This Hotel should be removed from booking.com, it's located in a remote area of Hong Kong, the rooms are so small 14 SQM, Dirty , smells bad.
I lost my money there since I had to move to Park Hotel,
This hotel is for Chinese tour groups, I think they are used for this type of hotel.
The breakfast has nothing for international travellers except a very rude manager, This is really one of my worst experiences.
Booking.com has to really have an independent team to do reviews before they give ratings.
On my trip , I had to change two hotels one in Bangkok and one in Hong Kong.
Losing money and the inconvenience.
All these hotels had good ratings.

Breakfast acceptable, hotel place is outskirt & quiet
the cleaner did not Vacumn my room for 2 days (got hair in bathroom floor), they only change the towels, throw rubbish and tidy up the bed.

Breakfast with few options, room smelling cigarettes, not well maintained, and not well cleaned.

I like the HEPA air filter in the room which makes the room free of smoke smell (from other hotel guests who did not follow the rules of non-smoking policy)
The lcoation is not convenient but shuttle bus is available every hour to nearest MTR station. Also don’t expect too much on quality of other hotel guests.

There was a small public terrace.
Really small rooms, extremly poor breakfast (not worthy), gym not mantain, thre was no place to work (no table in the room neither a public area to work).

The hotel is near to public transport making buses and taxis very available
I think I was overcharged compared to the price Booking.com advertised

Hotel's bus to Kwai Hing (Tsuen Wan West) station going every hour. Staff friendly and offers coffee as much as needs for free
Hotel situated quite far from the metro station. It was a little complicated to find it. Hotel situated at industrial district. Nearest streets not clean. The room was very small. Seems, hotel focused on tourists from mainland China. So a lot of chinese visitors from province arriving. They like to scream in lobby, corridors, everywhere

Good staff. Clean rooms.
Not the right spot. No access to MTR. Hotel provide a shuttle but no information about the shuttle service. Hotel lifts are always busy they have limited lifts. Hotel cater locals I believe it's not for tourist.

The neighbourhood around the hotel is nice. Lots of place to eat local food. The staffs are so helpful esp. Mr. Wilson at the concierge :)
The room is tiny but it fits for 2 especially with this price for Hong Kong! They provide shuttle bus every hour to the MTR station. Totally love it!
They didn’t inform us in advance that we have to pay the deposit for 1,500 HKD which is a lot.
