The location was nice and quiet

The smell does not make the room comfortable enough.

Full access to all facilities, pleasant experience and nice service.

The house was smelly actually the carpet was smelling dump and the room was dusty, which is caused by the carpet in the room. We had to go and buy aifreshners, carpet freshener and mix things to get rid of the smell. And had to keep the aircon on the whole time. I would recommend for the owner to replace the carpet with tiles and wash the rag in the lounge and the curtains as well.

Be aware of hidden cost after booking is paid.

The reception lady was helpful and the shuttle driver Mr byron was exceptionally great. The beach was awesome with the view calmness of the area.

First they must be honest with their rate not to change it after you make booking then you see additional chargers hidden. I didn't mind paying R1500 for broken damages incase something gets broken but state that money on the open don't hide it. Then i the client will have to pay after the booking money is paid. Allow people to make their choices with clear information at hand not tricks to make a client to pay more. There are lot of venues with good open book client service not this trick stunt. Addition of paying the cleaning staff why should it be added to a client ? Rather include it on the main price for the booking. I am very hurtful i was even charged more funds on the return funds just because i pay the damages return fees direct to the atm what a hell !!! . Ever since i have been using booking.com to all my booking this was the worse terrible treatment i received from the owners. The bed is extremely low rather make a plan to install legs on the bed.

Bathroom extractor fan wasn't working Mold on bathroom ceiling Room was a little dusty due to maitainence outside the suites

was good and relaxing

The place was safe and clean.

The bed was very uncomfortable. The unit had a musty/stuffy smell. The iron provided did not work. I was unable to contact anyone via the contact details provided. Thankfully, housekeeping was able to assist with an iron.

Very good

Amazing place, suite was clean and comfortable and location is nice very near to the pool.

Suite had a musty smell we couldnt get rid of despite leaving doors and windows open and using alot of airfreshners.

Great Apartment in Zimbali

The apart was lovely. Exactly like the pics show with beautiful views of the gardens and just by the pool. parking was super close and safe. we had all the Zimbali facilities at our disposal. The agent, Nosipho, is an absolute gem. She checked in on us regularly and was always a whatsapp away if we needed her. she did everything in her power to ensure that we had a memorable stay. The apartment was clean, had an extra long shower, big comfy bed and tons of space - its also very well decorated and modern. We extended our stay for another night.

The TV doesn't work. After the first night we woke to find that the TV wasn't working and again after the second night. It took hours to sort out which is just not ideal. Its a pity as its a really lovely apartment but if you want to watch some morning TV then it may be an issue.

New experience but the environment was not as friendly as we expected.

We didn't have breakfast at the facility.

>The Bedroom had no natural light. it felt so dark even when there was sun on the outside. > The rooms had no heater and it was cold. > The disconnection of the DSTV as early as 7am was the lowest point. we checked out only at 9am but were already cut off from the TV as early as 7am.

Disappointing

The atmosphere. Its not my first stay at zimbali

The security system is a mess between entrance n exits west gate n south gate. Everytime i followed instructions i found myself driving up and down to get out of zimbali. Entrance being at Westgate is annoying driving so far to get to the suites. With 1000 bumps. There was spiders in the bedroom on headboard. N tiny dry blood spots on sheet. The lounge sliding door did not have a locking mechanism inside it. The receptionist gave me wrong exit card, when i got to the gate to leave i was asked to go back to get a card... I mean really. Why should guests run up and down we are the ones paying.

Location

1. Sliding door does not lock meaning we staying the whole time without the apartment locked. 2. We did not access to the property due to staff that forgot to leave access cards for us. 3. Bedroom Carpet has awful smell.
