So far okay.

* Staffs were awesome and so helpful. * Accessible to many restaurants, convenience stores, massage spas, etc.

* I booked 1 room for 3 persons so that no one will be alone however they gave us 1 unit with 2 rooms. So, one of my friends stayed alone and that is sad. * No TV in the room. Only in living area. * No Hairdryer * No Bathrobe * Only 1 key card is provided * No room service * For payment they asked cash upon arriving and no option for card payment however payment method from booking.com says different.

Struttura bella ma non curata

La posizione vicino alla stazione, che però è talmente grande che é facile perdersi.

Se paghi con carta di credito pretenderanno un extra del 3%, non segnalato da nessuna parte, personalmente mi sono rifiutato. La sera tardi poi uno strano tipo potrebbe bussare alla vostra porta per chiedervi aiuto con il visto per l'Italia, quindi l'hotel non si prende cura del rispetto dei vostri dati personali

Bien pour une nuit en transit vers l’aéroport

La proximité avec la gare Sentral Station et les petits restaurants locaux à côté! Near to Sentral Station and NU Sentral, good restaurants around!

They gave me the room 214 and it was noisy with the air con and people outside! Ils m’ont donné la chambre 214, il y avait beaucoup de bruits sûrement avec la Clim et en plus les gens dans la rue !

Очень приветливый персонал. В номерах действительно чисто - что редкость для Азии. Не пытаются обмануть с туристическим налогом (TTX) как в других отелях рядом. Часто налог входит в стоимость бронирования, но в некоторых отелях будут пытаться стянуться его с вас дважды. В этом отеле так не делали. Убираю в номере по просьбе. Персонал при всегда рад дать вам пару бутылок воды. Жили в этом отеле неделю и остались довольны.

Большое количество номеров без окон. Но если не ставить цель сидеть в номерах а приходить только ночевать, то это некритично. Завтраки чисто символические. Дают купон на завтрак в ближайшем кафе для местных. Есть на выбор 6 вариантов завтрака. Но уверен для большинства эти завтраки не придутся по вкусу.

Centre of KL Sentral and Near to Masjid around 100 meter

The budget hotel yet comfortable in term of bed, kitchen, and internet speed is acceptable.

Cannot pay using credit card or e-wallet. Thus with this big company they should provide the machine for the credit card payment.

Close to link for train to airport. Two of the staff members were friendly and helpful (the late night receptionist and the doorman/porter)

The room was not cleaned well with a dirty bathroom and half used toiletries as well as stained bedsheets. It looked like they hadn't finished decorating the room I was staying in, which is only an aesthetic issue, but the walls were also quite dirty. I didn't specifically mention the cleanliness but asked about another room, preferably with a window, and he said there were no others. Drilling and hammering was going on (on the floor above i believe) from about 5pm until 9.30pm and I had booked in for a 1 night stopover and early flight so I went down to see if there was any way they could ask them to stop. At this point, the staff that had started for the next shift were helpful and friendly and moved me to a room on the ground floor. The next room I stayed in was, however, a similar cleanliness standard to the first.
