Personal responsable bastante intolerable, poco flexible, nada empatico con los clientes.

La ubicación

Te exigen un depósito que SOLO te lo devuelven en cash. Si es tu último día en el país y tienes que dejar el hotel a primera hora, ese dinero no puedes utilizarlo, solo cambiarlo en el aeropuerto, y eso supone perder dinero. Al final la habitación te sale más cara!!!!

Close to KL Sentral but facilities could use a bit of improvement

It's an okay one-night location after a very late flight because of its convenient location just by KL Sentral and KLIA Express station, but not really for any longer

The room was tiny, without windows and hence also didn't smell great. In general the hotel felt like it could use some upkeep. That said, it's fine if you're only there for one night before or after your flight

Terrible 糟糕

Nothing, only the position, near the metro station.

Dirty sheets, pillows, and furniture. Some unclear stains and hairs on the sheet bed. No power plugs close to the bed to charge the phone. After asking to change the room they said that the hotel was full and asked for changing the sheets and pillows but only a pillow changed and nothing else. We booked two days but the second day we left. We asked to refund the second night but nothing to do. Please avoid this hotel. 床单、枕头和家具都很脏。床单上有一些不清晰的污渍和头发。在床单两边没有插座可以充电。要求换房间后说酒店已经满了，要求换床单和枕头，但只换了一个枕头，其他都也没有换。我们订了两天，但第二天我们就离开了。我们要求第二天退款但没办法，不接受。请避开这家酒店。

Customers are King! So don't bargain with the hotel

Location and the environment

They have a poster on the wall behind the reception counter which says "Customers are King, so don't bargain" and another one which says something like the hotel's attitude and service to you is based on how you act.

great stay, value for money

The location is very good, just walking distance from malls and train stations. Food is abundance nearby. The room and bedsheet is clean, pillows and bed are also soft.

The TV channels were very limited, and not clear vision as well. This need to be improved! The sound proofing can be improve as well, the noise from outside can be clearly heard even past midnight.

The location of the hotel is just opposite Nu Sentral and KL Sentral, very convenient to get around.

The bathroom can be improved. The bidet pipe was leaking.

Overhyped reviews, grossly overpriced. Tiny room with no window, mattress was bad, just a regular foam mattress made out to be a quality mattress, very uncomfortable

The charge is different with amount shown in booking information. Booking information is rm117.70 include tax and fee but the property charge is rm136.70. Absolutlely wrong!!! how bad is this.

Great budget hotel in the middle of KL

Clean and comfy. Had a short stay before heading for my flight and it was good enough for stay. Right in the center of KL with easy access to Nu Sentral Mall and KL Sentral trains/buses

A bit of a walk and could be a bit of a hassle if you happen to have big luggage with you.

The wifi is very slow. There are no TV channels if you want to watch it.

Not helpfull

location very near to lrt, monoral, mrt

one of the reception not friendly as we always hv problem to open the second room whenever we come back. The card seem to be hving problem to open the door Rm410, upon check in & we wanted to change the room but she insist us to keep it.so whenever we go out, the room will need help to be open and i feel inconvinience to go up & down to the reception. At one time, we hv to wait too long fr her to open the door.

Best hotel for solo traveller

The staff was very welcoming, although tired they still respond nicely and with care. They let me put my luggages early before check in, and even after checking out for a couple hours. I hope to be able to stay there again :D

The aircon was shooting directly to your face, so its either on or off.

My 4th time staying at this hotel. It's very convenient.

For my stay this time, - low water pressure for shower - there's a strong smell of cigarette in the room - the air-cond works well, but remote control are not working. Can't adjust the temperature.

very close to senteal station and busses, lots of food choice around but nice and quiet in our windowless room. Tea and coffee provided and a drinking water machine to use!

we wanted an extra sheet/blanket and asked a number of times, we kept being told someone would bring one up and it never happened.
