A decent worth for money stay.

The property is easy to access by public transport and car. It’s in a calm location. Has its own parking. Breakfast was decent. Staffs where super friendly.

Goed, maar volgende keer op een hogere etage.

De ligging is heel praktisch op doorreis naar Bretagne. Kamers zijn comfortabel. Ontbijt is prima.

De vloerbedekking was niet erg schoon. De kamer lag op de 1e verdieping aan de straat en was daardoor gehorig.

Trop court.

L'hôtel est très bien placé par rapport aux axes vers la ville et par rapport aux transports en commun. Le petit déjeuné est très bien avec un bon choix. La chambre est bien équipée et propre.

La chambre était un peu froide en arrivant mais ça arrive.

Car park was too expensive. I was charged as well for stay overnight taxes. Never happened to me before. Breakfast was poor but very expensive

Very enjoyable

Room was perfect.Location excellent for motorways.Very secure parking.Very helpful staff

Last year not then under Ibis,they had tea and coffee facilities in the room. I know it’s only a small difference. But after a long drive from uk.It makes a big difference. It’s a shame this has been taken away.Especially that most people use the hotel,as it’s a great location for the motorways.

The room was comfortable and nice, the location is a bit off the city but we wanted a parking so that was the compromise. Friendly staff, all in all good experience.

The property did not look as advertised it also did not have working AC in the summer! we were soooooo terribly hot in 35 degree heat with a puppy dog and let down massively we also did not have towels , shower gel or toilet paper in our room

it was a welcome overnight break in a very long drive

it was very comfortable and clean. We had a problem with our reservation and the receptionist went out of her way to sort it out for us, nothing seemed too much trouble for her.

Under renovation

The hotel will be very nice when it’s finished had we known it was still under renovation obviously we would not have booked - however Lorraine was very nice & helpful.

It is still incomplete & difficult to find thanks to the local post lady who helped us find the hotel.

Clean and comfortable. Parking was secure but cost €7 per night. Evening meal was just okay!!

This is not a central location. Difficult to access due to one way system and roadworks in Rouen. Half an hours walk from riverside restaurants, many of which are not open on a Monday. The hotel is not in a particularly nice area.

The room was quiet & comfortable.

We arrived early evening. There were no snacks or hot drinks available. There were no bottles of water in the bedroom & no tea bags. Restaurants were quite a drive from the hotel . Staff didn't have local knowledge of takeaways

Excellent hotel for a short stay on a road trip or for business

Room was good and quiet. Our first had a bad smell but it was changed immediately without question. Food was good

Area was not attractive but it was ideal for transport links by road and a quick get away in the morning

Very good option for a short stay!

We had a late check-in but everything was great. Reception staff did not charge the parking for one night which was a nice gesture. Room was big and comfy and had everything we needed!

Everything was very good, location is a bit outside the city centre but still reachable as Rouen is not a huge city.

Location is ok, room is ok, people on reception are very nice. Everything was clean.

Breakfast is bad. Manager of hotel is not friendly at all and very arrogant. They take deposit 150 euro, but it is not written in conditions about the hotel. And it was not nice surprise!
