Spacious studio, comfortable bed, clean bathroom, nice terrace with (partial) sea view.

Bad soundproofing, you can easily hear the room next door conversations. No reading light. Parking is on the street outside, which was OK in late September but is probably quite tricky during active season

Nice apart hotel in Pomorie

The hotel is close to the sandy beach and a lake with the healing mud. The rooms are spacious and have all the amenities including kitchen. It’s not too far from the salt baths but quite far from central Burgas.

Because of low season all spa facilities were closed, we only had access to the outdoor pool. As we only stayed for one night, it was quite far from Burgas, so definitely recommend it for longer stays.

The property has a great garden and pool, close to the city sentre and close to the beach

The shower was moldy and when I brought it up to the front desk, they were great. the cleaning lady however just had an excise that they are all like that…she tried to cleab it. after her second clean the mold was almost gone, so to me that just means they don’t clean it well enough eachch time. also, the towels they provide- one small and one bath towel per person. No wash cloths or hand towels if you ise the small one for your hairz The linnebs also get changedd every 3 days which is a bit ofd.

The location is perfect, just next to the beach. The room and facilities were clean.

There was no hair dryer in the bathroom, no light near the bed, the mattress was obviously old and partially broken. In general, this is for sure no luxury room but just an ordinary room.

Perfect location and friendly staff. Food in restaurant was absolutely delicious although a little bit expensive. Coffe maker in the room.

No hairdryer in the room, you have to ask for it at the reception. Room needs more cleaning. No night lumps at the night stands.

Excellent stay in quiet area close by to various locations to suit every holiday type

Staff were friendly and extremely helpful throughout our stay, including keeping the restaurant open late when we first arrived after our flight was delayed. Facilities extremely clean from the room to the pool area.

Extremly good hotel and very pleasant stay, amazing restaurant and with sure we’ll get there again as soon as possible !

Best place in Pomorie ! The rooms are big and clean, the reception is very helpful and arrange for us everything that we want upfront ! At a special price, they arrange us go fishing with private boat. It’s amazing!

Comfortable, clean apartments which are close to the beach.

Comfortable apartments and a short walk to the beach.

If you want to use the pool and use the sun loungers then I recommend that you wake up at 4am every morning to glue your towel to a sun lounger. People are very territorial and would leave their towels there even if they were gone for hours; it was nonsense.

Very poor quality for the money.

The only thing we love was the view from the apartment. And the restaurant in the property The Rose Garden Restaurant. Amazing service and friendly waiters, unfortunately they’re not connected with the hotel, so I can’t say anything good for it.

Wi-fi and the Tv wasn’t working. I asked to be fixed at least for the television, but it wasn’t…never bother again to ask as don’t want to ruin my holiday dealing with simple things, that supposed to work for the price that we paid.

Very good

The staff was awesome both in the hotel and in the restaurant! The room was spacious and clean.

It's hard to find a parking space near the hotel and to reserve one in the hotel's parking. It's impossible to find place around the pool because everyone is lefting their towels on the deck chairs "to reserve a place" reeeealy early in the morning (6:00 or 7:00) or the night before.
