1. Lokalizacja. 2. Możliwość zaparkowania w pobliskim garażu (uwaga na wielkość auta. My mieliśmy klasę B i wszedł na styk). 3. Dwie łazienki 4. Bogate wyposażenie (np. ręczniki plażowe, deska do prasowania itd.) 5. Responsywni gospodarze.

1. Bardzo głośna okolica. Ciężko było spać. Okna nie są dźwiękoszczelne. Na dodatek klimatyzacja tylko w salonie. 2. W pokoju z 2 łóżkami brak przezroczystych szyb. Są tylko mleczne, a po otwarciu widok na wew. dziedziniec. Wszystko strasznie się niesie. Słychać nawet chrapanie sąsiadów. 3. Podczas check-in nie mieliśmy co zrobić z samochodem. W okolicy nie było żadnego wolnego parkingu (nawet płatnego). Tak jak do hotelu przyjeżdża się, zostawia samochód i idzie dopełniać formalności, tu nie mogliśmy wstawić najpierw auta do garażu (nawet po godz. 15, kiedy możliwy jest check-in). Znaleźliśmy miejsce bardzo daleko i trzeba było przejść kawał drogi żeby odebrać klucze i wracać po samochód. Może można pomyśleć aby check-in dla zmotoryzowanych rozpoczynać w garażu. Będzie to duże ułatwienie. 4. Bojler z wodą, już dla dwójki niewystarczający. Nie mogliśmy na spokojnie umyć jednocześnie włosów, bo na końcu mieliśmy już tylko zimną wodę. Trzeba było czekać aż się nagrzeje. 5. Pralka (5.5kg) działała nam tylko na programie 15 minutowym. Przy 2 innych wyskakiwał błąd i nie dało się skończyć cyklu. Trzeba było przejść przez program 15 min. żeby w ogóle móc otworzyć drzwiczki. Ponoć za dużo załadowaliśmy. Nie wiem, w każdym razie na 15 min. pracowała bez problemu, a pranie nie było upchane. 6. Brak gniazdka przy łóżku w sypialni. 7. Część mieszkania wymaga ewidentnie remontu. Np. w sypialni: nieszczelne drzwi prysznica, odpadająca uszczelka. Łóżko z jednej strony miało wgłębienie, tak jakby złamany był stelaż. 8. Dobrze byłoby większą uwagę zwracać na sprzątanie (kontakty z warstwa kurzu). 9. Klimatyzacja tylko w 1 pomieszczeniu z koniecznością trzymania tej dużej rury na balkonie, więc cały czas musi być otwarte okno. Żeby nie było. Powyższe i tak nie popsuło nam 4 dniowego pobytu. Dzielę się spostrzeżeniami :)

perfect family or couples holiday

perfect location, very good space in the apartment and endless choices for restaurants cafes tapas , the landlords were so professional and contacted us regularly with recommendations in this beautiful island as well as just making sure everything was good

loud talking in the streets like 03-04 in the morning but of course nothing to do with this wonderful apartment, if you sleep easily through kind like this no problem

we really enjoyed it.

I highly recommend this place. Quiet place !!! Full equipped apartment. The apartment have 2 bedrooms, 1 living room, 1 kitchen, 2 bathrooms and small balcony. The apartment has everything you need. You can find lots of restaurants and stores nearby. Very good price and Nice and helpful staff. We will be back for sure.

nice spacios apartment in heart of city

Perfect location in center of city just two blocks from ocean strip. Spacious living room with fully eguipped kitchen. Host provided Beach towels. Very helpful host. There is underground parking 300m from apartment on parallel street.

Noisy, scratching, squeezing beds! Very noisy. Host promised to improve by next time :)

great place would thoroughly recommend ,near all conveniences

the apartment was great everything we could wish for ,plenty kitchen equipment and useful little items .the apartment was very spacious and spotless we really appreciated the two bathrooms and although the balcony was small the french doors could be opened right back to the wall which made it very open and nice to eat on. was a little thrown when told washing machine was on the roof but it turned out excellent ,one floor up and washing was dry in no time ,well pleased with that facility as we stayed for four weeks .very comfortable apartment thanks loved it

weather could have been better but realise you had no control over that😉xx

Lovely apartment in a fantastic location. Near to centre of town. Parking space.

Bed sheets were old and worn. Parking was tricky.

The apartment is very spacious, two bathrooms were great, cute tiny balcony, big fridge freezer, kitchen well equipped, nice centre location close to beaches. Host very attentive, helpful and easy to communicate with.

Beds were squeaking a lot, that's the only negative.

Great location for relaxing, exploring & home office

Perfect location. We stayed for a week, home officing some of the days and exploring the north of the island others! Very comfortable apartment, clean and well equiped Staff was friendly, we had an issue with electricity on a Sunday and the came to fix it very quick! Also, they send you daily tips to explore the surroundings

Really good location, near to beaches, to seafront, promenade, easy to reach the beautiful parks. A very well equipped apartment, nice designed, spacious, good quality of kitchen equipments. A good feeling as perception living in the apartment. I'm glad to choose this accomodation for our stay in Puerto de la Cruz. Thanks for advises, for warm welcoming.

Balcony is too small. A curtain to the toilet in the main room would be needed, to split/separate the sleeping space from toilet and shower, sink Some repairs needed to be done.

Very good

Great spot to go anywhere - lots of cafes and restaurants close by. Nice and spacious apartment with nice furnishings. Lovely guys who met us massively helpful with parking.

Showers need something in to put shower gel and shampoo in etc - both showers. Otherwise you have to put those things on the floor. The street can be noisy but that isn’t the apartment’s fault - it is in a city.
