Budeme se rádi vracet:)

Místo dobře dostupné - cca 10 min. chůze od stanice Längenfeldgasse - do centra s přestupem na stanici Karlsplatz. Hned první den jsme vyrazili do Schönbrunnu, který je odsud cca 25 min chůze - nahoru ulicí na Mariahilferstraße, pak doleva. Při odjezdu jsme jeli prvním metrem v 5:05 a v pohodě stihli levný spoj Regiojetu v 5.39. Ubytování skromné, ale čisto a dobře vybavená kuchyňka s malým kávovarem, mikrovlkou a malým sporákem, takže jsme si mohli uvařit na ubytku a pak více utratit za tu báječnou zmrzlinu, zákusky a kafe:) Okna apartmánu byla do vnitrobloku, kde každou noc panoval naprostý klid. Přístup do objektu i do apartmánu byl na jeden kód, který je v den příjezdu aktivován striktně až po 14 hodině. V okolí jsou 4 supermarkety - nejbližší Hofer nebo Billa na Sechshauserstraße. Na cestě do centra doporučuju zastávku na metru Kettenbrückengasse, kde se nachází vídeňský kulinářský trh, jehož nezapomenutelnou atmosféru a vůně stojí za to zažít.

في نهاية الامر الشقه جميله ومكتمله لكن تنقصها الخدمات التاليه : مصعد + مواقف خاصه او تذاكر للنزلاء يمكنهم الركن بحريه

نظيفة وهادئة

لا يوجد مصعد حيث سكنت بالدور الثاني بما معناه الثالث باحتساب الارضي كدور مما سبب لي المتاعب في حمل الشنط والنزول والطلوع لا يوجد مواقف خاصه للشقق حيث ان المواقف مدفوعه باجر وبنظام مختلف مما صعب علي مهمه البحث عن موقف واضطريت للوقوف في باركنق بعيد بمبلغ عالي جداً

Its ok for a night.

If you are traveling by car, there is underground parking few corners away called repark garage which costs 7€ per day, probably best option.

The apartment is older than on the pictures, mattress is too soft, nothing to breathe in the apartment.

Гарне, зручне, комфортне, затишне місце.

Розташування просто супер. В якую сторону не пішов 15 хвилин і метро. В пішій ході поруч історичний центр і замок Шебурнн. Продуктові магазини і кафе піцерії зовсім поруч. Розташування дуже дуже добре.

Для двох не велике ліжко.

Comfortable equipped apartment, quiet neighborhood,practical, grocery just around the corner.

It was spacious, clean, the apartment was exactly what we saw at the website, comfortable bed good WiFI & friendly host Johannes. The kitchen is fully equipped with a Nespresso coffee machine that I like.

The building is white and beautiful but there is no elevator which is normal for historical buildings. The apartment itself is modern.But the apartment is just on the 2nd floor so it's ok.

Nettes und geräumiges Appartement mit guter ÖPNV-Anbindung

Das vollkommen unkomplizierte und extrem professionelle Handling bezüglich der geräumigen und gut ausgestatteten Wohnung hat uns überzeugt. Im Appartement hat uns nichts gefehlt, für alles Notwendige war gesorgt. Die Küchenausstattung war vollends ausreichend. Überrascht waren wir davon, dass sogar eine Spülmaschine zum Inventar gehört. Hinzu kommt noch ein extrem freundlicher Vermieter, der immer wieder betonte, man könne sich gerne an ihn wenden, wenn Fragen aufkämen. Als wir ihm zum Abschied noch einen kleinen Verbesserungsvorschlag unterbreiteten (keine Kritik!), nahm er diesen Gedanken wohlwollend auf, so dass zukünftige Gäste vermutlich auf eine noch ein klein wenig verbesserte Wohnsituation freuen können.

Spacious and comfortable, but water not so hot

The property was large and very clean and comfortable. The location is quiet and has good food, coffee and groceries nearby. It was cold when we were in Vienna but this apartment was always warm and cozy. The German Shelf Toilet is a total experience in itself 😉

The hot water system was only able to put out tepid water most of the time, which made showering a little bit unpleasant, but bearable. It is not very close to the u-bahn, which we expected, so we got a bit wet when traveling to the city or main station in the rain.

Sehr freundlicher Personal (vor allem Hr. Johannes), Perfekte Austattatung in der Küche. Der große Schlafzimmer. Sehr gute Lage.

Ungerade Ebene soll gekennzeichnet werden!!!

The apartment is very close to Wien Meidling railway station. It took us about 20 minutes to walk. The Schonbrunn was only 15 minutes away - very close. Around the apartment, there are 2 supermarkets and some smaller food shops. The facilities in the apartment were good, and we used them with s great pleasure (especially microwave and coffee maker). The nig kitchen combined with dinig room was very comfortable. The water boiler is very silent. The only disappointment where the doors to the lavatory and bathroom: they where very noisy to close and open.

More sockets near the bed would improve the comfort, as well as more silent doors.

It was a good place to spend the night in for a short trip to Vienna.

Clean spacious rooms and beds and cutlery.

There could have been thinner blankets availabe, they were far too warm for this weather.

Optimal choice for families

Location is good, in a peaceful residential area, 30 minutes walk away from Schönbrunn and 10 minutes walk from the metro station connecting all of central Vienna important places. Apartment is spacious, cozy, with nice furniture, plenty of storage room andvery well appointed kitchen. Staff were extremely helpful and very useful information was provided before and during the stay. An excellent choice for families looking for plenty of space and self catering facilities for a fair price.

Cleaning could have been more thorough.

A great apartment for visiting Vienna

Great place to visit Vienna. A 5-10 minute walk from 2 different subway stations. Easy to get to all attractions and shopping areas. Very calm. Supermarkets nearby. Beds comfortable. Were allowed to leave our suitcases before checking in and after checking out since we arrived early and left Vienna in the evening. Very friendly staff. Nice and warm. I would recommend this apartment for 3-4 people. Good price/quality ratio. Nothing to complain about.

A couch or sofa would be nice but was not really necessary because we didn't watch TV.

It was all wery nice and clean. Location of the apartment was super and also the parking garage was very close to the apartment.

The hot water is not that hot and also there is not enough hot water to shower there was warm wather but then suddenly it was cold so that was not good.

The apartment met our needs.

Access to the Apartment. Location is quiet, and access to public transit is good. We had originally booked the apartment one year ago, and a few days before, our flight, Austria closed its borders to tourists due to Covid. Although well past the refund date, we were given a full refund - as opposed to Ryanair who offered no flexibility. So when we rebooked out trip to Austria, we also rebooked this apartment.

The lighting could be better. The decorating could use a refresh. No Parking.
