Stayed here twice, its a really nice hotel in a fantastic location, near to almost all of the downtown core. The rooms are well decorated with comfortable beds, a giant TV, and coffee/fridge facilities The bathrooms are well designed with good ventilation. The hotel itself is beautiful and quiet despite its location, and has a fantastic rooftop bar with amazing views over the city at night. While its not the cheapest hotel in Queretaro, it is one of the nicer ones I stayed at.
Very minor maintenance issues, like a broken toilet handle or power sockets that seem a bit too large for most plugs. Otherwise perfect place!

Perfect location in historical town center. Walking distance to Plaza de Armas and Plaza de Armas. We booked a double room with double beds. Two good sized beds, I think they are at least queen size. The room doesn’t have a desk, but has a small round table with two chairs. We like the small refrigerator in the room. The roof top bar/restaurant is nice. We stayed there for three nights.
Our room was not cleaned during our stay. It seems the housekeeper only wants to clean rooms due to check-out that day. We usually came back at 3pm and the room was not cleaned. Our room does not face the street and has a tiny window that faces a closed corridor. They do have rooms that have big window facing the street. Our room is very hot during our stay. No AC in the room. They do have a ceiling fan and a standing fan in the room.

We liked the style, little details like the flowers, it was very clean, usually very quiet, it was cool enough despite not having air conditioning (tip: open the windows in the morning) and the rooftop was nice.
The wifi didn't work very well in the room despite them giving us access to a different wifi, it works well in the lobby and on the rooftop though.

The location is amazing, one of the best in town you could possibly have; and very quiet at night. This is one of my favorite hotels I've stayed in. Shower has plenty of super hot water, perfect water pressure. The room is beautifully bathed in sunlight during the day, with blackout wood panels to cover the windows at night. The room stays very cool from the thick historic walls/construction, so no need for AC. It can get a little cold in the evening and early morning, but the hotel provides a space heater that works amazingly well so the room is the perfect temperature, just be sure to ask the front desk for one. Perfect stay, super comfortable bed. Can't wait to stay here again.

Casa Aspeytia Hotel Boutique exceeded my expectations. The pictures do not do the hotel justice. It was the best hotel I've ever stayed in, everything was amazing; facilities, staff, location!!! I will be returning for sure!!!

Casa Aspeytia is a stunning hotel that leaves you feeling immersed in the history of Querétaro. The room was spacious and the balcony was a cool feature to marvel at the historic center of the city. Linens were great and the toiletries were of high quality. I honestly didn’t want to leave the room. Hopefully you make it out of the hotel, but in the very least, the hotel restaurant terrace is a must. The food is great and the view is stunning, especially at night when the church cathedrals are lit up.
I found the wifi spotty and slow.

The wifi was a bit spotty and unreliable. On my last day they had a crew working on a new company. The staff was very apologetic and this didn’t ruin my stay. It was a lovely hotel with super friendly staff.
