a tranquil environment. Fresh flowers and fruits are in the room.

It’s not in center of old town. 25 minutes walk to old town. There’s shuttle service to old town but not very frequent.
