Location is excellent in that it is very close to the train station. Excellent instructions were provided for finding the location as it involves going thru an archway and up a few flights of stairs. Would be a challenge if walking or climbing ability is limited.
The room is right beside the office and after 8:30 am is very noisy if sleeping in was on your agenda. Evening is also noisy from the restaurant bar below but was good after 11 pm.

Lovely room with super location! Beautiful view for city. Comfortable bed.
You can hear other residents.

The view was beautiful but the room was definitely smaller than I thought it would be and the front of the bed was less than a foot from the wall. It was manageable the small space though and the decorations and everything was lovely. And the view from our window was definitely the star being on the main street.

I'm sorry to say, but I didn't really care for much at all for the room. I wish I could be more positive , but there really isn't any part of the room or the experience that was acceptable. At least the air conditioning worked.
It was very close to the beach and train. Convenient.
The room was directly off the main office. We asked for another room due to this and were told that"it's not like you are in your room all day, right?". The traffic in and out due to cleaning ladies who were accessing the side room, the workers, and incoming guests was very disappointing and disrupting. We would hear conversations and even sounds of chairs scooching in and around in the office as well. Hard to feel like you are on vacation when you hear BUSINESS happening all around you. They said that the office usually closed by 6:00 and one night they were there past 7:00. We like to sit on a patio and that is important to us, BUT, the small table and chairs provided for us was not something we could use because it blocked the front door to the tiny hallway, that like I said was a traffic zone. Across from our door was where the maid's got their supplies, and right between that and us was the office. ALSO, our room was not ready when we got there at 4:00, an hour after check in time.....even though I had communicated with staff as to our arrival time.
The bed was hard and had a seam, but we know that is somewhat common in Italy and so not a big deal. Also, the shower door kept coming off the track. The train tunnel is directly under the room, we first thought there was an airport close by. The room itself was fine but the location of the room was the worst possible. We were there a LONG four days with no attempt to relocate us. Others checking in after us, got better rooms. This was supposed to be a supreme room and it was anything but that.......because we were so unhappy with the location of this room, we tried to be gone from our room as much as possible. THAT IS SAD. Very disappointed-felt very unheard and dismissed.

location is near the station
Bed side was broken. it was making noise. so we couldn’t sleep for 2 nights. very very congested room. so hard to move around and keep your luggage. In the toilet there were insects in the tissue roll. we left early than planned.

Stefano, the owner of the hotel, is very friendly and caring. Before the arrival we received a detailed guide about our stay and about Cinque Terre with recommendations about places and restaurants to visit. Stefano and his colleague met us at the hotel and very nicely showed everything. The room was clean, the location is perfect.
The bed was very uncomfortable, I couldn't sleep :(((

I loved that it was in the heart of everything. I loved breakfast that was included. Little walk for breakfast but worth it.
Not used to all the stairs and hard for luggage. Also didn't like how loud everyone/thing was in the mornings

The staff were exceptional, the communication was excellent and very friendly, they helped with anything we asked.
I can't really find anything we didn't like or made our stay uncomfortable.

The staff were friendly and helpful. Always keen to help book restaurants, trips and experiences. Rooms were good value for money. Good air con which was needed after a hot day. Good central location.
Location whilst in a good central location the building was up some back ally steps but this is synonymous with the area.

Fully equipped room (hair dryer, iron, fridge), spacious room and bathroom, nice location and view, friendly personnel. Very close to the train station of Riomaggiore.

Excellent helpful staff, amazing location, the dcor in the room was very night and I would love to stay here longer. The toilets were big and the room was very comfortable, even thought it just had a fan the room got quite cold at night.

I was traveling for 2 weeks hence carrying a huge luggage. Apart from the tough ascend to the room with our heavy luggages, our stay was actually awesome! The room was very bright and has a view of the main street in Riomaggiore. There's wine glasses and bottle opener which we totally used them for a drink in the room. Toilets are clean with hot shower. It's actually located conveniently from the train station. I could imagine there may have been more stairs to go if we stayed anywhere else.
There's still noise that can be heard from the corridor and from the street as well, but thankfully our neighbors are not super loud.

This location was perfect for anyone traveling by train to Riomaggiore. It was close enough that you didn’t have to walk too far uphill with your luggage but at the same time still very quiet at night despite being on the most popular street. Stefano warmly greeted us and had prepared information for us to maximize our stay. Our room was super cozy and very clean. It also had a nice view of the main road. The bathroom is separate from the room itself but that was not a problem for us at all. It was clean and spacious. There were others staying at the same time but never did we run into each other. There are also several restaurants close by along with a 24 hour laundromat which came in handy after all that hiking. I would highly recommend this place to others.

Amazing location. Right in the centre of Riomaggiore. 5mins walk to the train station and a 2min walk to the iconic Riomaggiore rocks.
The bathroom was private but seperate from our bedroom!

I liked everything about the property it was nice it was clean except the fact that I had to open the bathroom all the time with the key was annoying and also on my last night there somebody was trying to come into my room because I woke up to someone inserting the key into my room. I figured it was probably somebody else trying to get into the room and it was dark and they probably get confused but that was a little creepy I guess I’ll never know what the real reason was but other than that it was good great location near train!
The whole Key bathroom situation and the creepy person at 2 AM at my door trying to get in thinking it was maybe their room.

The young man, Daniel, who checked us in, was very helpful. He provided us with very useful information about which restaurants to eat at and which hiking trails to use. He also carried our luggage up the one flight of stone steps we needed to use to access the Ciao Bella Divas. Other than those stairs, the property was within an easy 5 minute walking distance from the train station. Itbwas right in the heart of main street Riomaggiore. Our room had a cute decor.
Our private washroom was down the hall from our bedroom, which felt a bit awkward walking through the common area to access it.

Very helpful host. I forgot my charger in the car in La Spezia and he helpfully lend me his charger for the night. Thank you!
It is a bit inconvenient to have a bathroom outside your room, accross the hall (for example if you need to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night).

Location and the room was ok.
Breakfast was NOT in the building (as advertised), in fact was quite far away, not convenient going to the train station when you plan to come to the room before going out for the day.
Room was "reset" only once, not everyday.

It was in the city center, private bathroom was spacious.
The meeting point was unclear

Great localization with the view on main street in Riomaggiore. Modern and clean bathroom, cozy room and deliciouos self-made coffee. No problems with checking-in and out. I would choose it once again :)
The private bathroom is outside the room, so you always need to take the key with you.
