The location is secluded and private except it is an area in expansion so there was some construction noise (more reason, if you need reason to spend the day at the BEAUTIFUL beach). *clearly not a forever issue. Cafe was provided and there is a working kitchen. We loved our terrace and dip pool- great nature and bird watching!
The pathway to the beach is under construction but it's a great workout!

Lugar seguro y limpio.
Las fotos no son claras respecto al tipo de habitación. Parecía que estaríamos en una habitación que tenía hamaca y que era el segundo nivel con vista y no. Hay una clave que ellos identifican que es otra habitación respecto a la que están en las fotos

Casa Mono is a small, yet very cosy accommodation with a great view, friendly hosts and a romantic ambience. The clay Moroccon-style house makes you feel you are having a very special beach holiday. Enjoying the sunrise from the balcony was so special, especially with the soundscape of Pacific around you.

Small outside dipping pool was great after a day at the beach to cool off and remove the sea salt.
Nice room fridge and working air conditioning. Comfortable bed and spacious washroom.
Jorge was very helpful explaining facilities and answering questions about the area (in English)
Provided beach umbrella, cooler and folding chair. Also had a well equipped shared outdoor kitchen.
Little view and a lengthy walk down to the beach or town.

Nice facility nice amenities and provided beach equipment. Well appointed kitchen and since only two rooms in facility we had the place to ourselves. The two women Lety and Julia, who take care of everything and greet you were the best.
Alot of construction in area and a bit of a walk to beach. Only one of the two balconies had a view of the ocean.

Casa Mono is located in a beautiful and private spot only minutes away from the center of San Agustinillo. Our hosts were super helpful, making sure the electricity and water system were up and running after a storm had passed through the night before. Rooms were impeccable. They took their time to show us around the property and made themselves readily available. Overall, excellent hospitality. We are definitely coming back to stay at this property.

The hosts were incredibly communicative and kind. The location was very clean and the aid conditioning was fantastic. I felt very safe there as well and didn't have any concerns with walking in the evening.
This is SUPER picky, but unlike the rest of the event's attendees, I had to hike up the hill a little bit to get home each night (15-20 minute walk) which was a bit of a pain. Not the end of the world, but just a minor piece of feedback.
