Good quality hotel with excellent rooms and an average breakfast

Good quality hotel in a remote location that worked for our tour. Rooms were large clean and comfortable, facilities were good

Buffet breakfast was average (I hate rubber scrambled eggs!). Hotel is very large and caters for wedding groups so can be noisy and busy!

Fantastic , great staff and great service , food excellent would definitely recommend.

The overnight porter (michael) was superb , couldnt do enough to help , very pleasant and excellent customer service advocate for the hotel.

Rooms we’re spacious and beds comfortable. Location was spot on for our visit to family. Breakfast choices great.

Loved the people, the location, the sightseeing & the staff

Food was excellent. Katrina on reception made the trip outstanding for my dad, as an 80 year old staying alone, she made a huge fuss of him and was an added bonus to the visit to Belfast!

A sleepless night!

Loved the hotel, staff were friendly great shower and very clean.

Didn’t get much sleep as the people in the next room were arguing, slamming doors and throwing things at the wall most of the night. We did report this to the night porter but nothing was done about it. The whole point of staying in a nice hotel was to ensure a good nights sleep but we left feeling exhausted.

staff were fantastic I arrived very early in the morning and they gave me an early check in, breakfast was excellent a really good choice of hot and cold options tea coffee, I had lunch and dinner at the hotel and the food was really good an overall great experience and would definitely stay here again. :)

Plenty of free parking space. Good food in restaurant. Bar well tended. 4 EV charge points on the car park.

Rooms were warm at night with no way of cooling other than having the window open. We was at the front of the hotel next to busy main road so was quite noisy. Rooms at the back would not have this issue.

On this occasion the facilities were not up to normal standard

Location ideal for our visit. Reasonably priced. Staff reacted very promptly when we reported issues with the toilet and shower in our room. Workmen were very polite and considerate when dealing with the shower.

The loose toilet and faulty temperature control on the shower ought to have been identified when room was cleaned/checked prior to occupation. Shower curtain had mildew marks.

Avoid. Very poor all round.

I have nothing good to say about this hotel. Sorry we chose to stay there.

The staff at times were rude and unhelpful. We had to change rooms twice. The first room had a broken curtain rail so the curtains couldn't be closed properly. The manager was unable to get it fixed until the next day so gave us another room. This one was worse than the first. The bathroom had a toilet that was right against a radiator. Difficult to use the toilet without touching the hot radiator with your legs at the very least and a stretch to get to the toilet roll holder. Room 202. Situated on a busy dual carriageway so traffic noise was disturbing at times.
