Big apartment in a quiet corner of town

Easy to meet our host, and liked that our apartment was central but also tucked away down a street so much quieter than having to be around all the hustle and bustle of Venice. Plenty of space. We drove to Venice, so had to park in Tronchetto and walk a while with our suitcases, so definitely recommend taking the boat into the centre, but once we were in, the apartment was in a great spot for walking around and exploring. Would definitely stay here again!

Bonito apartamento

Apartamento amplio y funcional. Muy bien equipado, cerca de la estación de tren, de la estación de Ferrovia y de la Pza. Roma. La inquilina nos permitió hacer el check-in antes de la hora prevista y nos explicó todo perfectamente. El precio es alto, como todos los alojamientos en Venezia, pero este resultó algo más ajustado

Mooi appartement op fijne locatie

De locatie, het balkon, de indeling van het appartement, goede horren. Het appartement zag er ook erg mooi uit.

Het appartement was er fijn, maar kan op een paar punten verbeteren: De douche is verouderd. Er zit schimmel in de voegen. De verf bladdert af. De douchekop heeft verstopte gaatjes. Het water komt zo hard uit de andere gaatjes, dat het bijna pijnlijk is. Door alle harde materialen is het appartement wel wat gehorig.

Exceptional

Spacious rooms and lovely kitchen. Also has a convenient elevator to reach the required floor. Excellent location with a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. Close to amenity store.

Perfect location, quiet, safe and close to everything.

Perfect location, very close to the Venice train station (walking distance) and also walking distance to anywhere, Close to supermarket and lots of cafes and restaurants. I would definitely stay there again. Very nice space with kitchen, 2 bedrooms, living/dining room and bathroom. I could checkout and leave my bags for a couple of hours at the apartment, helped a lot for a last walk at the city.

Towels were a bit "hard".

Exceptional

Very good location near the train station and the Grand Canal. Quiet neighbourhood. Clean and cozy apartment. Has balcony with a lovely garden view. Kind and helpful host. Everything was just fine :) We would come back here :)

Great apartment great location great holiday.

The property is well located very close to the train station and bus drop off. The property was very clean and comfortable with all the amenities we needed. Georgia the host was fantastic, friendly, informative and helpful.

I don’t believe there was anything to dislike.

The location was great and the house was really clean. It was very near the train station, which was great and also by 4 mins waling you could find places to eat. Besides the neighborhood was lovely and silent. It was like a perfect match. Calm but still in the center.

House was cold. Really cold. When I ask the host she told me that it should be open from the building, not from the house and the time was not arrived yet. There were air conditioning but she said it was only to make the apartment cold, not to make it warm. We get really cold, and there were no solutions. The hair dryer was not working, which is a very serious problem in a that cold house.

Superb

The location of the apartment is really good. Quite close to the bus station and "hidden" away from the main street and all the tourists. Quite a few nice restaurants found locally. Short walk to the local Spar and Bakery. The apartment is spacious and has all you need to enjoy your stay. The beds are comfortable.

The couch is somewhat worn and needs to be replaced.

We enjoyed staying in this lovely apartment.

Great location as it was easy to get to from the train station. Sebastiani met us right on time and oriented us to the apartment.

Didn’t have a dryer but I know that is not unusual in Europe. But if you aren’t there long enough for your clothes to dry, it can be a problem.

Superb

This property is in a quiet location away from the noise and hustle of other tourists. However it is a short walk to the main train station and a vaporetto stop. It was pleasant to sit on the balcony and look at some trees and the apartment felt spacious and cool. The host was well organised with meeting us and making arrangements for keys.

The apartment was in a perfect location, very quiet and walking distance to the main attractions. It's very clean and didn't expect it to be so spacious. We loved everything about the apartment and the owner was so helpful and nice.

Amazing!

The apartment was amazing is was so big. Tge location was fantastic, and so quiet all around. Just a few minute walk from Piazalle Roma

Large, clean apartment in an excellent location

Excellent location 5 minutes walk from the station and the Ferrovia vaporetto stop. Supermarket, restaurants etc less than 5 mins walk. Lovely sunny balcony. Spacious and clean apartment. Well equiped kitchen. Giorgia is very helpful and replied to messages promptly. She also let us stay at the apartment beyond the check out time as there were no other guests expected.

Only small things. The hairdryer is old and does not give out hot air anymore, only cold and slightly warm. The double bed frame is very very squeaky!

Happy Aussies

Spacious, great location, close to everything including the Despar convenience store, train station, cruise terminal, restaurants and comfortable walk, although approx 30 mins, to the tourist area of St Marco and the Rialto Bridge. Private apartment in residential area so quiet and crowd free. Lovely Fredrica provided a great orientation to the apartment and locals hangouts. Loved our stay. Paul, Kath, Jim & Cecily

Just a small issue with the shower heads. Small one broken and large rainfall head calcified and spraying wildly. Maybe consider replacing. We also thought some initial basic items such as a few tea bags, shower gel and a box of tissues would be a welcome addition. With Despar nearby and arriving early we purchased what we needed and left it for the next guests.

Great location, easy to find and easy to walk everywhere from it. Super friendly hosts, nice and clean apartment, comfortable bed, quiet and green courtyard.
