Clean, comfortable no frills motel

Clean, very hot water, comfortable bed and good location. Free parking

Clean, comfortable Same Trash items strewn around parking lot for 5-6 days . Second night we stayed the Lobby had no lights on, . Thought it was closed , but staff member there . Coffee area, trash overflowing ,

Good for one or two nights, in a nice location close to the outskirts of the city.

Location was close to several restaurants and walking paths.

Items in the room were a bit outdated and heavily used.

I really enjoyed my stay, it was @ a location where you have access to everything @ walking distance.

What I liked most about the property was the location, the property itself was very clean Samantha was very hospitable, I honestly thought the room was bigger from the pictures other than that I would go back 😊

It’s not that I didn’t like anything from what I saw in the pictures I thought rooms might have been a bigger.

Staff were very nice but not knowledgeable at all about the internet, which was my biggest problem.

Room was fine. Staff were very friendly. Location was good for me.

Internet was spotty - in fact, I never was able to get any internet. I traveled for pleasure but expected to be able to work from my hotel room, but was not able to do so at all. It had a significant impact on my expectations of the feasibility for future trips to that city.

No internet availability made this location way overpriced!

:( There was No breakfast offered… although booking info advertised that it was included.

NO internet! I asked for assistance with connecting 2 times on first day… not able to provide any useful help and didn’t seem concerned at all that is was not working… and it was not my device causing the issue… we tried 2 phones and an iPad.

Walking distance to the university of colorado, very helpful and nice staff, very good wifi, enabled my spouce to log into work. Large room with refrigerator and microwave.

There was a coffee machine in the room, but no kettle for hot water for tea. There were thermouses of hot (not boiling) water and coffee in the lobby, but that is not as nice as boiling water in your own room. We were there for 10 nights, our room was never made! The inn is on a main street. A few times we heard Emergency vehicles very loudly in the middle of the night.

not very comfortable. gives no warm and fuzzy feeling.

No daily housekeeping (cleaning, towels, etc.) Not noted on the description!!!! No breakfast provided, which is very bad considering the daily rate. Used Covid for excuse. Very lame.

Great location; helpful, friendly staff; tastefully updated rooms; spotless room; excellent value for money. A pleasant find just a short walk from the pedestrian mall.

Bathroom could benefit from its own heater, towels felt a bit thin. Very minor critiques!
