Great inexpensive variant with breakfast for car tourists

Good location - not far from the metro (you can drive there by car and leave it in the free parking lot) for trips to Milan. A very good option for travelers by car (free private parking next to the hotel). There were four of us and we got two adjoining rooms with two bathrooms. The rooms are spacious and clean, although they already require a little repair (for example, the bathroom doors were not locked). Good air conditioning, comfortable beds. The rooms are equipped with a kettle, a free bottle of water and a minibar. Breakfast is very good for the price. Overall, the price-quality ratio is excellent. I recommend.

Broken locks in bathrooms. A pretty expensive price for a dog.

Enjoyable stay but cleanliness in rooms could be improved. Any items left in fridge from previous guests must be removed

Nice hotel, good location

12 euro for local vodka and lemonade Very mouldy bread roll in the room fridge, made it very smelly. Lots of crumbs and dirt under table in room

Free garage parking, Good breakfast, Good value for the money, friendly hotel staff.

The Restaurant (Argentée) is placed next door to the Hotel. Most likely a separate company. Delicious food, a bit costly but good/high quality. Unfortunately a poor/ignorant service from the waitress.

Very good

Very good value for money. Clean, nice, modern and spacy room, good variety of breakfast (and quite tasty) as for Italian standard. Parking for free / garage for 5 eur only.

Parking was full but underground garage is not expensive. Rooms could be less noisy. 3 Russian TV channels were a little bit surprising.

I can go there again. Yes.

Breakfast was not bad. Stuff was really helpful and friendly. Pillows werent smelly. Towels was clean. Toiletries was there to use. If you like to be at the bar Tim is very friendly. Hi Tim!

The window was not able to shut down properly, you can hear the noise from the outside, if you say it is normal, just get your ear closer to the window and you can clearly hear the noise and feel the cold air from outside. Once you push the window with your fingers there is no noise, please fix the window. because it is huge window which is great, it needed maintain I think. And there should be a top lamp for the room I think because afternoon you cant see inside the wardrobe and tabletop clearly when needed. And I think there should be water barrier on the side of the bathtub because one time I the glass seperator was not be close to inside of the tub but close to the egde of the tub and once I finish the shower I saw water was everywhere on the floor. Plus I think there is a lamp in front of the bathroom door to make the way illuminated is not working. Not much facilities to entertain like games, foosball, arcade.

The rooms are so dirty, bathroom smels bad, towels are dirty, fridge smells, disaster. At breakfast was so dirty. I woul never stay again in this hotel.

Awful nights sleep - not good for business travel

it was functional

Very noisy bar area outside that many rooms overlook. No soundproofing from windows. Despite multiple complaints guests were allowed to create lots of noisy into the early hours. Dangerous fitting to lift left for guests to injure themselves.

Perfect!

My second stay and I'm still very happy with everything. The first breakfast that exceeded my expectations with very friendly staff from the reception to the very nice and friendly breakfast people

One only very small complaint is that the bread was from yesterday and was a little hard, although there were several types of toasted bread so it was easy to find a replacement for it. Only bread lovers like me can slightly complain about that :o)

Perfect breakfast. Excellent variety and fabulously presented Everything that was needed was provided and all was exceptionally clean and tidy

Not a 4 Star Hotel

We booked a premier double room. On arrival we were taken to a separate building with our cases in tow. Up steps then down to a basement floor in a lift. We were led into an apartment. We says that wasn’t what we booked and were told to go back to reception dragging our cases back again. The staff on reception did not speak good English and were not very pleasant. When we were finally allocated our room it was only set up fir one person and we had to request extra towels, cup, pillow, slippers etc. Our door locked but the handle came off in our hand at one point. The ac didn’t work and it was very hot. Shower was tiny and cracked with deposits of calcium or something all round it. The noise from the patio downstairs woke us in the early hours most nights. When the people in the next room closed their door the room shook. Very thin walls. Breakfast was a poor choice no tea cups only small coffee cups. Hotel ordered a taxi for us to Monza station. When we arrived back at Monza after a day at Como we could not get a taxi and we’re there for about an hour. We phoned the hotel to see if they could order a taxi to pick us up or give us a number. They said they couldn’t help us do that and we could get a bus. I was shocked. The staff were not pleasant. This is not a 4 star hotel and they were charging a lot for 4 nights over GP weekend.

Where do I begin, so many issues from start to finish.

The hotel overall is quite nice.

The bathroom was a bit dodgy. The shower wasnt closing properly, water would end up on the floor after bathroom. Not the cleanest thing on earth. But not too bad either. Maybe I was unlucky with the room. I'd say reasonable value for money nevertheless
