The studio condo is great. David and Norie are great hosts. The location is ideal for central Boulder. The studio has everything you need. The deck is incredible. Thank you for sharing your space with us.

A great space with a thoughtful owner. The unit has a nice large deck with ample sunshine and privacy. The shades are top down as well as bottom up, which is a nice touch. It was very warm when I stayed and I appreciated the AC with a remote. There is a ceiling fan as well. The small stacked washer dryer is very useful. While this is a studio space the way the space is laid out feels very open. The location is great for biking and a hiking trail is not too far away. I walked to dinner and a grocery store in roughly 10 minutes. The provided cookware is in great shape and I was very able to cook in the unit. Parking on the street was never a problem. The unit is over the owner’s garage. The noise from the garage door was infrequent and never really early or really late.

Walking to the market and coffee shops and working on the deck with scenic views was just what I needed.

I would definitely reserve this spot again. It served my needs perfectly and was close to my daughter’s house. I loved how it was furnished. Bedding was soft. The bed and couch were very comfortable. David provided recycling and composting. The neighborhood was quiet and the mountain view from the deck was a big plus. David made me feel right at home, doing everything possible to keep me happy. A huge thumbs up for ECH. Thanks David for your amazing hospitality.

I enjoyed my month-long stay here and would definitely recommend it. The space is lovely and had everything I needed during my stay. The neighborhood is fantastic and convenient for navigating around Boulder. Communication was excellent and I felt well-cared for. Great stay overall.

We feel fortunate to have stayed at the Elder Carriage House in Sept. The location can't be beat! We particularly enjoyed strolling to the nearby shopping center for bagels, coffee, or groceries in the morning and dinner, wine, or ice cream in the evening. North Boulder Park, Mt Sanitas TH, North Boulder Rec Center and community garden are nearby as are many fun running and biking routes. The guest house was comfortable and cozy (and as pictured). It was nice to have a good size closet and well-furnished kitchen for that length of time. The host was gracious and responsive. Great stay -- hope to return!

My husband & I absolutely loved our stay in ECH. The property was clean, well-appointed, cozy & in the perfect location. We loved being able to ride our bikes to grab coffee in the am or to Pearl street for dinner. It was also ideal to be just a mile from the Mt. Sanitas trailhead. Additionally, David & his wife were tremendous hosts offering recommendations on the many wonderful activities that Boulder has to offer. We would absolutely stay here again.

Beautiful, clean and quiet guest cottage in the best part of Boulder with an epic view! Everything was exactly as pictured. David & Nori were such kind, attentive and accommodating hosts. I wouldn't hesitate to stay again or recommend this place to friends. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The property is in a great location - in a quiet neighborhood yet very close to downtown Boulder. David made the check in process easy and I had the sense that any problems would be taken care of promptly. However, there weren't any issues during my stay - the carriage house space is better than advertised: spacious, lots of natural light, and well appointed to handle everyday needs. Highly recommended!

The location was fantastic, and the property manager (Hannah) and the owners were great! Had a few issues with WIFI, however they were resolved. Be aware that AT&T service does not work well around North Boulder at all.

This was our second year at this fantastic place. We thought it was great last year, but the improvements that have been made to this place made it even better. The kitchen is great, the bed fantastically comfortable, and the overall layout felt far roomier than one might expect. We hope to visit again!

I stayed at this home for 3 months. The location is ideal--just a few blocks from a Whole Foods/local center with a coffee shop and pharmacy, and a few more blocks from all of Pearl Street, while still entirely private and quiet. The home itself is absolutely perfect. There is beautiful natural light, and everything feels new, modern, and cozy. The balcony/porch is also a huge perk--so spacious, with a beautiful view of the mountains. Hannah was an excellent point of contact throughout my stay, and always went out of her way to make sure everything was perfect. I can't recommend enough!
