Idealne miejsce pod bazę wypadową do zwiedzania okolic Bayreuth.

Położony na przeuroczym osiedlu obiekt o doskonałym stosunku jakości do ceny. Wszystko zgodne z opisem, brak jakichkolwiek problemów z zameldowaniem się. Cudowna okolica, gorąco polecamy.

Brak uwag, wszystko super.

Gute Lage

Die Wohnung war nicht fertig, keine Betten bezogen, nicht geputzt. Auf Nachfrage kam eine Putzfrau und wir konnten erst um 20.30 Uhr in die Wohnung. Keine vorherige Kontaktaufnahme möglich, keine Entschuldigung, kein Entgegenkommen im Preis. Vertragsbedingungen waren nicht erfüllt.

Jest potencjał ale trochę źle prowadzone brak profesjonalizmu

Lokalizajcja przy lesie. Byliśmy z psem więc super. Las bajka👌 Świetna łazienka. Kocham wanne więc strzał w 10tkę. Wyposażenie kuchni super. Była nawet kawa i herbata plus przyprawy.

Materac niezbyt wygodny pościel i kołdra u mnie i męża inna. On miał pecha. Było mu zimno U mnie pierze u niego letnia. Inna pościel i niewyprasowana. Czysta pachnąca. Jednak jestem estetką. Więc minus. Na zdjęciu w dużym pokoju fajna kanapa, rzeczywiście wygodna jednak efekt psuja różne koce którym kanapa była przykryta dla ochrony. Trochę po turecku jak na mój gust. Pokój nie był gotowy na 16.. Pranie było w mieszkaniu nastawianie do 18.. Zbuntowałam się i Pani wyłączył..byłam zgorszona brakiem prywatności. Byliśmy bardzo zmęczeni podróżą

Przyjemny, nieźle wyposażony apartament, raczej dla dwóch niż trzech osób.

Przestronna i wygodna łazienka, ręczniki, papier, suszarka. Wygodne łóżko w sypialni, dobre wyposażenie kuchni. Dostępne artykuły spożywcze typu herbata, kasze, oleje itp. Darmowe miejsce parkingowe. Bezkontaktowe zameldowanie i wymeldowanie.

Brak przygotowanego miejsca do spania dla trzeciej osoby (nierozkładana sofa narożna, niekompletna i niepowleczona pościel). Brak mikrofali, pozostawione pranie w pralce i umyte naczynia w zmywarce. Zbyt słabe oświetlenie w kuchni, brak światła nad stołem, ciemno w trakcie spożywania posiłków. Trochę ciasno jak dla trzech osób.

Fantastic apartment 5min drive from the highway

it has everything a small flat should have and more! extremely clean, pleasant hospitality, just 5 minutes drive from the highway. Great value for money. If we will need a place in the area in the future we will definitely book it again. 100% recommended!

Exceptional

The apartment was very beautiful, in a great neighbourhood. Also, the staff was cheerful and helpful. Everything was nearby (city center, supermarkets), and yet silent. Lots of small cozy details in the apartment :-) All in all, I recommend.

Disappointing. In need of improvements.

The proximity to the Festival House and to the hilltop park. Parking on site. The well equipped kitchen - although, strangely, it lacked a microwave...

This flat was rated 9.2 in 2020. It is hard to see how that could be achieved now. When we arrived the cleaning had not been done properly. We were given a lengthy reason why - a family wedding - but no real apology. (These things happen, but, as people in the apartment management business ourselves, we would have been around quickly with a bottle of wine.) This apartment is in need of some tender loving care so, rather than say what we didn't like, we will say what could be improved: Bathroom - repairs to the broken cupboard handle; provision of a plug for the basin; provision of towel rails Bedroom - repair of the broken blind. For the bed, not sure that much can be done, but access is difficult on one side as it is against the wall! No drawers anywhere. (For overnighters not a problem, but we stayed a week.) Living room - installation of a blind to keep out the bright afternoon sun and also provide privacy at night (It looks as if there was one there originally) Kitchen - repair of the broken faucet; provision of a proper dish drainer rather than a cutlery container for that purpose General: Too much personal bric a brac everywhere, including personal photos. "Decor" is all sorts of different patterns - not as seen in theBooking.com photos. As clients we like to feel that we are being treated as welcome guests. This was not the case here. And compounded by the fact that English is not spoken except by telephone with the son.

Disappointing

supposed to be available from 4pm. I arrived at 5 to find the room was not ready and a woman who spoke no English was still faffing around with washing machine and dishwasher making a cacophony in the sitting area.

Kingdom of cosiness

Kingdom of cosiness. Very caring hosts. We were even able to drink bio yoga tea which we appreciated after a long journey a lot. Thank you.

We had a bit of problem finding a place and identify a parking space.

The apartment is spacious, warm and cozy. The host was really nice and helpful.

The host doesn't speak English, so it was quite difficult to communicate, but we made it ;)
