Limpio y ubicacion

Location is awesome. Nice facility and excellent service!
We would prefer a room with a window we can open.
4.5
The location is perfect, very central and easily walkable. The hotel design is upscale and modern, the library and pool area are great, our room had a patio and jacuzzi which was a highlight.
Wish we had better instructions on how to use/heat our patio jacuzzi.
Not ADA friendly as there is no elevator to get to top floor rooms.

The decor and design are aesthetically very beautiful, very unique yet very comfortable.

The little library is just stunningly beautiful. the location is great!
I think they could provide better toiletries. The quality of the shampoo and conditioner was just not that good.

Breakfast was excellent.
Unfortunately pool was in maintenance during our stay.

the checkout process was a little slow

I liked the architecture, decor, cleanliness, ease of check in, quiet location that is central to the historic city center, and good air conditioning.
No coffee maker or coffee in the room. No closet or suitcase stand in the room, no ice maker in the hotel accessible to guests, no mini fridge in room, restaurant open only limited hours, no extra pool towels by the pool, bees on the floor under the jacaranda tree.
2.5
The room had a large patio.
The room was very small and the bathroom was even smaller. No closet, but had a few shelves. While the the patio was large, the drapes needed to be closed for the afternoon and the patio was too hot to use, since it was directly exposed to the sun and had no shade.

I did not have breakfast as I left before it was available.
The hotel is small but nice and in a great location, however the room was tiny but had everything one would need and a very comfortable bed, the pool is much smaller than the photo shows in the add.

The room, the comfort of the bed and the atmosphere of the hotel
the curtain in front of the door as otherwise people look into the room, not great. The shower has a door, weird set-up.

beautifull
that we got only one key per room

Very friendly and welcoming staff. The onsite restaurant is great too - really nice breakfasts. Location is perfect - very short walk into the centre. Whole hotel is very clean - didn't get chance to go into the pool but it looked inviting.
3.5
The staff was really nice and helpful at all times. Whenever you needed something they would be there. They were very friendly as well!
Couldn't use the pool at all. There were construction workers working everywhere and next to the pool so it was not nice to swim there. The beautiful library had books laid out all over the ground as well.
3.5
Location, room and staff interactions were good
Breakfast was good but the service was slow and the staff seemed inexperienced in food service

The hotel looks great. It has modern well designed rooms around a central patio with a small swimming pool at the back under a large tree for shade. It looks great.
The problem I had with this hotel was the noise. there were two main points to this and why I would not stay in this hotel again.
Firstly - Temporary issue - The hotel was having construction work completed at the time I was sold my room. Before and during check in, not once was this mentioned to me. They happily took my money knowing that the hotel was not up to standard. redecoration of rooms and common areas was under way with noise during the day. the room or the common areas could not be relaxed in with the construction noise. I complained to management who tried to play down the construction saying it was maintenance. Yet the noise of drilling / hammering was clearly heard during our discussion and the manager admitted it was unacceptable. The manager kindly offered me to stay in another hotel in town, which I accepted. This could have been avoided by informing me upon check in, rather than being dishonest.
Secondly - permanent issue - Most rooms face the central courtyard. Every conversation, laugh, luggage wheeled, laundry cart pushed- everything echos around the courtyard and is clearly heard in the room. this is bad design. It looks great, but it sounds terrible. at 7am when the staff start for the day talking and setting up tables and chairs for breakfast, this noise makes sleeping in late not an option. For this reason I would never stay here again. I can forgive the construction work, but the lack of sound proofing for each room is unacceptable.

Location. Private rooftop patio included in my room
Breakfast was not good - eg bland eggs, toast instead of Mexican breads, etc

- The hotel is really at the heart of downtown
- Has unusual interior architecture and the blend with the old front and the old neighborhood is good, but is not very functional for guests
- Does not have a drop off/pick up zone and in downtown Querétaro parking is impossible so expect to walk with bags to do your check-in
- The front desk people does not offer any help nor suggestions to avoid parking somewhere to then walk with bags and complete the check-in to THEN give you a pass to a nearby parking lot they have an arrangement with, but for which you still have to pay a daily fee of around 4 USD (which is very reasonable)

very nice property in a great location….
wasn’t wild about the bathroom set up but the hotel is so cute that I’d definitely stay again….

Really nice hotel with great decoration. The room with jacuzzi is amazing and really worth the extra price! Only negative point is there is no valet parking but otherwise everything was great!
No valet parking

Location and ambience
The room looked tired, no glasses to drink the water, no coffee facilities, holes in the curtain, tap in bathroom loose and corroded, shower in a big bath, slippery and difficult to get in or out. No juice in reception when there was during last stay
4.0
the location of the hotel is great. The pool and library is beautiful. The interior design is tasteful. I also loved the parting gift (a cactus).
The room was small and not sound proof at all. I could hear our neighbours and staff cleaning outside very loudly.
