Stop-oder in Singapur

Ein nettes Hotel „in the middle of nowhere“ mit guter Ausstattung und nettem Personal. Einige Restaurants im Umkreis und eine tolle Dach-Terrasse im Hotel.

It was not worth the money

The location

The shower room was too small and no proper holder to keep your personal toiletries. The shower head was not properly placed and it was uncomfortable to have shower. The windows in the room were faulty unable to close fully and external noise penetrated into the room till late nights. Highlighted the window issue to the staff on the second day but it just fell to deaf ears and nothing was done till checked out

Endroit parfait pour y arriver en bus. Pas loin de la aéroport ni du centre. Restaurants en bas de l'escalier, très pratique quand on est de passage

Decent room close to the airport.

Good location reasonably near a bus stop, so cheap and easy to get to the airport. Good room facilities, great shower. Late check in available. I paid 69 SG so decent price for Singapore.

Small room, needed a fridge, but room too small to fit one in. Strict check out policy.

Good outdoor space to sit.

Booked 2 rooms with booking .com, only to have 1 room refunded by hotel. Then was charged for 2 rooms by hotel directly at 20% more than booked on booking.com. So, I ended up paying for 3 rooms and only used 2. the hotel knew this but didn't refund the third room. So, in effect paid 3 rooms at TOP DOLLAR, only to occupy 2 rooms. Beds had hair underneath bed sheet, trapped between mattresses sheet and bed sheet, lots of them. Mould around basin in bathroom, Wi-Fi hit and miss. You live and learn not to make same mistakes.

Very expensive tiny room. Not worth the price.

Close to airport. Restaurants & 7-11 nearby. Cool corridors. Comfortable bed. Nice staff.

Tiny room. Smaller than what you see in the pics. No cabinets. No hairdryer. No mirror in the bathroom. Leaking bidet (fixed next day). Only one housekeeping staff on a Thursday. Late cleaning. Noisy bar outside the window. 3% charge when paying with credit card.

El peor hotel en el que hemos estado a precio de Palacio! No lo visiten nunca.

No puedo dar ningun aspecto positivo de este alojamiento. Con mucha diferencia el peor en el que he estado y muy caro. No lo recomendaría jamás.

Personal con falta de interés en los huéspedes. Alojamiento tremendamente caro para lo que ofrece. Habitación donde no puedes casi ni respirar de lo pequeña que era. A pesar de estar la habitación prepararada, nos hicieron esperar hasta las 14.00 para poder hacer check in, sin ni siquiera ofrecernos la posibilidad de un early check in!

Ich war mit meinem Aufenthalt in dem Hotel überhaupt nicht zufrieden. Die Bettlacken waren mit vielen Flecken übersehen. Handtücher haben gestunken. Das Bad war voller Schimmel. In meinem Kopfkissen waren Fremde Haare.

立地が空港と観光地の真ん中でアクセスしやすかった。近くにコンビニがあった。

部屋に窓がなく、部屋も狭かったため、圧迫感があった。廊下にずっとリネンの洗濯物がおいてあった。部屋がホテルのフロントとは違うビルにあった。

Friendly staff and located not far from airport and convenient for an overnight stay.

Staff were friendly and very helpful, check in was very easy - although there was a SGD50 deposit required, which itself isn't an issue, but the deposit couldn't be paid on card and I did not hold SGD currency. The hotel was happy to take my passport in lieu of SGD50 bond payment.

I booked a basic room with a 'garden view' - be ware - the garden view apartments face onto the terrace the property which is where the smoking area is. The walls of the rooms are thin and so I heard the voices of people coming out to smoke cigarettes and talk to people on the phone throughout the night.

Fine for one night but far to small and claustrophobic for any longer.

Location was excellent.

The room was exceptionally small and had no window. We stayed one night before flying home. In the morning we realised to kettle didn’t work so no coffee before going to the airport.

The staffs were super nice! They explained the house rules clearly and gave me great advice about good places to have fun / dine.

The room is way toooo small. Understand I did not pay a lot but didnt expect it was that small. Also the toilet seat was not clean when I arrived.
