Magnifique bâtisse à deux pas de la belle place de soller

La bâtisse est magnifique et très bien située. La chambre est très spacieuse. La terrasse est très charmante pour prendre le petit déjeuner.

Personne pour l'accueil et des conseils sur la ville. Ce qui m'a déplu c'est la luminosité de la chambre qui n'a rien à voir avec les photos. La chambre au 1er palier est très sombre. Je trouve que le rapport qualité prix est beaucoup trop élevé.

Totally recommend

The SolleRooms building and interior design is beautiful. Room was very nice and quite big. Cold beers and a bottle of water, a kettle and a coffee maker made our stay even better. Patio was also beautiful.

Very good

Quick check in and check out was very handy. Rooms were basic but in lovely condition. Bed was very comfortable and location is excellent. Overall, very happy.

Toilet/shower area was not as clean as I would expect.

definitely worth the money, very stylish and clean place woth great location

Very good location, stylish lobby and cozy garden. The rooms are clean and are served with coffee, tea and cutlery. We were off season and it was very quiet there. The check-in/out procedure is easy and straightforward

maybe this is again due to off-season but there was a quite strong smell from the bathroom. this happens typically when you don’t use the bathroom for long, I guess… since there is no door that separates bathroom with the main room (there is a door only for the toilet), the smell was all over the room. we had to open the windows always but afterwards to warm the room (in February it’s +5 in the night) which is not very sustainable and also didn’t help a lot with the odor… I’d also glad to see some shampoo in the bathroom

We had a fabulous stay and hope to be back.

amazing place, fantastic room, great location, the staff who did the rooms are brilliant. Facilities in the room are great…we enjoyed the coffee machine and it was great having a fridge and some plates and cutlery.. The common spaces are also lovely. Soller is a great place to stay we found lots of little local bars and places to eat.. Fantastic base for a walking holiday

Great place to stay

We liked the location, our room was spacious and comfortable with all the facilities we required. We also liked our interactions with our host. We had a small issue which our host dealt with very promptly to our satisfaction.

There's really nothing that we could complain about.

Wonderful last minute stay in Soller that felt comfortable, clean and convenient!

The property was in a fantastic location, charming refurbished classical building, clean and quiet.

Exceptional

The location is absolutely fabulous, close enough to the centre of Sóller that you can stroll there within 2 minutes to pick up fresh pastries and coffee in the mornings, get to the first tram or return easily after dinner! Yet, it is tucked away so it is quiet and peaceful. The room was comfortable and clean. It was wonderful to be able to sit out and enjoy a drink in the courtyard in the evenings. The hosts were very responsive and assisted with all our queries, including arranging our early morning taxi pickup to the airport. Would definitely stay at SólleRooms if ever back in Mallorca!

Life circumstances

I have paid in advance and when I got ill with Covid and could not go in July, they kindly told me that I could rebook before the end of December.

So when I rebooked for the end of September there was an increase in the price, which I accepted. Unfortunately because of my workload I will not be able to travel next week, directly communicating this fact to the property. They didn't reply back or tried to help me with any further solutions. So I have lost all the money of my first booking of July.

Perfect stay!

Lovely little roof terrace with amazing mountain views! Big rooms with great finish and ample facilities. Water cooler in lobby great! Cleaners every day and fresh sheets/towels every 2. Location fantastic just by the square. Good system with the key boxes and always quick response from the owner on WhatsApp. Overall fantastic!

Poor management and not very good value for money.

The room was a decent size and it’s excellently located in the centre of Soller. We liked the coffee machine in the room but one day they forgot to give us the pods.

We stayed during the heatwave in August and there was no working air con. The owner told us he would fix it but never did meaning we found it very tricky to sleep. The fridge in the room is so small you can’t fit a bottle of water in which is less than ideal when it’s extremely hot and the tap water in Mallorca isn’t safe. We wanted people to know these things before they book as we changed our reservation due to the fact this property was rated above a 9 which usually means it’s pretty fail safe but we were disappointed.

Very nice stay in the heart of Soller

The room is very nice located in the heart of the centre! Everything was very good apart from the fact that the room is not very well ventilated (windows opens to the inner side of the property) and thus has a characteristic smell which can be a problem for people who have problems with smells like me. Otherwise, everything is very clean and nice, no complains!

Nothing, the lack of ventilation in the room is only due to the position of the window - should not be a problem to most of people, but if you have a sensitive noise this can be bothering

Check in was super easy. Lobby area and the courtyard are stunning as are the bedrooms. We had room 10 with a huge french folding window that opened fully to view the courtyard and mountains. Gorgeous location very central to town. Modern bathroom that was appreciated and comfortable bed. Wifi and Aircon was great. Loved the decor and small touches throughout the property. Will be back!

Parking in Sòller is difficult to find. We had to wake up before 6 am to move our car to another park spot as it was a loading zone. But that’s all!
