Супер отзывчивая хозяйка

Удобное расположение прямо в центре. Хороший матрас и одеялко. Очень отзывчивая хозяйка: я забыла зарядку для телефона, мне должны были вернуть её через третих лиц, но они очень плохо со мной поступили и обманывали, зачем-то заставляя меня взять чужую зарядку, не возвращая мою. Я не считаю что хозяйка виновата, но я была в ужасе от того как вели себя эти люди. Из-за них я плакала и чуть не опоздала на свой автобус. Хозяйка же очень много извинилась, сказала им дать мне 30евро на новый зарядник и даже сама попросила букинг вернуть мне деньги за бронирование. Хотя я совсем не просила этого, номер меня вполне устроил. В общем место точно рекомендую за отзывчивость Lucia.

Слышимость через окна довольно сильная, а прямо под окнами появилось новое кафе (это было и плюсом, после 23 я смогла покушать, но и минусом из-за шума) Но так везде в Венеции, рекомендую взять с собой беруши.

Estupendo

El trato vía WhatsApp con la dueña. Nos mando las indicaciones para llegar, se preocupo en todo momentos en que llegásemos bien que todo estuviera correcto. Nos dejo soltar las maletas y cambiar a mi bebe dos horas antes de la hora prevista. Todos muy amables y serviciales. La casa correcta y la ubicación perfecta.

El colchón excesivamente blando y se hundía. Algo que no sabiamos es que habia muchisimas escaleras para subir las maletas y el carrito del bebe, pero eso no es culpa de ellos, Venecia esta así por las inundaciones y viven en segundas plantas, pero por si a otra familia le sirve de ayuda, que tenga paciencia.

Great central location in an old style Venetian apartment. Our host was super helpful, giving us ideas for sights, food, and how to get places. She did everything she could to help make us comfortable during a heat wave, including bringing around extra fans.

A sweet apartment right in the heart of Venice.

It was a nice size for a family of 4 in a very convenient location in Venice. There was a supermarket (Coop)very nearby. Lucia was excellent at communicating with us and gave us helpful directions and suggestions for places around Venice. This apartment was a great place to stay. Our family enjoyed it very much. The kitchen supplies and washing machine were helpful. A note: set up a WhatsApp acct. to communicate with properties in Italy bc booking.com doesn’t seem to be a reliable way to communicate.

It would have been nice to have an elevator to get up to the second floor. Make sure you have someone strong with you if you have big suitcases because to get from the Rialto vaporetto station to the apartment you have to go up stairs through the city and then you have to climb upstairs to get to the apartment. If you are traveling light, this apartment is great. Also, you will need to bring your own soap/shampoo.

Excellent apartment in the heart of Venice

Excellent apartment in the heart of Venice. Perfect location 4 minutes walk from St. Mark's Square and Rialto Bridge. Spacious rooms with comfortable beds. Clean and tidy. Very easy check-in. Lucia is a perfect host, very communicative, responds quickly and gives very accurate information. If you want to spend an unforgettable vacation, choose this apartment.

If i visit again the Venice i will reserve this.

It is in the best place to see the most interesting monuments of Venice. The owner was very familiar and the instructions to find the house very clear.

1. Location is central within 5 min walk to Railto and San Macro square. 2. Host support is very responsive and helpful.

Only one air conditioner for entire unit with 2 rooms and living is not sufficient for summer.

Excellent host, wonderful location, clean and quaint apartment. Perfect for a family of 3 to 4.

The location is fantastic. Central and easy to get to. Our host Lucia went absolutely above and beyond in being helpful and responsive. For the first few times we entered the building, the elder gentleman upstairs who watches over the building leaned out his door to make sure we were doing well. RE: other reviews, we never had any issue with noises outside. Being central, it was nice to go out and roam and then come back during the heat of the day and relax before going out again. There is so much to see in Venice....I put in 22,000 steps on my phone even with taking a long siesta in the middle of the day... Be pleasant to the restaurant employees downstairs. We did not eat there (holy cow are there good restaurants off the main strip if you do a small amount of research) but were always pleasant to them and they were very pleasant to us. At the end of our stay, they wished us all a nice trip. One of the things to mention is that if you have the shutters closed, the apartment will stay DARK all day. We did not set our alarms and closed the shutters only to wake at 10:30 am when I typically wake at 6:15. Imagine our surprise...does denote how comfy we were in the bed.

We don't have any complaints at all. A few observations: The apartment is very well kept and very clean but do note that the building is old. The staircase is 2 flights and steep. We didn't pack light and the hauling up the stairs was taxing.

It’s a perfect place where to stay with your family or friends, in the apartment everything is really calm and chill but

Everything was perfect. The loaction is perfect, beds are really comfortable , in the apartment was everything u need for comfortable living. Everything was clean and we liked everything.

perfect holiday in Venice

Amazing location, right between the San Marco and Rialto, allowed getting to most points of interest very fast as well as taking a break during the day. a very knowledgeable host who gave a lot of tips on things to do in Venice and was very helpful throughout our stay there.

Staff was very kind and helpful (inspite we didn't meet her) but She was present by WhatsApp. T'ha flat Is spotless, tiny but cosy and has everything you need for a quite a long stay. No noise inside even if It is in the real centre of Venice.

Amazing!

The location is perfect, just 5 mins walk front Piazza San Marco, with lots of restaurants, shops and bars nearby. The staff is incredibly friendly and very helpful, with many tips to make your stay comfortable. Highly recommended!

The apartment is located in the heart of Venice, it's spacious, super clean and with all the comforts. The host was very helpful and kind too. I would definitely recommend it!

We could hear the neighbours talking , but the houses in Venice are quite old so I guess it's normal.

Excellent apartment, fully equipped, soundproof, with AC and heating. The situation is excellent for both those coming for the first time to Venice and those who already know la Serenissima. It is in the middle of the city, so you are at walking distance from most monuments, palazzi, and two vaporetto stops. It is also great for shopping, since it is near many stores and nuce restaurants (use an app to find the good places to eat, nonetheless). Special thanks to Lucia, she was great with tips and explanations. She was very attentive to our needs. Our communication was great! Highly recommended!
