The bed was very comfortable
Housekeeping never changed our sheets. There was no phone in the room to contact reception. The room smell was moldy . The front door was broken & was very hard to open . The bedroom door couldn't close. The furniture is old and stained and the carpet had stains. Our foyer had monkey poop which was not cleaned our entire stay . We also had cockroaches coming out of our cupboards.

There was a musty smell...I booked 4 the 1st time, cos I had a function 2 attend.booked in at 3 and left at 4...came back at midnight just 2 sleep, still that musty smell was there.there was no reception at all. Even the TV didnt come on.tried in morning again,no success.went to reception to ask how can I put the TV on..she told me to ask the agent.😡 I messaged the agent...but no response and it was time 2 leave...apartment was deft a disappointment. People rave bout Zimbali, but i guess its deft not bout those apartment, but the hotel.4 the same price I cud hav booked at other places nearby.i hav always booked tru booking.com...never had experienced such dissatisfaction as well as never asked to pay breakage of 1500...when I told the lady there was nothing bout dep...she said it was fine print.believe me had I known I wud never hav booked those apartments.Fine print...really now I hav been booking with booking.com for 5 yrs now...no where did I ever encountered a dep 4 breakage.i think that that shudnt hav been in fine print..u dare to trick people...as iam sure iam not the only that complained...in any even I went back and looked 4 that fine print and still cudnt find it...b4 a person pays,u shud hav the decency to notify us bout breakage cost ..that wud b fair....not after payment u send a message asking 4 breakage dep...cos it wasnt a holiday 4 me...it was just a place to sleep the nite ,so that I cud drive back next morning and not drive late at night.i deft wudnt hav paid 4 a place plus breakage dep..🙈 not fair to a customer at all....unless u wanted to trick the person....iam most disappointed with the treatment I received esp frm the agent...who foned me while I was driving to ask about the dep....she contacted me twice b4,but didnt ask 4 the dep...and I was 10 mins away frm the place then she asks me.when I told her that I didnt hav a card but cash...she said that's not acceptable.
The place.the smell. The unfair treatment by the agent...the fine print that I Iooked 4 even after the agent called me..and cudnt find it..which I feel, shud b high lighted b4 a person pays..
