Lovely boutique hotel atmosphere.
Very friendly staff.
Peaceful place with inner garden.
Great location to visit Soller.
Not big but diversified and tasty breakfast.
Our room face the inner street that was noisy at night due to motorcycle traffic.
Parking to be paid in extra + a bit remote although staff helps upon request.

absolutely divine! highly recommend it!

Staff excellent, especially at breakfast time - one young man very helpful - couldn’t do enough to make our breakfast enjoyable.
Breakfasts lovely overall especially the guacamole and quality of the coffee.
Gardens are beautiful.
Terrace adjacent to bedroom has lovely views.
Steep stairs to the bathroom, which are not very suitable for nighttime visits.
Shower leaked into the adjacent room.
Furniture needs a rethink in the bathroom, as very dated.
Would have been good if someone had asked me how my stay had been and I would have told them the positives and negatives.

quirky and individual. staff were lovely and friendly
room had steep sloping roof. steep stairs to bathroom would be tricky for young children

Wonderful property in the middle of Soller, tranquil and peaceful - beautiful garden with views up to the mountains - could have stayed for ever. Breakfast served in the garden or the excellent breakfast room with those incredible views. Staff could not have been more helpful - Thank You
There was nothing that we didn’t like

We loved our stay! From the glass on cava on arrival, accommodating our baby girl, delicious breakfast and helpful staff. The hotel is lovely, characterful and Heidi the naughty dog is such a happy touch.

Location is perfect and from what looks like a door on a small side street turns into a lovely little oasis when you step inside. The garden was immaculate and the pool was spotlessly clean. it’s a short walk to the Plaza and town centre and tram station and many restaurants. Kevin was particularly helpful with recommendations and was always cheerful and went above and beyond.
We had a suite which was cleaned every day.
Breakfast was adequate but I wouldn’t say exceptional. The staff were lovely
Our suite had an open plan bathroom to the room (half wall no door) probably just me but I didn’t like the total lack of privacy when sat on the loo!
The school next door was noisy which we didn’t mind too much but it definitely detracted from the lovely peaceful oasis feel of the garden and pool.
We had one evening meal there which wasn’t great although the lunch we had there one day was pleasant enough.

As you walk through the old doors, you would never guess that there is a lush garden and beautiful, historic atrium inside. The hotel is very tastefully decorated and feels elegant yet rustic. The atmosphere is very calm and relaxing. The staff are all very helpful and have great knowledge around restaurants etc.
We loved our room, it felt private and secluded. The terrace overlooking the mountains with the private plunge pool was perfection and it was amazing to be able to sit out there in the morning with a coffee to watch the sunrise snuggled under a blanket. As we were traveling with a 3 month old the privacy was great.
The location is great, just a few minutes walk into the square where it was still bustling but on a quiet street so still peaceful!
I highly recommend staying here if staying in Soller!

One would never expect this gem when arriving. Once you have followed the video on how to get to the parking of the hotel and made your way down the beautiful narrow streets through town. The entrance is just a wooden door on a wall - but immediately once you walk in you’ll forget the outside World. It usually takes me a few days to adapt to vacation mood. Here it seems instantly.
Kevin is an icon and made us ham and cheese sandwiches after our plane got delayed and we arrived at 1am. Extremely friendly- I am sure he planned his night shift differently but he did not hesitate to put candles along the path for us to see our way and to serve us Cava and Sandwiches. All with a big smile, in the middle of the night.
The owners of the hotel, two sisters, help and serve and organize all day - for sure they live for what they own. Same for the rest of the staff- everyone is very friendly and helpful and the mix of nationalities is refreshing.
We will definitely come back!!!
Nothing really. The first impression was poor but every door we opened gave another great impression

EVERYTHING! No exceptions!
All is into detail. We feel like we don’t want to share in order to keep it our secret. Which it is. When opening the door to the hotel it is like opening a lid of a treasure box.
Nothing.

We had a fantastic 7 nights. The staff were super friendly and nothing was too much trouble. They secured us restaurant bookings in some amazing venues. Pool and gardens are beautiful - a real oasis in the centre of town. relaxed and charming. Great public transport so no need to have a car unless you want to explore further afield- we found plenty to do for a week.

The garden is just magic. Nice big pool. Breakfast was nice and rich.. Big bathroom. Great central location for the bus to the port and the centre.
Soundproof doesn't exist. We could hear other guests chatting until 12am. The look of the room..

Hotel was set in beautiful surroundings. Pool area was very peaceful with comfy sun loungers. Our room, which was a junior suite, was very spacious, view of mountains was fab.
Nothing to dislike

Beautifully decorated - eclectic, character filled interiors, warm & friendly staff, heavenly pool, location was super central - a 2 minute walk away from all the shops/bars on the square
Nothing! We loved it all!

Staff. Garden. Clean.Breakfast.
Aircon in our bedroom ineffective. Lively puppy stealing from sun loungers/breakfast table. Not everyone likes dogs and it would have been nice to have been advised in advance of our stay

The garden was beautiful. So was the courtyard area. The staff were wonderful and there was a lovely atmosphere around the whole hotel. The breakfast was also good.

The hotel is a converted town building in Soller, with a central courtyard and a lovely back garden with a swimming pool, jacuzzi, gym and plenty of citrus trees. Very cosy and a lot of attention paid to detail. Great service, lovely breakfast and evening bar. Get recommendations for restaurants from the staff, they can help you get a table. Quite a few amazing eats very close by, more so if you are up for a short drive.
I tend to prefer 4+ star hotels include parking into the price of the room. Having said that, the parking set up was very convenient and worth the extra fee.

Excellent location just a 2-3 minute walk from the main square. Beautiful Hotel. Super team working there who were so helpful booking us taxis / bikes/ restaurants. Anna and Kevin were great! Excellent breakfast. Lovely pool. We’ll definitely be back and highly recommend to stay here.

Exceptional Hotel with beautiful outside area and very individual design. Staff was very welcoming and the breakfast was creative and very good.
Noisy school right next to the property
An accomodation with such a high standard and associated rates should offer parking free of charge

Had such a family feel and in such a beautiful amazing house. It really is very unique and feels like the best of luxury hotel and family home. The pool and garden are incredible along with the breakfast room. the courtyard and bar are also great
the shower wasnt the best

The hotel had lots of character with many of the rooms off an open atrium. The gardens and the pool were lovely - a real oasis. Car parking a definite bonus. Staff were efficient and friendly. Breakfast very tasty and varied.
Our room had no outdoor space and the window overlooked the central courtyard but was also a walkway for other guests so it didn't feel very private.

Absolutely loved the location, the vibe and especially Kevin the staff member.
In my opinion he takes the stay to the next level & makes the staff experience excellent.
Sometimes felt a little awkward when the dog would reach for our breakfast but she was adorable.

Loved the hotel - it felt like staying with old friends. Really peaceful location but only a few minutes from the main square. The pool was a bonus in such a central location.
