Relaxed atmosphere
Good food
Most importantly excellent staff
Nothing to report

The rooms are nice for a very good price. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The place itself is great, with a lot of different areas with palet beds to relax and chill.
We liked the fact that it's a bit further from the city center therefore less busy and more quiet, but one should take this into account as this mean less commodities around and some Tuktuk or taxi might try to charge you more for a transfer from the city center (except if you book directly with the hostel).

Looks very nice, real backpacker vibes but then a luxurieus. Nice cheap pizza even late at night. Very friendly staff helpful.
Location little bit out of town.
I booked a single occupancy big room with bed and shower. But they overbooked so I got a dorm … for the same price. It was fine but wen I asked they said they could not do anything about it.

There’s nothing good to talk about.
I booked this place because it shows as 4 stars, on this platform, but it is not even close to that. They even have a plaque, at the bar, saying that it is just a hostel.
The location could not be worse than it is. Accessible only via a horrible bumpy muddy road and away from everything.
Another motive to book this place was the fact that it had restaurant, but it is a lie. We had to order pizza because they don’t have restaurant and there is no restaurants around. They also said it was not safe to go out at night and they recommended to call a taxi and go to a shopping mall, if we didn’t want pizza.
We could not sleep until around 1:00am because of the noise the staff were doing, with loud music, talking and laughing at the bar.
We were leaving early and we asked for breakfast just half an hour before the normal breakfast time and they gave us nothing. Not even a cup of tea or coffee. The staff were probably sleeping, after the party they made during the night.
Also, they are building some bungalows in the garden, so there is no garden and the place looks like a construction yard.

The bedrooms are a great size, great facilities. The kids loved the games and the pool table. Nice atmosphere
There was no hot water. No mosquito nets.
2.0
they had a lot of board games
we had no hot water in the evening and no running water at all in the morning. the location was awful and could hear the call to prayer at sunrise and sunset loudly.
5.0
The staff was excellent, especially young man named Richard.
Took us on beautiful sightseeing, drove us the whole day… everything was perfect
I didn’t like the fact that they reduce the pressure of water after 11PM.
Probably this all normal at that place.
6.0
There is large bed in the room so it's not enough space between it and wardrobe what is inconvenient. Unfortunately one window in the room was on terrace and it is possible to hear all happened there and interferes with sleep

Junior and Richard and Lucy were awesome- so nice and helpful and cool. they set me up with a GREAT safari company and it was perfect. They r undergoing major construction and I would love to see how it looks when they r done. I would come back in a heartbeat. Asante Sana!

nice area to hang out
I stayed two nights at this hotel (different dates) and in both occasions the room was not cleaned. towels were dirty / used (room 10), floor was clearly not clean - just for you to have an idea we found some documents/ papers of someone inside the wardrobe that showed her flight had departed 10 days before our arrival (room 12). there were no soap, shower works poorly. it is a challenge to wash your hair there. We chose this hotel because of the rates but I clearly do not understand how people can rate well this place. Chef cooks well though.
3.0
convenient location for safari transfer
We booked a triple room, on arrival we were given a double and were told that our 11 year old son had to sleep in the bunk room on his own - on our first night in Africa. We ended up with my husband sleeping on the floor with no bedding and no mosquito net. We had one towel between us and the tap was hanging out the sink. When we asked for a key to lock our door the hotel chap wandered off and didn’t ever come back so we were unable to lock our room. Staff cooking breakfast were friendly and the one bed we did have was clean and comfy. But overall the stay was quite stressful and uncomfortable.

Nothing. Just avoid this hotel.
We arrived at 1 am (I spoke with the responsible one day before to inform him we'll be here at 1 am and he said ok).
We waited from 1 am to 2:30 outside. It was very difficult to find the place also.
When the guy from the hotel arrived after 2:30 to open the door, he said there's no more rooms with functional bathroom and toilet. We had to use community bathroom which had no more water : impossible to wash ourselves nor to flush the toilet!!
Not any excuses nor any refund from the hotel. Please avoid this place and remove it from booking.com

Lovely grounds and seems like a sociable hostel.
Water cut off mid shower and didn't come back on for 40 minutes but seems like a general issue in Tanzania. Gates were locked when I tried to get out in the morning for my shuttle and the man was nowhere to be found. Eventually turned up after 10 mins so be aware if you've got an early start. Nothing much in the area.

The recepcionist of the hostel is amazing. He is so nice.
The room is small, but the bed is comfortable.
Hot water.
The common area is good.
No restaurant at the hostel but you can ask for a delivery.
During the night the Wifi stopped working and we had no more internet access during our stay.
The breakfast is quite simple, just one omelette, a crep and fruits. Instant coffe.
It is very far from the city center.
