The staff are great
The property quiet run down; the location was farther than I thought towards Ubud center, it would be ok if the paddy field scenery was nice, it was unfortunate that I came during the season where the paddy field just about to be planted and daily in the morning the burning smoke from whatever the neighbor’s burning came into my room, so I have no choice but to leave my room and the property daily.

The staff are super friendly and helpful.
The room is not well made. The balcony sliding door has a parting in it that allows all sorts of insects to come in. There isn’t sufficient light in the washroom and the mirror and washbasin are position awkwardly. Water pressure isn’t consistent, sometimes good, sometimes nothing. Bed makes a lot of noises. No complimentary slippers.

The room smell moldy. Only have one mirror in our room. Its old. The pool is dirty. Like no one live in there for a long time. The breakfast taste bad.

Scenery was stunning
Staff were super helpful but left you to it
Bed was comfy if a bit creaky
I was pretty Ill the whole time but it really helped to have somewhere to just relax and chill.
Food was decent too.
Quite a bit of Mould in the bathroom and the pool was a bit dirty (though I don't know how much that can really be avoided due to the location)

Location is quite good if you have your own transport, otherwise it’s far away from Ubud. The view from the room is fascinating, rice fields are sooo beautiful and sunsets as well. You can walk around easily, there’s a small jungle nearby.
You have fridge and 2 bottles of water every day.
Small coach and wardrobe.
Breakfast is super tasty, you can choose from several options.
I asked them to clean my room one more time as there were cobwebs near the bed, mold on the shower gel and shampoo jars and black ventilation. Sometimes they cleaned well, sometimes not.

I had fantastic experience during my stay in The Sawah Villa. The location is perfect, near the city center. The room was so clean and the view really amazing. Thankyou for the staffs, there’re so friendly and helpful. Cant wait back to Bali and stay in this villa again😊😊

the hospitality and the quiet environment was top notch
location can be quite tricky not very close to the centre maybe around 10 minutes drive but we’ll worth it

Lovely breakfast with rice field view, large pool.

Very nice hosts, reasonable price and calm location. Worth the money and nice place to relax for a few nights.
The walls are a little thin, if the neighbors are loud you hear them. The bathroom is very dark. Can be tricky to get here later in the evening from the center but should be fine.

Everything room, cleanliness, staff, what to say they are way too much good. Please must visit here.

- Hotel needs renovation; (it looks different than in the photos)
- we booked room for 4 persons, but they brought only for 3 persons.
- lots of mosquitos
- location is far away from restaurants and city
- rooms and bathroom could be cleaner
- staff doesn’t seems very friendly or caring so much about clients
- slow internet

The room is clean, pool accessed, and daily cleaning. The view in the morning is stunning with paddy field and pool. Staff are really friendly.
The bathroom needs some renovations especially for the drainage, a small flood happened whenever we took shower. The street sign of the villa should made clearer so guests arriving at night would not get lost.

The staff is absolutely amazing and very helpful!
We loved the location - away from the business of Ubud but not too far, with a couple of great places to eat within a walking distance (or a grab order).
It’s a very beautiful and relaxing place.
The Villa is big and comfortable (though the bathroom takes half of the space 😂).
As with some other places we’ve been staying in Bali, the Villa could use some “loving” touch ups. The staff keeps it very clean on a day to day basis but e.g. towels or curtains could use a little extra cleaning (or replacing). Similar with the pool: it’s cleaned daily but could use some proper vacuuming.
Keep in mind that the kitchen is outside so there are ants (and mosquitoes) but that’s not something you can avoid.

The location is stunning and the staff is so kind and helpful.

The remoteness & being surrounded by rice paddies
A bit run down, probably Covid related

Best accommodation in nature, friendly people, professional service and value for money 😊

I only like the private pool. It saves everthing.
The room is big but old and incomplete furniture. No trash bin in room. The bathroom area lil bit spooky.
