Great location, you can walk to the entrance of the pyramids. Staff was really welcoming and polite! They treated me like family and helped me with the tour to the pyramids! The sunset from the rooftop is amazing, I recommend you to enjoy your meal there, which is very tasty and served with love :)

This Hotel is all about the location. Make sure you book the room with a view of the Pyramids, it is incredible. The rooftop also has great views of the pyramids.
The room was very big too.
Giza is a bit of a squalid place. So expect the smell of horse and camel excrement as soon as you step out the Hotel. You'll also be swarmed by hustlers offering you all manner of things. It will be a pain, but the overall view of the Pyramids is what you pay for.
Also if you exchange currency at the Hotel, be careful. The guy at the front counter gave me 1000 pounds less. I suspected he knew and when I challenged it, he paid the remaining.
The room itself is not overly great. The toilet was dark and dingy.

Fantastic view of the Sphinx and Pyramids from the hotel room. The staff are super helpful they go over and beyond to assist you to ensure you have a pleasant stay. Loved it! Will visit again and again

Food in the rooftop restaurant was excellent.
Location to the pyramids excellent.
Staff friendly and helpful. Organised all our taxis, guides etc
The whole building could do with a makeover, a deep clean and a lick of paint....but i suppose you get what you pay for.

the view of the pyramids was awesome from the roof top restaurant. the front desk staff were extremely helpful and the restaurant food was pretty good.
the hotel is in a very run down area. when looking out at the pyramids, the trash and debris on the roof tops was not pleasant. The beds are maybe 2 feet off the floor and the mattress was hard. the view from hotel roof was not as good as the roof top.
As other reviewers have aid, the hotel is down a back alley with the stables next door.

The hotel is in a fantastic location and the staff went out of their way to make my stay as enjoyable and stress free as possible. I really appreciated the tour arrangements made for me.
General maintenance could be improved.

Great breakfast and the best view. A must-stay for all who want to experience the sights of the Pyramids. A total value for money. The staff is super helpful and sweet.

Perfect view on Pyramids and the Sphynx both from terrace and restaurant. You can even see a corner of the ticket office. Yes, the hotel is just a minute away from the entrance. Staff is english speaking and friendly and helpful. The breakfast was satisfying: nothing special but pretty enough. Liked their fruit freshes very much and paid a visit to the place once more when we were nearby a week later.
Cafes, a bakery and a grocery store is nearby (in case you choose to skip your breakfast).
Since we booked three nights we had a free transfer from the airport - a good air conditioned car.
Some questions to the cleanliness and a little bit worn out stuff.
Need to say, "horse issues" is a piece of ancient Egypt's authenticity that's inevitable in a half mile radius if you stay near the Pyramid complex. Just watch your step the last couple of meters on the way to the hotel. Though we never had any smell or anything inside.

The view is directly on the Giza pyramids and Sphinx and it is pretty amazing to wake up and go to bed with this view.
Staff was exceptional! All of them! Willing to please you and really make you feel good! They took care of all the day trips I wanted, even if my decision was in very short notice.
Food on dinner was also delicious!
Some of things inside needs refurbish and surroundings are not clean. But this is for the most of places I went in Cairo

Close to the Pyramids, location is good.
The street of the main entrance is full of horas eating and resting while not in the excursions for tourists, so the smell is not the best one.
They charge you 3% up paying with credit card (not adviced here in Booking)
Despite the number of rooms (5 in our case) they only provide you 1 Transfer from the airport to hotel, so quite bad in case you are arriving in different flights.
Half of the pyramid view's in the room are hidden by other walls and buildings.
Terrace in the top is quite small for everybody, only 3 or 4 tables.
Shower in the bathroom very tiny and small.

everything was wonderful even the location near the pyramids was fantastic
I would improve the breakfast menu that it includes, I stayed there for 4 days and every day was the same breakfast I would improve more variety of breakfasts. eating the same thing for more than 2 days is not that good

This is definitely a hotel worth considering. There will definitely be fancier hotels around but the location and the staff more than make up for it. The staff were exceptional. I was a little unsure on a couple of things but the hotel manger Osama and his staff took care of everything from changing currency to getting tickets for pyramids and other excursions as well as Nile cruises etc. If you want a hassle free stay at the foot of the pyramids you can’t go far wrong with this hotel.
