Buena , pero puede estar mucho mejor!

La habitación es muy espaciosa , buena comida en su restaurante y excelente hubicacion.

La "alberca" tiene unas través en medio y es peligroso, como las escaleras les falta tiras antiderrapantes, toallas en la alberca y calefacción.

I love it because it is right in the middle of town and close to everything I need.

Breakfast was excellent and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. I love to stay here whenever we are in town at least twice a year.

First room we were provide the balcony door didn't lock, we were moved as soon as requested.

Location.

It need remodel. We couldn’t sleep because the noise from outside it can easily hear inside. Very strong smell coming from the sink. Carpet looks very old. The service was great. The food was good except my husband got sick from some shrimp he ate.

Beautiful well established property in the heart of the city. There isn’t a better spot for business or state government activity.

Okay place. Won't stay there again. Fray Junípero Serra, four blocks away, is much nicer.

Great location. Colonial-style, older building, so it's adaptations to modern plumbing, electrical, parking is a bit quirky and uneven.

Staff made a lot of noise in the hallway beginning early in the morning, banging around and talking animatedly among themselves. No sleeping in at this place! For whatever reason (poor hearing?), they all had their radio volumes turned way up; we could hear them easily at the far ends of the hallways (at seven a.m.).

we loved our stay. this hotel was right in the center of town. it had so much character and felt like a boutique stay. t

The location and character of the hotel was just stunning

it was perfect! the pool could have been better for kids and the hot tub needed hot water.

From the moment I walked in the staff was amazing , everything was great ! Definitely staying here again .

The property is beautiful and in a perfect location . the staff is amazing ! The food in the restaurant was excellent . Amazing experience ! The rooftop has an amazing view of the city, along with a pool and jacuzzi .

Great location with parking. Excellent restaurant and very attentive staff.

The location right on the square was perfect. The staff was very attentive and helpful. Nice restaurant in the hotel. Large portions and good fresh food.

The hotel is older, so you cannot expect everything to be in new condition. It’s been well maintained, but there’s some wear and tear - although it’s mostly aesthetic and didn’t impact our stay.
